We loved the place. Was easy access to major highways. Very Clean . Slept all of our quests (10). A lot of space for everyone to spread out. I will rent here again. We did some cooking for a party at our daughters house. Worked out beautifully for what we needed. Thank you

Right in the center of the historic district. Very walkable with pharmacies and grocery stores nearby. Also right by several main bus stops which made the location even more accessible. The space itself was clean, kitchen had all of base necessities for cooking, and it was a nice touch that they stocked enough toiletries for a longer stay. Highly recommend for a month-long+ stay.

This was a great place to bring my family and explore Philadelphia. We were able to walk to every site we wanted to see from the Airbnb location. Having a dedicated parking spot was awesome! The traffic/city noise outside was not bad at all.

In addition to the more obvious features of location, cleanliness, style, and economy, the details were top notch. After a long day of traveling, we enjoyed the calming tea, slept deeply in the most comfortable bed, and were supercharged the next day with the curated pot of pour-over coffee. The next morning at Elixer, the free beverage with purchase of a pound of coffee was a sweet treat to start our second day in Philly. The view was great, looked right at the skyline! The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bathroom was very clean. We look forward to coming back again. Excellent hosts, excellent place.

You can’t ask for a better spot in the Ville, convenient to campus, shopping, and restaurants. The cottage was clean and comfortable. It is right next to a commuter train station, and there is plenty of outdoor activity on the weekends, so there will be some noise, but it’s not excessive. Overall, a good stay.

Overall great stay, great hot tub and extremely peaceful get away from the city. Very spacious and amazing rest at the house, will definitely recommend to others and will be looking to book again. The host was very helpful and responsive as well.

Great little place, place just makes sense, you won't regret!

Very convenient location and easy check in with some flexibility (thank you Susannah). Safe environment/neighborhood that is conveniently located. Only con would be the comfort of the bed but for a few nights, not a huge issue. Would stay here again.
