This was the second time we stayed here. As with the first time the place was perfect. Just what wanted. They did some very nice landscaping in the backyard, a real bonus.

i think the photos don't do the cabin its justice. Great location, great cabin, friendly host, kitchen with lots of spices and other things like flour, rice, pasta, zip locks and whatever you need. we loved this place

We had a lovely time at Tarana’s place! The cabin was beautifully decorated - I was extremely impressed with the design. It was both modern and cozy. I appreciated how clean the place was. Included extra items were nice touches as well - bathroom products, coffee, and phone chargers. We had a small issue with the WiFi upon arrival, but Tarana fixed it immediately. She was very responsive our whole trip. The check-in and check-out processes were simple and smooth. Would highly recommend!

Nicole and Cam were great hosts! Super responsive, informative, and friendly to talk to. Their place was very cozy, clean, and perfect for a couples get away in beautiful Lake Tahoe. The balcony was my favorite and had a peaceful view. The fenced area in the backyard was also perfect to take our dog out to run around. Would definitely recommend staying here!

My family had so much fun visiting Ellen’s cabin - the house was great! Location was perfect, and the house had everything we needed. Ellen was super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

Cute decor in a surprisingly large space! I stayed 5 nights and felt completely at home. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. The shower pressure was strong and the water was hot. The phone charging station and desk were handy for working. Always helpful to have a washer and dryer available when traveling - both worked great. I’m a big tea drinker and appreciated the hot/cold water dispenser in the kitchen. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. I was able to spread out, relax, and unwind in this peaceful, clean space. Great location too, very convenient! But the best part of booking this place was the hosts, Jenna and Mason. They were responsive to every question and request, incredibly welcoming and kind, offering special little touches like starter materials for the fire pit and daffodils from their garden. They truly went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to staying with them again!

This was the perfect spot for a ski getaway with my dog. 10 min drive to Northstar. Just blocks away from the beach. Excellent location.

absolutely loved staying here! perfect location, has everything that you need. everything works perfectly, enough blankets and cooking supplies. best location ever too. everything you need is just a short walk away, shops, restaurants and grocery store. will definitely look into staying here again next time i’m in town!

BOOK ASAP! Yes, this place has a reputation for its lengthy rules but they’re reasonable and easy to follow. The hosts are very responsive and friendly. The property is more gorgeous in person. Really, even the pictures of the interior don’t do it justice it’s really clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The outdoor property is breathtaking. The river was the cherry on top!! The sheets and blankets were fresh and smelled good. The house was spotless and has everything you need even a blender. Danika was incredible and accommodating. She went above and beyond! She responded to all of my messages and helped me and my family create lasting memories with our 3 year old son. I’m still day dreaming about this stay at coloma cottages to be honest and hope to be back soon (maybe when it’s not 100+degrees) thank you guys for an awesome vacation!

Peggy's place was a charming getaway. The garden area was beautiful and it was extremely relaxing under the stars in the hot tub at night. The town itself is beautiful and looks like a fairytale suspended in time. Peggy was a great host and we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again!

Micks place is great. Close to many restaurants, shops, and bars. Easy access to Palisades and Alpine Meadow. Would definitely use Micks place again for a ski trip.

El lugar de Greg es acogedor, cómodo y limpio. Hay mucho para leer. Hay supermercado y lugares de interés a menos de 10 min. La vista desde el balcón de la casa es muy bonita, puedes ver pinos y parcialmente el lago. Tuvimos la suerte de ver nevar por horas y fue muy bonito, logramos una blanca navidad. No tuvimos problemas con la calefacción y nada de lo que leí en otros comentarios. Les recomiendo seguir todas las recomendaciones y la pasarán genial. El ruido de la calle nos pareció completamente normal y no afectó nuestro sueño, aunque Greg provee de tapones para el ruido, no fueron necesarios. Gracias Greg por recibirme en compañía de mi esposo y mi hijo de 23 años, la pasamos genial.

Loved this cozy little spot! A very short and charming walk to downtown, and just on the outskirts enough to also feel peaceful and quiet. Easy access to many trails. The space is small but the way Carol arranged everything it didn’t feel tight or crowded - the name “The Nest” is so appropriate. With Airbnbs the plumbing, water pressure, and heating can be a gamble - no complaints on plumbing, even in the midst of winter the water heated up well and had good pressure, and the heating was excellent (I cranked it up night one and had to step outside to cool down it got so warm!). Carol checked in a few times to make sure I had everything I needed, and was so sweet. Absolutely loved this stay and would 100% stay again!

Missy’s place is very cozy and nice. It’s about 20 minutes from palisades, perfect for our ski trip. I’d recommend anyone for a great stay

Great location within 5-10 minutes walk of the base area. Condo was clean and well equipped, with useful extras like a gear locker on the first floor so you don't have to haul skis/snowboards up and down the stairs. Beds were all very comfortable. It's worth pointing out that the bunkbeds can easily accomodate an average sized adult – my 5'10"/150lb friend was perfectly happy in the bottom bunk.

Super convenient and comfy condo in Northstar. The shuttle to the base was super easy and fast with the Northstar transit app. The apartment space was great for our group of four. Loved the fireplace!

This place is an ideal location, right in the Village at Palisades. You go downstairs and you're in the middle of the action, with restaurants, shops, and skiing all right there. It was also great to have an underground parking spot included, which made it really easy to get in and out on a busy weekend. There is a king bed in the bedroom, and a comfortable (double?) sofabed in the family room. Also a kitchen with everything you might need. The balcony that overlooks the Village is also great. We did run into a little bit of a noise issue from some of the raucous folks having fun below at the Pub, but I guess that's to be expected during a holiday week. Matthew and Katie were super responsive, helpful, and generous in trying to help us during our stay. Overall if you are looking to be close to the action and like having super responsive hosts, then this is the spot!

This place is great for family gathering. We came during snow season has a small hill next to condo where my daughter sled. Small back yard patio is enough for her to do small snow play. Close to Tahoe city downtown where there’s walk next to lake and play ground.

Location was perfect for our trip. Easy shuttle to and from the resort each day. Communication with Dean was on point. I would for sure stay here again.

It's a very cozy space. Small but still contains everything one would need for a long term stay. Not a great cellular signal, and apparently they have blackouts from time to time, but this isn't reflective of the host. Just an fyi if you're needing a stable cellular connection. The wifi is strong enough as well, apart from unforseen loss of electricity.

Great location and great stay! Ski-in/out from the condo run. Even an easy walk down to the village for dinner or skating. Stayed with our two kids and the pull-out was comfy enough for the parents.

Nice, clean condo, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Handy ski locker, and just a short walk to the closest ski run and also Northstar village. Great space for a trip to the resort!
