My gang of friends agreed we’d happily come back here again - lovely setting & big driveway for parking; comfy bedrooms and generous number of bathrooms; well-equipped kitchen compared to most rentals; pleasant but unobtrusive decor; and short, clear host instructions. And it was so warm for December that we even got to hang out on the patio, also comfy & welcoming. I think the only things (and they were very minor) that we’d recommend adding would be conventional potholders, a few more sets of silverware, a couple more DR chairs, and a reminder sign about the step down from the kitchen into the DR. Overall, would definitely recommend!

We needed a place to stay while we put our house in the market. This place was great, convenient and had everything we needed. Excellent communication with the host and although we had a minor problem, he proactively refined us to account for it. Overall great experience and loved the big wide open kitchen.

In a city of hundreds of stay options, Katerina's house was a great reminder for me on the positives of choosing an airbnb over a hotel. We had the whole house with a yard to ourselves. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was kind and responsive. All in all, it was perfect.

Great place! My wife and I stayed 6 nights with our 4 kids. One daughter did a week long summer ballet program nearby. The house was very nice. Plenty of space for everyone. We used delivery services for groceries. Location was ideal. Reanimator coffee shop (across the street) was our go to every morning. We walked to restaurants in the area. Having the SEPTA station nearby on Broad/Federal St was helpful but we also took an Uber to downtown for $7 to $20 depending on time of day. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner one night. Enjoyed having family time watching Olympics in the living room together or playing Scrabble at the dinner table. We used the washer and dryer since we had traveled over a week from home. Asli and Mike messaged/texted to make sure we had everything we needed and answered quickly when we had a question. They even dropped off some paper towels on day 2 after we had texted so we felt very cared for. Would definitely stay here again if in Philadelphia!

Our family had a lovely weekend stay! The big green couch was definitely a favorite feature, so comfy. Our kids also loved the hanging hammock chair. Neighborhood eats that we enjoyed within walking distance were Bao Button and Little Susie’s Pie & Coffee. Hosts were helpful and responsive, we had all we needed for a brief Philly trip in their fun colorful townhome. Neighborhood was quiet and street parking was easy to find. We visited the zoo, aquarium and The Franklin Institute which made for a full weekend and would definitely come back to stay here again!

I absolutely love this area of Philly! I grew up in Philly but never lived in the center city area so it was nice to switch things up a bit. For being in the thick of it all, the apartment is extremely private and quiet as it’s set back in a courtyard away from the street. It can be rough to find street parking in this area but I was able to after only a couple circles around the blocks which was a surprising relief! The apartment living area is bright and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. The downstairs is cozy with a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry area. Communication was friendly, proactive, and helpful! I thought I left some of my camera gear behind after check out but assured I could go back to retrieve it anyway. Highly recommend! If you’re driving your own car around just be prepared to circle a few blocks once or twice and park a block or two away. That’s just Philly living for you!

I highly recommend a stay at Nick’s place! It was a great deal and so much space - you cannot beat all those balconies and rooftop, such a gorgeous view and great people watching! The space was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated, loved the books available (librarian stamp of approval), and kitchen + laundry made our stay so comfortable. Both my friend and I thought the beds were really comfortable, I slept so deeply! I felt like I was a bit needier than normal on an Airbnb stay, and Nick was so kind and gracious, always responsive communication and made sure we were taken care of. You’re also right on several bus lines; 48, 49, & 61 were our go to’s to explore all of the items on our first time tourist bucket list. They pick/drop off literally right in front of the Airbnb or one short block over, and Google maps has real time tracking. We also had a car for part of the stay and never had an issue with parking. Great space & convenient location. Thank you for a wonderful stay Nick!

The apartment is a nice size and has a full size kitchen. Timothy gave detailed instructions on checking in to the place. It is in a quiet area. If you are looking for a place to feel like home while on the road, I recommend his apartment.

This Airbnb was spotless and so well cared for—you can really tell the host puts a lot of effort into making it comfortable. The decor is adorable, and everything felt warm and inviting. We had a great stay—thank you so much!

Eduardo's place was very clean and organized. Did not have any issues finding the house or parking. Eduardo was very friendly and provided excellent communication during our stay. Getting around was not difficult at all and I would certainly stay here again in the future.

David was a very helpful host. I booked one of his places that was going to be challenging with a stroller (for a geriatric chihuahua) and multiple flights of stairs, so he switched me into a different apartment that was extremely accessible and made my stay so much easier. He also recommended local dog friendly spots. He was very communicative and responsive. I will definitely book again.

Great stay at a very convenient and walkable location approximating University City. David was a gracious and communicative host!

It would be helpful if gave direction of how park temporarily In order to get bags inside. Not real clear. It is also right next to a homeless shelter, but cannot control that. Overall good location if need the conference center and access to southern side of center. Very clean. The summer suite bathroom is a little awkward if you are tall like myself. Maybe just a warning for those over 6 ft.

For South Philly, it's a great location. The unit is the upper half of a two unit building. We've stayed there three times now and never had a problem. For an older part of town, the building is up to date and in very good shape. The neighbors have been very quiet. The beds are comfortable. On one occasion there were some minor maintenance issues but Andrea took care of them right away when she was notified. We hope to stay there again in the future. That said, the stools in the kitchen need to be reupholstered and a comfortable chair that one could read in would be appreciated.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Meng's place! The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Meng was always quick to respond and provided clear instructions for check in/out. Close to restaurants and shops on our itinerary. I would recommend this place and would return in the future!

I visited two weekends in a row from Maryland, im originally from Philadelphia & usually come to visit friends & family! let me tell you, it felt like my home away from home! The place is absolutely charming, with cozy vibes and everything you could possibly need. Each weekend was filled with fun adventures, beautiful views of the city & is closed to the pier! I loved coming back to relax in such a lovely space. The host is an absolute gem, so friendly and accommodating! They made sure I had everything I needed and even shared some of the best cinnamon flavored muffin that were to die for! I can’t wait to go back again! If you're looking for a fantastic getaway, this is definitely one of my favorite places to stay. Book it now you won’t regret it! 😊 Sincerely, Sade

This place is great for a big group having multiple bathrooms and bedroom was very convenient definitely will book again for a group gathering place was clean and comfy!!!

We had a great 4-night stay at this house. It was clean, comfortable, kids friendly and in a great location. There were a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host was very responsive and quick to resolve them. Overall, a pleasant experience! We’ll definitely stay there again.

Worked out great for family of 3 and a friend to enjoy sports at Wells Fargo, the subway is the next block and was easy on and off. Parking garage was nice to have so we didn't have to keep moving the vehicle or have it out in the open. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our 3 night stay. The parking was a really nice amenity - being able to park off the road and not worry about the car at all. The place was quiet, clean and exactly what we needed. The check in instructions were very detailed and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

I walked to Reanimator coffee in Fishtown every morning and got takeout for everyone. The bed was comfortable. Interesting inustrial + yuppie condo neighborhood. Was perfect for us.
