Our stay at Carnelian Bay was fantastic. Ryan made us feel right at home with Christmas trees and presents for the kids. His communication was prompt and on point, He answered all of our questions and concerns during our entire stay. The house is beautiful and well kept with an amazing view. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a two week stay during Christmas and New Years. We truly enjoyed the house and Ryan made the stay smooth and enjoyable.

Cozy and affordable place, great location. Alyssa was helpful and accommodating, proving us great sledding recommendations, feedback and advice. Great spot for kids - nice without being fussy. They loved the kids ‘nook’ in the bunk room with old school video games and the loads of games downstairs. Kitchen is tight for multiple people but we made it work.

Alice’s place was a perfect fit for our family. It was spacious yet cozy, remote and peaceful, yet conveniently located, and had all the amenities and touches of home. We had the best time sledding at the local hill she recommended to us, skiing at sugarbowl a quick drive away, and cooking delicious meals in their open concept kitchen. Not to mention the hot tub! Highly recommend.

De los mejores alojamientos que hemos estado una casa muy amplia, muy limpia y además Phil te comparte gran parte de su cocina con detalles como café y todo lo necesario para cocinar. a 50 min de Lake Tahoe es un gran lugar fuera del tráfico y las multitudes. Asombrosa residencia !!!

A very cozy log cabin close to the Lake. We were 7 adults and a toddler and had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Gary’s home was wonderful, from the start, check-in was easy and cleaning was visibly held to a high standard. The house was stocked with everything we needed and everything mentioned worked as intended. The location and neighborhood are great and would stay again without a doubt!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Effie’s place. The house is cute, comfortable and cozy, and it was conveniently located to Palisades ski resort (20 mins) and Tahoe city (10 mins). It was clean, warm, nicely decorated, and had a good layout. Effie was very welcoming and quick to respond to messages. We hope to stay there again in the future!

Missy and Sonny were great and super acoomadating. They even gifted us some bubbly for our anniversary. 100% would recommend a stay at their wonderful home.

John’s place was definitely as he described. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our time here and would stay here again. It was a perfect weekend getaway when you need some much needed time off. John was extremely detailed and responsive and make the check in and out easy.

This is the second time we have been lucky enough to stay in this beautiful and peaceful retreat. I cannot speak volumes enough of how wonderful it is. Amazing hosts. Beautiful home. Easy drive to all ski resorts (winter) hiking trails and beautiful Tahoe beaches and scenery yet hidden away in a quiet neighborhood. We feel so lucky to have found this gem!

You really can't beat this location. Any closer to the lake and you would be on a houseboat. The beach is beautiful, just steps from the front door. It is also just a few minutes from great restaurants and King's Beach. The cabin is cozy and true to the photos. I wish the interior/furniture/kitchen was updated, but the rooms were nice and big and the beds were comfortable. It was awesome to have a sauna with a view of the lake too. The fireplace is nice and helps keep the place warm (tip use the fireplace fan) - we were lucky and it snowed while we were there. We had a question about the heater and someone quickly came over. Very nice and helpful. We will be back. 5/5 recommend!

This review is about our Host Cathy and her place. This who we interacted with for the most part, not necessarily Evolve. But Evolve did reply to our messages in a timely manner. We loved our stay and Cathy always responded when we had a question. The Cottage is tastefully done with lovely furnishings and decor. We loved the king sized memory foam bed, the nice cabinets, the wood stove and the heated bathroom floor. The grounds are beautiful and we would love to see everything in full bloom in the Spring. As a side note, the property has other spaces that are occupied by respectful tenants, so you will see them walking around occasionally. We said hello and everyone was friendly. We do highly reccomend this cottage to future guests who are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway.
