This place is an absolute pearl in the oyster of Fishtown. Such an oasis, we loved the spacious light filled living area and our cosy bedrooms - two of which had ensuite bathrooms. There was plenty of coffee for the mornings. We spent the whole time locked inside as we were working but it was such a lovely home to be in that we were very happy in the space. Supermarket, restaurants, bars, galleries and subway all less than 5 minutes walk away. 100% recommend.

Good house for large group

We booked the AirBnB for my wedding and utilized it for my bridesmaids. It was amazing and exactly what we needed. The place was renovated, spacious, clean (minus 1 area), and exactly what we needed. Let’s start with the pros: -the place was perfectly for our large group -the design was great -the furniture +swing couch beds were a big hit -the neighborhood is very close and it’s easy to fit two cars right outside the house -friendly neighbors ( I had flowers delivered and they picked them up and held them for us) -comfortable beds -plenty of bathrooms but… A few of set backs: -the upstairs bathroom seemed to have some sort of ventilation problem which created a water bug issues however the host was very responsive when he brought it to their attention and proactively offered a fair refund -no hot water in one of the downstairs bathroom shower -there were just enough linens so maybe bring extra wash cloths All and all we’d stay again happily!

Jessica was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Having the parking spots was very helpful. Well stocked with essentials.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this home! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and really comfortable for our group. The game room was a huge hit with the kids, they spent hours playing and having fun. The adults really appreciated the outdoor amenities, especially the relaxing seating areas and the spacious layout. One of our favorite parts was the private patio off the third-floor master suite—it was such a peaceful spot to unwind in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling with group or for an intimate wknd with a loved one.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Cory’s place with 10 of my friends. From the start, Cory was a fantastic host—helpful and accommodating throughout the booking process. He also shared some excellent local recommendations that enhanced our visit. The house itself was comfortable and clean, and its location couldn't have been better for our needs. Everyone in our group had a great time, and the roof deck was a particular hit—especially the hot tub! Loved every moment of our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a memorable and enjoyable time in Philly.

This place was beautiful and the host was very helpful. There was a slight issue with the electronic lock on the door dying but they sent somebody out immediately to fix it. They were there in about 15-20 minutes of me notifying them about it. Very professional of them!

We wanted to be close to the Philadelphia Museum of Art for the Eagles Super Bowl parade, but we had 14 people. Ryan and this place were great. Exactly what we needed for our group for teenage boys, college girls, and parents. All groups had their own space and we had a blast. 10/10 would recommend!!!

My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Hosted a family celebration and needed extra space for everyone to sleep. This place was great for us, definitely made use of the kitchen and ate most meals there. Also walkable to bars and restaurants. Parking can be a little tricky, but that’s to be expected in the city and we were always able to find a spot. Don’t miss out on the roof top views!

Albert was a great host! He was very communicative from beginning to end and extremely helpful with any questions we had during our stay. The house was easy to find and check in was a breeze. Albert’s place looked exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and neat. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again when visiting Philly!!

Orlando's house was everything, the backyard, the basement for my grandchildren was amazing. I was able to cook for an event that I was giving my daughter. It was 10 mins for the hall. Orlando, responded to my every need. The next time I am having an event with my family I will most definitely book with Orlando.

What a great place and location. We attended events at the Wells Fargo Center, easy walk to subway. We parked our car for four days and just used public transportation. The basement bedroom does have a low ceiling ( 6’4”), but I put my short friend down there.😀

Great place to stay for my groomsmen while they were in town!

The home is beautiful and has tons of character. It's also in a beautiful setting and feels very homey. Would definitely stay there again.

This house was just as described as the photos. It was the perfect place to host my birthday party with close friends and to encompass the Murder Mystery theme. Would totally like to come back and experience this property in the summer as it was still beautiful in the mid/late fall season.

Jeneene’s was a great place to stay for our family. Beautifully appointed and well set up for kids. An easy distance to the airport and Philly sports venues. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Easily accommodated 9 adults and 3 toddlers.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

House was clean and as depicted. Owner was very helpful, flexible, and quick to respond. House was secluded enough but also right off the interstate. I wished it came with a few more necessities like paper towels but otherwise a great stay. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Landon's house came in handy while we did renovations to our home. We only live 2 blocks away, so we know the area. The setting on the lake is beautiful. There were a couple of appliances that didn't work, but Landon handled it during our stay, even sending a brand new clothes dryer. The house was very clean and very comfortable for our family of 5. There is a lot to do on the lake in the summer and the house is within 10 minutes' drive to all conveniences.

Excellent stay. Easy access to our destinations: Winterthur, Brandywine Museum of Art, and great restaurants for lunches and dinners. Lovely and very clean home, very comfortable. Lovely enclosed sunroom in back of house.
