In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

The place is beautiful and my family loved it.

Ryan was such a friendly and responsive host and was very accommodating! This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean, provided plenty of amenities, and felt like home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The house was very meticulous cared for. Everything was neat and clean. The finished basement with computer desk and laundry area was thoughtful although we didn’t utilize that. My husband and children and I visited for family to watch the Super Bowl in the city that we are from. We got to do exactly that and show our children how Philadelphia looks in celebration of the win. The only thing we missed was television in the bedrooms since our children are younger. There is only one TV in the living room. We had tablets and all otherwise and with the WiFi it was an amazing experience! We would definitely stay here again. I felt very comfortable with our family because of the cleanliness! 100% recommend and thank you so much for your hospitality :-)

Our family had a lovely weekend stay! The big green couch was definitely a favorite feature, so comfy. Our kids also loved the hanging hammock chair. Neighborhood eats that we enjoyed within walking distance were Bao Button and Little Susie’s Pie & Coffee. Hosts were helpful and responsive, we had all we needed for a brief Philly trip in their fun colorful townhome. Neighborhood was quiet and street parking was easy to find. We visited the zoo, aquarium and The Franklin Institute which made for a full weekend and would definitely come back to stay here again!

George and Nicky's place had more than enough space for our group of 8. They were very responsive to our messages. Decor was beautiful and place was spotless. Highly recommend

Extremely clean, comfortable stay. Entire house was very clean with all the amenities. Bed was very comfortable. Shower water pressure was good. Driveway has plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood, yet easy to get to a main road. Self check in and WiFi connection were extremely easy. Hosts were extremely nice and helpful.

The apartment is a nice size and has a full size kitchen. Timothy gave detailed instructions on checking in to the place. It is in a quiet area. If you are looking for a place to feel like home while on the road, I recommend his apartment.

We enjoyed our stay at Emg's place. It's nice and clean, the neighborhood feels very safe and quiet. The mattress on both beds were very cozy, the linens and pillowcase were very clean, we all had great sleeps during our stay. Highly recommended it!

Sehr geräumige Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt um Philly zu Fuß zu erkunden. Kommunikation war schnell und einfach.

Excellent location, walked to nearby restaurants, bars and shops. Master bedroom was very spacious, loved the TV remote control holders. Overall would definitely recommend!!!

A group of friends and I stayed here for the weekend and we loved it! Plenty of space, super clean, and walkable to all that Philly has to offer. Would stay again if we’re back in town!

The house we stayed at was great, very clean and getting in was a breeze. We were able to park around the corner all weekend and there are spaces available in close proximity. With just being us girls and not being there before the area was very walkable and we felt safe. Natasha made it very easy to get in and out of the apartment. Would absolutely go back!

We had a great 4-night stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable, kids friendly and in a great location. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host was very responsive and quick to resolve them. Overall, a pleasant experience! We’ll definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is roomy and well maintained. The bed is incredibly comfortable too. If you are not driving, many sites of interest are a subway ride away, Uber or within walking distance. The place is on one of the major streets in Philadelphia, so everything is close. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent place to stay. Very clean and was right down the street from the Wells Fargo Center where I watched the 76ers game. The only thing I would tell people is to be aware of is the lack of parking, but other than that this was a great spot to stay.

I love the aesthetics throughout the property. I was already familiar with the area and it was conveniently close to everything that I needed to do. I really enjoyed the kitchen set up and the yard. The beds were super comfy. It took me a little minute to figure out how to work one of the showers however, it was definitely amazing. A friend of mine recommended this location to me (they should offer her a discount lol) and I would definitely stay again.

I'd rent again, just to be clear. Christina was a great host-just what you want in terms of responsiveness, etc. Directions are very detailed & important to follow, given the mismatch between the AirBnB address & the entrance. I've only stayed in Fishtown & know it's difficult to park. Didn't use Christina's detailed map for street parking & just went to the lot on North Front Street. A 3 minute walk. $25/night. Worth it. Recommendations for places to go are spot on. Christina's list is great place to start for local spots. Took the one bedroom option. Place was still quite spacious & easy for two to WFH w/o getting in each other's way. Bed was very comfortable & the shower was good. The heating system fan is loud. You probably won't need that white noise machine in the bedroom. When leaving the apartment, I'd walk toward West Thompson rather than West Girard-a little shady there under the "el". (Sorry I forgot to run the dishwasher when we left.)
