I knew the house would be rustic, so I brought my camping gear. I did not need them. The kitchen was well equipt. I could cook anything I needed to make on the hot plate or in the microwave/toaster. There was also a smoker and like 5 BBQs. Do not be worried about cooking. The location is awesome. It is so close to so many things.. or you can just hang out on the property. We spent a day on the property and a day exploring. We spent every night in the hot tub. It was glorious. The bed is very comfortable!

We loved our stay at Zach’s place in Nevada City! The studio was exactly as described, had everything we needed and was very cute and cozy. Zach and Tina were quick to respond to any questions and offered several tips for things to do in the area. We loved how easy it was to walk into town. We had a great time and would stay again in the future!

This was our second stay in the Inkling and it was just as comfortable as last time. This place is so well located to downtown and for getting out and exploring the surrounding area - which we did.

I really love this city and so happy to have found a cute little place to come back to. Everything was perfect. It was a great stay and I would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy private studio! Despite a winter storm, it felt like a magical winter wonderland. The location is great, with grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, plus the lake and town are just a short drive away. Merick was a fantastic host, checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a cozy retreat!

This place was clean, quaint, and very easy to find. The hosts were kind and respectful, and the space had everything I needed. It might not be luxurious, but it was comfortable—especially the bed! As long as you follow the house rules, you’ll have a great stay. Would definitely recommend!

Randy’s space was perfect for my husband and me as we visited with my aunt for her 80th birthday. It was close to her, and all the amenities we needed yet quiet and private. The outside space was lovely for sitting and having a glass of wine in the evening. It was also an easy walk to downtown for restaurants.

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were very welcoming (we loved the fresh eggs!) and we enjoyed the pool and outdoor cooking. Stargazing was incredible as well. Highly recommend

Honestly, I’ve stayed at Airbnbs since 2014 and Kelsey’s place was one of the best experiences I have ever had to date. Every little detail was so thoughtful and special from the surprise fresh breakfast to the fresh cookies and snacks. It was beautiful too. I love this place and definitely Riley will recommend it to others and will be back!

The place was Beautiful, The only problem I seen was up and down the stairs to go into the place and go to the pool. It was hard for us. The pool was beautiful. The hot tub was great. The waterfalls was awesome. House was clean. Thanks to Jeannot To helping us carry our stuff When we got there and taking it back up when we left. We really appreciated your help with that. Sam was very communicative and it was very easy to find with their instructions. Plenty of parking on the street in March. This room was exactly what was advertised - it's a very simple room and we appreciated the way it was priced in order to enjoy Nevada City without breaking the bank. There is a kitchenette that also helped with breakfasts and dinners in the room. Expect the basic amenities to make a meal. It is a fine place to end of the day after adventures. Easy to get to downtown Nevada City and to Grass Valley. My Mom is in her 70's and just know that the stairs and walk are a little steep , just something to note if you have older folks with knee or hip issues in the party. And as noted the ceilings are low. The wall heater keeps everything toasty and Sam gives instructions ahead of time on how to use it. Just keep it started at .5 and then go up to 1, then 2, etc. Overall, we had a great time without breaking the bank and it was easy to stay and to get around town.

Really beautiful and clean option! Comes packed with everything you may need for a short stay. Alex was so accomodating and fair to us requesting to stay an additional night too. Lighted entrance if you get in late, dedicated parking space in driveway, and just overall wonderful place to rest and relax. Loved all the clear instructions for how to keep it nice going forward - so appreciative of the high standards!

The host was super friendly, responsive and helpful. Even though we only rented the top floor of the place, it still felt very private. Everything was clean and easy to find. The place was walking distance to my relative’s house so it was extremely convenient. Will be renting there in the future if they allow me to.

This is out 2nd stay at Sandeep’s place Sandeep is very responsive to text and with communication about house access and house information. He responded quickly in bringing a few needed items. The space is comfortable and perfect for our needs. We would definitely recommend Sandeep’s place and hope to stay again the next time we are in Roseville.

Wendy was a very excellent host. She was super accommodating, would definitely love to stay here again!

This was my 2nd staying at The Love Shack (my husband was with me the first time and he wants to move in!) We love how close to main street it is and are always super impressed with the newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen! The kitchen has everything you need to cook all meals (no oven, but that wasn't an issue). We love that it is like a fabulous hotel room with a full kitchen and lovely little dining room, but completely private and a wonderful back yard to relax in. And did I mention full kitchen for all your meals?! Thank you Trish! It was lovely meeting you on my way out and thank you again for the use of your ladder at my friend's house down the street.

My best friend and I really enjoyed staying in this beautiful home. The country scenery was absolutely stunning. Very quiet, very clean and was exactly what we needed for our stay! Thank you again! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Checking in and out of the Airbnb was easy. The Airbnb was nice and cozy. Love that the host provided toiletries like makeup remover, face cream, and toothbrushes. Loved that there were several appliances in the kitchen area to use and little snacks! Definitely would book again!
