The hosts were fantastic. They were happy to give us tips on food spots and getting around town. We have three young children and this place handled them perfectly. The location was great and the home itself was very nice. Would gladly book this place again in the future.

Excellent Stay - five minute walk to Broadway. Super clean, easy to access and very nice corner apartment. I would recommend.

Have stayed here at least half a dozen times, with pup, while visiting my son at CMU -- always convenient, always comfortable, just not always available, so... dang, the word is out! Hosts like John, and places like this, are why I still Airbnb.

This is the bottom basement apartment. I unfortunately did not read the post description very well in our hurry, so I was confused when we arrived. lol no fault on the host tho. Very clean, spacious, and relaxing back yard. Huge kitchen also. Host is very kind and responsive. I would suggest to check that the door separating the top and bottom floor is locked when you arrive. We had an incident with the door not being locked and our pup let himself through to the other guests accommodations. Other than that the neighborhood is super peaceful and quiet. Lots of space for kids and fur kids to play outside. Continent to E-town, radcliff, for Knox and Louisville. Favorite part of the house is the adjustable bed 😍

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

We just had a quick overnight stay. Mary's place is just a few miles off the highway. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It has great outdoor space which I love for my dog. I would definitely stay again.

The house is conveniently located and had everything we needed. Even though it is on a busy street with the parking right in front of the house I never had difficulty pulling out. The yard was nice for my dogs and I am sure it is even nicer in the summer with two outdoor seating areas. It was also nice/interesting to see the construction for the new metro line right behind the house. There was everything we needed inside the house/kitchen, and the coffee supplies are extensive!

Great place to stay for family and pets. Rick's place provides everything you need, and much more. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

So peaceful. Perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. Great play to stay for a weekend swim meet about 10mins away. Paul was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We hope to stay there the next time we’re in the area!

We loved the condo! It was cute and very comfortable. The place was a good size and had a nice layout. The beds were comfy and the thick walls made our stay quiet and peaceful. The host did a great job making sure we had everything we needed. The condo was clean and tidy. We had great instructions and the host was responsive when we had an issue on our end. Highly recommend!

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

Great responsive host! The unit is very comfortable and nicely decorated. I love having access to the parking garage during my stay.

Awesome location. Less than 15 min walk to Broadway but much quieter neighborhood. David gave very detailed directions and recommendations. The coffee and snacks provided were a pleasant treat. Very comfortable beds with nice pillows. Check out was easy without a lot of involved clean up rules for guests. It is worth noting that there is only one bathroom which is accessed through the one bedroom so if someone is sleeping in the living room, they will have to go through the other person's bedroom to use the bathroom. A small inconvenience for an otherwise fabulous stay.

Loved staying here. Came for Dreamville Fest but the location was so great that I’ll be planning another trip just to stay here. It was the best place. Can’t recommend enough.

Anita’s condo had every amenity you could think of! Beautiful furnishings, view and location. Our first time renting with Airbnb and as frequent travelers it will not be our last. Anita definitely has her act together and it showed! Could not have been more pleased with our weekend experience. We hope to return next year and use Anita and her wonderful condo. We even got to watch dolphins from her balcony. So glad we went.
