The breakfast in the morning was amazing, homemade food. The set up the breakfast table every morning and were so quick and quiet you didn't even know they were there. The farm is very relaxing and beautiful surroundings. We thoroughly enjoyed being unplugged for the weekend.

We only stayed one night at Lois’s place as a stop during our road trip from Tampa to Kansas, and it was the perfect spot right along the way. Even though we arrived late and in the rain, Lois welcomed us with such kindness and was always very communicative. We slept so well 🥹 the bed is super comfortable, and the muffins… absolutely delicious! We truly felt like we were at grandma’s house, full of love and comfort. Thank you for everything, Lois!

What a wonderful house and pleasant experience at the Riddick House at Stevenson Ridge! We came for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and it was perfect. We will be coming back and highly recommend to everyone! Great hosts, quick and easy communication made our stay enjoyable!

My new husband and I had the opportunity to celebrate our marriage here, and I cannot say enough about it. The atmosphere provided a relaxing stay and beautiful photos to remember. Paula and Duane are wonderful hosts- this home is immaculate and completely furnished for any type of traveler.

This was a perfect stay for us! Keith was a generous and responsive host who immediately made us feel right at home. The space was super clean and location convenient for our evening event. Keith greeted us in person and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and friendly conversation in the morning. Easy parking, clear and detailed messages, and the kindness of Keith contributed to a wonderful memory. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Highly recommend! Just an hour from the Ark, and got to tour their farm, pet their horse, amazing breakfast, and beautiful scenery. Look no further.

Great location. Calmer than being right in Bristol, but close enough that it was not a daunting drive. Johnson City is a hidden gem also. We have not been to that area of TN. Has a chance to spend time at Bristol Caverns too. House was as listed. House was cozy. Loved the wood floors. Shame it was raining a bit, otherwise it would have been nice to hang out on the deck. We really appreciated the breakfast supplies. All around good house, good bones and worth spending the three nights there.

If I could give Grace and her place 100 stars I would! Grace made me feel right at home! She was so welcoming and kind. Her place was so peaceful, clean, and comfortable. She went above and beyond. I can’t say enough great things about this place and host! If you get the chance to stay here, consider yourself lucky!

Room is clean, comfortable and as described. Small details of home - shampoo, coffee, breakfast items, plenty of cozy blankets- make for a pleasant and relaxing stay! Walking distance to downtown Weston and state park trails. I would definitely stay here again!

The hot tub was super close to the room and it was a nice efficiency-perfect for what we needed

Jo Ann’s place will make you feel welcomed and at home in Clifton Forge. Host was kind and willing to take me in and show me around this cute quaint town. I definitely hope to return to the Red Lantern Inn again soon. I fell in love with the town and hope to return as often as possible. The bed was incredibly comfortable. More comfortable than Hilton beds, I must say.

My family and I had a delightful stay here. Our 21-month-old som had a fantastic time, especially enjoying the toys and the company of the host’s daughters. The daughters are adorable and chickens are charming, adding a special touch to our experience. We loved the special activities, like collecting fresh eggs from the coop and cooking with them. It was a memorable experience, and we would like to stay here again. Thank you so much, Magali!

Lovely, serene, quiet, comfy. Felt welcome upon arrival with Kendall. Marsha gave brief history of the farm, kind and open hearted. Josie, her 11 year old daughter was 100% awesome in our Tour of grounds and animals and we had a nice walk down to Bridge together. Breakfast was great, a country menu as i am used to growing up in WV, but been in Ca for 35 years!! So Nostalgia was EPIC HERE!!! 💖💖💖

Immaculate as always! I've stayed at this property twice now and have enjoyed it both times. Very clean and the hosts anticipated every need a traveler would have. Feels just like being at home

If you are looking for a very private, quiet location this is a lovey place to stay. Jeanette is a very charming and accommodating hostess. Her home is close to Manhattan and Wamego. If you just need a quiet night away from I-70 this is the place to stay. Her beds were so comfortable. The delicious cinnamon rolls were fantastic. Also, Alma is a charming small town. Thank you again Janette for a wonderful stay. I will be back. BB

I was unable to stay at Amy's place due to a medical emergency and had to cancel just a couple of hours before check in. Amy was incredibly gracious and generous and understanding. I am looking forward to booking with her again once my left leg is healed. Thank you, Amy1

Leah was such a special host that made us feel at ease and served us graciously. I enjoyed getting to know her and she also gave us space and the downtime we needed. Her homemade tea and cake and breakfast spread were amazing!!!

This is a GREAT old historic house within walking distance to downtown Manhattan. Clean , comfortable, and nicely decorated , it was the perfect accommodation for our time in Manhattan. A return trip to Skylar’s place is definitely in our future.

Brian and Sinziana’s bed & breakfast stands out as one of the very best that we have stayed at in all of our extensive travels! The gourmet breakfast was hand-delivered to our room and was exceptional! We had fruit, eggs with cheese, biscuits, homemade fig & raspberry jams, orange juice, cappuccino and strawberry apple strudel all in one meal! We loved staying in the historic carriage house with original wood floors & vintage refrigerator. The bed was really comfortable, the marble shower was a luxurious treat and the electric fireplace was great! We loved the peaceful, relaxing grounds and enjoyed watching the super cute chickens & goats. Brian & Sinziana are awesome and really good people! We loved talking with them! They even sent us pictures of the newborn goats that were born hours after we checked out! This is one of the few B&B’s that we will definitely return to! We also looked at the adjacent room and it is huge & beautiful! We highly recommend both rooms!

Dylan’s place was exactly as stated as I had a great time the aquarium room. It was close to everything I needed to be at and enjoyed walking to most places. Also can’t go wrong with an air bnb cat and dog onsite-that was a bonus!

Perfect location for me taking a course at Waterford Craft School and the hosts are so friendly and welcoming and generous.

Great stay with Laurel and Mike. Homestay is apt description with period decor accented by touch turn bedside lamps with USB charging ports and the best rain shower heads in Swansboro. Mike was so gracious but the star is Laurel and her labour of love cuisine giving any big city chef a run for the money. Her Indiana comes South original scones recipe was amazing. Laurel cooking and Mike serving definitely made breakfast the best meal of the day especially shrimp and grits with sausage and locally fresh shrimp had us groaning full and skipping lunch both days. It will take us awhile to get over the memory of dream breakfast and adjust back to daily normal.

We had a wonderful stay. The hot breakfast was delicious. The house was beautifully decorated and had the cutest mascot in Kane. The hosts were extremely friendly and we enjoyed talking with them. This location was extremely convenient in walking into town, which was huge as there was limited parking for the streets being blocked off for the Christmas Festival. Would highly recommend anyone thinking about booking a stay here to go ahead and do just that.
