Jay's place was perfect for my husband and me. The bedroom features a very comfortable bed, a dresser and clothes rack, and a large TV. We loved being in walking distance of the train station and the beach. A nature preserve at Point Lookout is a short car ride away. Jay was a very gracious host.

We had such a relaxing weekend getaway here! The beach access was so convenient and we really enjoyed how quiet the area was (the complex and the beach). My girlfriend is a germaphobe and was really impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. We will be back!🙂

Had an amazing experience for my first time in Atlantic City. First and foremost, Tina is an amazing host, super helpful and responsive. Location is prime with everything you need within walking distance. The apartment was clean and well kept at the moment of check-in. All the amenities explained by Tina on the listing were there. Would definitely book again when I come back to visit!

Very nice family space. Nice area to play games or watch movies on the rainy days. Kathy was super helpful with parking and getting settled.

The apartment is very well maintained, away from the boardwalk and noise of the highly busy tourist areas. We found the condo to be very comfortable, quiet, clean and perfect for our 5 day getaway. A couple of things that could be improved: -the kitchen needs more utensils and basic kitchenware, not enough for a family of 3 or 4. Cutting boards, knives and such. It does come with detergent, and all the supplies you need to wash dishes, do laundry etc. -The other thing is the master bedroom had a skylight above the headboard area. If you intend to sleep in, the light comes in bright and early. We suggested to the owners to install some type of blinds or covers. Great location if you want to get away from everything for a few days. 25 min drive to Assateague National Park, 10 minute drive to OC boardwalk, Food Lion 5 min away, and anything you need within minutes. Still felt a world away at times. Very nice and responsive host.

Annette and John are gracious hosts, the property is excellent, and the little touches they provide make for an exceptional stay! Love being at the Jersey shore!

This place was perfect! My mom, sister, grandmother, and I were having a girls trip to FL and wanted to explore along the way. We saw Diane’s listing and knew it would be great, but once there, it was even better than expected! The house was very clean and the perfect size. It was nicely located away from the direct buzz of OBX, but still close enough to indulge in the area. Diane was a great host and even offered up recommendations. Overall, this trip was fantastic thanks to Diane!!! I would 100% recommend and hope to stay with Diane again!

We stayed with a group of friends & family with young children (1-4 years old). Amy's house was perfect for our group -- especially with the oceanfront location! We didn't realize how much more convenient an oceanfront property would be with kids since you don't have to lug anything to the beach and you can just pop back into the house 50 feet away! House was the perfect size, had all the necessary amenities (except for bath soap) and was very clean. Check-in was smooth and Amy was kind enough to text me when the house was ready early so our group could go in to put things in the refrigerator and settle in. Would definitely recommend this place for large groups looking to be right on the ocean!

This is our second visit to this beach condo and we enjoyed it as much as our first stay. Plenty of room on the 3 floors, enjoyed grilling out on the deck and so close to the beach. Staight forward and good communication from the host.

Everything was perfect. Will come back again!

The location is fantastic- right on the water. We also loved the pet-friendly policy. The home is what you can expect from a beach house, very simple and has a lived-in feel. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. The hosts were very responsive to messages and answered questions about the property promptly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!

This was the perfect getaway spot! Far enough to have your own peace and quiet but just right down the road from great restaurants and bars. We had such a wonderful time and Preston was an incredible host. The views were breathtaking and the house felt like home away from home. Thank you again for letting us stay! We hope to be back soon.

This place was perfect for the kids and parents and grandparents. We enjoyed our stay here walking distance to the beach was perfection. It was so peaceful, clean and spacious. We enjoyed the downstairs yard & patio area. We didn’t get to use the bbq grill but next time we stay here we will. Beautiful home. Thank you

The home was comfortable and inviting with a great view of the Sound and only a block from the beach. It was exactly what we needed for a short getaway and some R&R.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful time at the condo. The location was excellent and the view was spectacular! The amenities of the building were helpful, since the weather was cool. The unit was simply equipped, but we appreciated that all of the basic supplies were provided. Additionally, when we cooked, the basics were available! The provision of beach towels was helpful, and there were lots of other beach items available. Note: The assigned parking space in the attached deck does not accommodate a full size SUV/truck! (There’s a public parking deck available on 9th Street.) We would have appreciated more comfortable seats in the main gathering area, as we prefer to play games and watch TV together; however, there were folding chairs provided! Our family would definitely like to stay again!

Would highly recommend! This was our first visit to Emerald Isle and the stay here made our visit worthwhile. Its walking distance to the beach so I loved that we could just walk over after breakfast! The condo was clean and all the listed amenities were available. John was also very responsive and worked with us through the whole booking process!

This is a cute place that is right on the bay so you can enjoy beautiful water views yet it’s an easy walk to the beach. The unit is nicely furnished. The shower with multiple jets was great. We appreciated being able to bring our small dog. We also appreciate the welcome bottle of wine!

The condo seems a lot bigger than what comes across in the pics. SO glad we stayed here instead of a hotel. The big living room sectional was so comfy which I feel is an Airbnb rarity. Comfy beds. Two nice big bathrooms. All rooms are spacious. Would happily stay here again. Kelly was helpful with parking recommendations which came in clutch during all the road closures for the marathon. Gorgeous views of the beach and dolphins!

I really appreciated the communication I had with Dave as we definitely walked to the local grill next-door and had an amazing dinner! I thought it was a great location, could see the ocean and sunrises and public access to the beach was just a short walk! It was great. Thanks Dave!

Elevator was down during our stay, however when communicated everything was taken care of. Place was very clean and great location.

This place was perfect for our stay. beautiful inside, clean and everything we needed for our group. Literally a couple mins walk to beach. Great restaurant next door. Definitely recommend. I would keep in mind that it's on the 3rd floor and my mother who has copd, was a bit much for her, but manageable. I didn't think about the steps for her when booking. but other than that, would definitely come back. Cathy was helpful and quick to help and respond with any questions I had.
