60th Birthday Weekend; This house was PERFECT! We just got back from an amazing girls' weekend in Nashville, and I have to rave about the place we stayed. Honestly, this house made the whole trip! Even though the weather wasn't exactly on our side, this house was a lifesaver. We storms every day, but it was actually a blessing in disguise because it gave us the perfect excuse to chill and enjoy the comfortable space. It was so stylish and inviting, and the bedding was seriously dreamy! Everything felt so comfortable and homey, which is exactly what we were looking for. But what really set this place apart were the thoughtful personal touches. The full coffee bar and the high-quality furnishings and personal care items in the bathrooms were a welcome surprise. Location-wise, it was ideal. We were within walking distance to all the action on Broadway, which was fantastic. Overall, this house was the perfect base for our Nashville adventure. I would highly recommend and book again.

Deidre was a great host! She was very proactive, friendly and accommodating. There were a lot of little touches that made the place feel like home. The house was within walking distance of so many good restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would stay with Deirdre again.

Me and my family enjoyed a wonderful stay here at Bethany Beach. The beach is private and the home offers beautiful views of the ocean. Karen was very responsive to any questions we had and extended our checkout date. We’re very thankful for such a great experience and wonderful host!

Straightforward, easy, exactly as described. Not much for extra amenities but the essentials are all there. Beds were nice. Great water pressure in the shower. Overall nice play and great for the price

The house was beautiful ands the perfect location for walking to restaurants, shops, and bars. Bruce was super responsive and accommodating. Check in and out was a breeze. He answered all of our questions very promptly. We will definitely return!

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Such a phenomenal place to stay for our trip! It has everything we needed and was close to all the main attractions we planned on attending. 10/10 would stay here again.

The home was beautiful as the pictures shown. Very peaceful, that I had to stay an additional night. My host was very nice and understanding. It felt like I was right at home being as though I'm from that area. It was worth the travel!

My family and I had such a wonder stay. very beauty area and place. I didn't want to leave. The place was clean, beds were comfortable(which is important!) and I really enjoyed the back door private patio. Restaurants and other stores were about 5/7mins away. A fews late posting .This was my first time using a a Airbnb i was a little nervous but this is everything that Erik says it is. pictures are accurate and so much more it is 10 mins from downtown perfect location easy to find. Erik was a great host there was a small issue prior to are arrival that Erik made us aware of which never impacted are stay a bit but he felt the need to Compensated us for which I don’t believe he needed to but were thankful for Erik is a incredible host place had everything one would need and if forget something I’m sure he has it for u I highly recommend Erik and his place would 100% stay at his place again thank u again Erik for being a great host

Great location for walking to the harbor and convention center. Felt safe walking at night. Clean and well equipped space, including some exercise equipment. Olive was super responsive and proactively checked in on us too and let us know we could check out late when they didn’t need to clean the place right away.

Have stayed at Gia’s properties many times while visiting my elderly mother. This house has become my second home! Close to Pickersgill Retirement Community and in a safe neighborhood. Gia is always responsive to any and all requests or inquires. Will be booking again soon for next trip to Baltimore!

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Grace’s place! It felt just like home—super cozy and had everything we needed. It was also really convenient being close to supermarkets and great restaurants. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the area!

This home is beautifully maintained, has everything you would need when away from home, is in a quiet location, and has ample space to spread out in order to work, relax, etc. Devin was very responsive to us when we had a question (minor thing) and even gave us a recommendation for a restaurant we might enjoy. His attention to detail in the home is impressive and should be commended. I’ve been to other Airbnb locations where this was not the case. Parking space right in front of the home was a bonus. I would highly recommend this home if you are visiting Greensboro.

Angela got us into their place on very short notice after having to find a replacement for a separate canceled booking we had with a different host (Water leak!). Anyway, I messaged Angela, and she responded right away, got her place cleaned and even got us in before the normal check-in! Her place was clean and very spacious. Lots of room to sprawl out. Fenced in yard with grass for our pups. She was a great communicator and always responded quickly. The house is located in a cute "pocket neighborhood" in Soulard that is well kept and easy to get to places from. It's neat seeing the arch lit up from the front porch at night.

Jesse was a great host for me and my kids, I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Everything was great! Would definitely stay again. Host was prompt with replies to any questions. My only "gripe" was there was no remote for the living room TV when we arrived. I was able to use my phone to connect to Google TV and get it working though. Still a perfect stay nonetheless!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this place. Very nice neighborhood and close to Pittsburgh. I loved the coffee bar in the kitchen. :)
