Perfect location! Peaceful and quiet but walking distance to everything. The architecture is even better than the photos. The hosts are so kind and responsive.

As a larger family with two older and six younger adults, we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful double property. Spotlessly clean, comfortable and functional in all senses. Friendly communication and easy check in and out. The location is absolutely perfect, quiet, yet very close to the busy area of Brisas de Zicatela with restaurants, night clubs, and of course, the beautiful beach. Fully recommended without reservation.

We had come from an eco village in Huatulco that was a bit too primitive with tons of ants that covered all the clothes and actually bit , so Adrian’s place was a welcome respite. Everything was better than pictured and the pool was great. It is a bit noisy at night with many barking dogs and roosters crowing most of the night but with a.c. and earplugs all was fine . We both slept great. Would definitely stay there again.

Estrella y Mathias fueron excelentes anfitriones en todo sentido, atentos a lo que necesitábamos. Ellos viven en la casa de al lado lo que agrega seguridad. La casa es tal cual las fotos y mejora cuando llegas. A 600 metros del la playa y a 300 del centrito de Punta de Zicatella es especial para relajarse caminar, ir a restaurantes muy bien puestos y con buena comida y disfrutar del clima en esta época (dic, enero) Para los que gustan del surf obviamente es un lugar especial Lleven efectivo, aunque se puede pagar con tarjeta en varios lados pero te cobran un 5% PD: el apartamento del 3er piso está hermoso para una pareja. Recomiendo mucho hospedarse en la casa de Roxel. Desde el inicio, ella es muy atenta y se muestra dispuesta a ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. También, siempre fue muy amable y nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. Además, la casa está ubicada en una zona con mucha vida donde podrás encontrar fácilmente opciones para comer, y disfrutar de actividades. Además, de la cercanía con la playa. Pasamos una muy buena estancia.

Pablo y Mónica estuvieron muy atentos en todo momento. Incluso cuando tuvimos que solucionar algo fueron muy amables y pacientes, y nos ofrecieron diferentes opciones. Definitivamente recomiendo la estadía con ellos.

Excelente lugar para grupos que viajen a puerto escondido! Guadalupe estuvo pendiente de todas nuestras preguntas y la casa es hermosa! Definitivamente volvería

El alojamiento superó mis expectativas, es perfecto! A mi familia y a mí nos encantó! Todos los coanfitriones y la anfitriona súper atentos y serviciales, te recomiendan un transporte súper seguro para trasladarte! Las habitaciones eran privadas, cada una con su propio baño y un muy buen aire acondicionado! Lo más increíble era el área libre de la alberca con la cocina, pasamos momentos muy padres ahí! Este airbanb está en una zona tranquila y segura, muy cerca del mercado zicatela y de la playa! Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí de nuevo!

I can’t say enough good things about Deni’s Casa Vilu. The location and surrounding nature is beautiful. The house has a great design with open air kitchen and common areas upstairs, furnished in minimalistic, good taste. For much of our stay I was recuperating from an illness, and therefore, couldn’t get out much. It was the perfect place to heal while taking in the fresh sea air and natural beauty of the Oaxacan coast. As for Deni, well, she gives a whole new meaning to Super Host. Not only is she extremely responsive and communicative, she also cares about her guests and will go to great lengths to make sure that they are comfortable and happy. Lastly, Domi, her housekeeper/caretaker, who is a joy and also very attentive, keeps everything immaculately clean and pristine. I felt so grateful to be a full month in Casa Vilu. It was undoubtedly the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at, and we hope to return soon!

Casa Teo was a wonderful escape from reality. It is a beautifully designed house fully in nature - a place to truly unplug and enjoy your company and surroundings. Juanita is also a gem. Her hospitality makes the stay much more enjoyable and feel at home, and her cooking is amazing. We went to town twice during our four day stay for dinners, but next time I wouldn't leave Casa Teo at all. There were a few very busy mornings, with no walls on the house it is easy to hear the construction or any neighbor sounds, so if you are a light sleeper come prepared!

Bien que waze et maps n'aient pas détecté l'emplacement, Luis a envoyé quelqu'un en moto pour nous guider jusqu'à Airbnb. J'avais parlé un jour plus tôt avec lui pour pouvoir entrer plus tôt et il m'a indiqué que dès qu'il était prêt, il me contactait pour entrer, la route était fermée et nous ne sommes plus arrivés tôt, mais la flexibilité et la gentillesse étaient présentes. Il est super important que vous alliez avec un véhicule pour la terrasse comme le dit l'annonce. les instructions sont très claires ! Nous avons voyagé avec 2 chiens et ils ont été très heureux dans le logement. Il vaut la peine de libérer des tortues sur la plage voisine, c'est l'après-midi. La cuisine est super équipée et le personnel est à l'écoute tout le temps des besoins des voyageurs.

Amazing place, close to the beach 5 minutes walking to Zicatela. Services as promised. Paul always replied very quickly whenever we need something.

it's a great location. super close to a bunch of great places to eat and a bunch of beaches. cazerilloo and Manzanillo. short walks to coral beach too. bacocho was also an easy walk. Centro takarias we're a super close walk too. and excellent. Elizar was there if I needed anything. highly recommend this place.

You’re not going to find a better place to stay in La Punta! This spot is a minute from the beach and all the action in town, but quiet and relaxed like a mini oasis. The room is spacious and clean and truly a pleasure to stay in. Perfect spot to stay a night or two months. It’s got everything.

We had an excellent stay at what we would call, a tiny house. Location was very quiet which was a blessing. 2 single beds, 4 burner stove, full size fridge were all excellent touches. Laundry location 2 min walk, food establishments 5-10 walk, depending on your flavour. Corner store with basics, 5 min walk, gym 8 mins walk. Beach 30 min walk. Large grocery store 17 min walk. Shower had low hot water pressure but a new shower head I installed fixed that. Most of all the basic issues were resolved in very short order. Would I recommend this place to future guest…YES. Would I return to this location…YES. If this place had a microwave, air fryer and a kettle it would be absolutely even more amazing but nonetheless we really enjoyed our stay. Overall

Excellent pour être de l'aéroport, du centre où il y a plusieurs choses à manger et à voir. À proximité de nombreuses plages jusqu'à la marche, vous pouvez y aller. Super calme et paisible l'endroit.
