great spot in town for doing things around the convention hall, fun restaurants within a block, which was clutch. parking off site was not bad at all, any issues with location were out of the manager's control but nothing worth writing on. the room itself is super cozy, the heating unit is up high so send your cold blooded friends to the loft. both beds on offer were very comfy as is the couch. the kitchenette was well stocked and easy to use. even had a plus of good neighbors.

The host was very accommodating and quick with response time. They last minute accommodated us with a later check out. The place was cozy and clean! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful studio in a quiet area. My wife and I stayed there while she did a rotation Jefferson Torresdale hospital. We were very comfortable and had zero problems. The space is cozy and very modern.

The place is quite large with high ceilings and very quiet for the city. It was pretty clean and close to everything we wanted to do. Parking was convenient. Host was very responsive. Thanks for having us! Would definitely recommend.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Chris’ Rail Park Studio. The apartment was easy to find and the instructions were easy to follow. The place was clean and matched the photos/description. I felt safe at all times and was able to walk to the Convention Center/City Center in 5 minutes. There were great eating places in close proximity. I paid extra for the parking space and it was well worth it!! It was nice having a car on sight without having to look for parking. I will definitely be back!!!

We had a great weekend stay! This place is literally 500 ft from the Philadelphia Ballet studio and is close to Reading Terminal Market and all the touristy things. The space is super cute and well stocked. We had a snafu with the heat and the hosts helped us immediately. The hosts do a great job of sending you check in and check out instructions. Their communication was too notch. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Philly! We will rent again the next time we are back!

This was our third time staying at Val's place and it was just as great as the first two times. The house is perfect for us and Val is an incredible host! Simply the best!!!

The townhouse and Sara were wonderful. My husband and I were there 2.5wks post the birth of our daughter via surrogate and Sara was super responsive and helpful with little things throughout. The townhouse was the perfect space for us to settle in post hospital and just rest settle in with our new baby. Location is A+. Right near campus and the great shops and restaurants.

What a wonderful stay! Mark and Linda’s place is a lovely gem. They thought of everything! Really enjoyed the hot tub at night and the pup greetings :) The house was filled with everything you would ever need and more! Definitely look forward to returning when in the area again. Stayed for over a week on a work trip and it was a super location for that! Quiet neighbourhood; and everything you need inside the house. Host left drinks in the fridge, cleaning detergents and even some fresh flowers in a vase on the dining room table Appreciate being able to stay at your place, Troy! Thanks for the great stay

Cute cottage in a great location. We loved how clean it is and cozy. Walking distance to everything! One note- I will say the loft might be a little tricky if you have small children who would sleep up there or you are older. The ladder is quite steep. It was steeper and higher than it appeared in photos.
