Polignano a Mare : locations de maisons de vacances près de la plage

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the year, and these were by far the most lovely I’ve ever interacted with! The property is beautiful. We came in October so it was more quiet than during the summer, but the beach was wonderful and very closely positioned to old town Monopoli (though not walkable if that’s what you’re looking for). The kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you’d need to cook (which we did) and the patio is spectacular looking at the Adriatic (we ate all of our meals there). The hosts provided tons of recommendations and I’d recommend to anyone!!

Dom uomo gentilissimo, super disponibile per consigli sul luogo e aperto a venirti incontro. Abbiamo trovato la casa pulita e in ordine con anche qualche accortezza in più da parte sua. L’appartamento è in una zona ottima, circondato da spiagge, ristoranti e bar a pochi metri di distanza. La descrizione di Dom rispecchia alla perfezione la casa e dintorni. Felicissimi di questa scelta😊

Cute, clean apartment with modern furnishings and easy self-checkin. Loved the coved ceilings. The host was responsive and the neighbors were nice. Note that there is only one small window in the whole place. Wifi was good but we had to go back out to the street to get a cell signal.

L’appartement appartient clairement à un artiste (photographe) qui a su lui donner une âme et un caractère marqué. La (petite) cuisine est le lieu privilégié avec la superbe vue sur le port. La chambre principale et le salon ont cependant beaucoup de charme (même s’il n’y a pas de vue) grâce à la décoration. Très bon accueil de Fabrizio, qui nous a bien aidé en nous indiquant où garer notre voiture gratuitement la nuit. Il nous a aidé à venir jusqu’à l’appartement, où beaucoup d’attentions (bouteille de vin, corbeille de fruits, livre souvenir…) nous attendaient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

Maira is een geweldige host en heeft ons voorzien van veel tips. De locatie is uniek want je loopt zo naar de zee en restaurants. Als je op zoek bent naar iets unieks raad ik je deze plek zeker aan!

La plus belle maison que nous ayons eu la chance de louer sur Airbnb. Encore mieux que sur les photos, environnement magique avec accès direct privé à une belle petite plage. Piergiorgio s’est toujours montré réactif et attentif à ce que notre voyage se déroule bien. Une destination merveilleuse qu’on recommande à 💯 % 🤩 .

Appartamento situato nella centralissima piazza di Polignano, molto pulito, luminoso ed arredato con stile. Non adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie o bimbi molto piccoli perché si sviluppa su più piani con scale non agevoli (come tutte le abitazioni della zona). Splendido affaccio dalla terrazza sulla città. Peccato che un piccolo disservizio legato alla vasca idromassaggio in terrazza non funzionante (forse per il maltempo che ha mandato in tilt la centralina), per il quale comunque l’host si è prodigato inviando due volte dei tecnici che però non hanno potuto risolvere nell’immediato. Unico difetto è la rumorosità anche fino a tarda notte della piazza antistante e dei principali locali del centro storico che insistono sulla stessa. Per il resto consigliatissimo

Location meravigliosa e host fantastici. Il posto è in una zona strategica a due passi da luoghi stupendi, raccomandato.

Gyönyörű, modern, elegáns otthon Baritól északra, ahol mindent megtalálsz amire szükséged lehet. Békés, szép környezet, zárt lakóparkban, ezért teljesen biztonságos. A legközelebbi tömegközlekedés kb 2 km, ezért bérelt autóval vagy taxival ajánlott. Anton több mint tökéletes házigazda, mindent megtett értünk, mindenben segített, nagyon örülünk hogy megismertük, remélem visszajövünk még! Köszönjük Anton!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at the Flowers Cottage. Giovanna was there to greet us and show us around the beautiful property. She provided snacks and some things for the refrigerator to start. There was even champagne and a bottle of wine! She thought of everything you could possibly need for a long stay. There was so much outside space to relax in. You could choose a different area depending on your mood. The pool was a delightful addition. She was there for all my questions throughout the trip. We couldn’t have had a better host in my opinion.

This place is spotless, very secure. It was fun having the outdoor grill/pizza oven and the small pool. It is kind of hidden. Francesco meets you on the street above the property in his car and leads you to it. I was a bit nervous following him off the beaten path. It is in an area which is redeveloping and seemed sketchy. He was very welcoming and attentive. The property is completely safe and secure and I would not hesitate to come again. He even came at 4 am to check us out for an early flight. Francesco works very hard to make sure you have an enjoyable time.

Vitoria’s place is in a perfect location in the old town. There are lots to see and places to eat near the house. Pretty much everything is reachable on foot. Her house is beautiful, clean and very true to description. We didn’t get to use the jacuzzi because we were too cold but anyone who plans to do so, it’s very clean and the view is good! We love the pillows and the bed too (much better than other air bnb standard). The best thing about this accommodation is the host - Vitoria was extremely helpful and welcoming. She helped us with the taxi, the train and everything we asked she reply within 5 minutes. I would love to come back to her place again. Definitely recommend 👍👍👍👍👍

Perfect flat for exploring Polignano and the area around. There was building work next door, which was a bit unfortunate, but just unlucky. All in all the flat has what you need, and is super comfortable. The hosts were helpful with tours as well.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Giuseppe’s villa near Polignano a Mare, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Giuseppe and his wife welcomed us with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning, combining modern comforts with beautiful Italian architecture. The spacious living areas were perfect for relaxing, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to enjoy meals together. Each bedroom was beautifully decorated and provided a peaceful haven for a restful night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the outdoor space. The terrace and pool area were fantastic for soaking up the sun and enjoying the breath-taking views of the surrounding countryside. Plenty of areas for having breakfast outside and unwinding in the evenings with a glass of wine. The location is ideal, just a short drive from the charming town of Polignano a Mare.

Enzo è stato un Host disponibile e cordiale. Ci ha permesso di effettuare il check-out qualche ora dopo il previsto ed è stato sempre cortese e gentile, anche molto interessato a come stava andando la nostra vacanza.

great location, close to where we needed to be. I liked not having to carry a key around as they had a code to get in. Enzo was very helpful with the local knowledge and different places to go which was so lovely!

La estancia en el apartamento de Luciano ha sido maravillosa! Aparte de que la localización es excelente y las comodidades de verdadero lujo (el jacuzzi es estupendo!), Luciano ha sido un anfitrión atento y encantador, que no ha dudado en ofrecernos consejos, focaccia, y hasta nos ha regalado un vino de su bodega. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Marica’s beautiful apartment. It was perfectly located, very close to the old town, but a bit off the beaten path track and very peaceful and quiet. Marica and her partner were very responsive and friendly, and helped us out with a variety of questions and concerns, always very quickly. We thought this was a great find!

L’un des meilleurs logements que nous avons pu réservé sur Airbnb: un charme fou, très bien entretenu et on ne peut mieux placé. Hautement recommandé

Mauro est un hôte très réactif qui nous a donné des instructions très claires et utiles. Le logement est très agréable. Il faut savoir que vous devez vous garer en dehors de la ville historique et Mauro nous a bien aidés. Si vous avez de la chance de trouver à vous garer, le logement se trouve à 400m à pied. Le logement se trouve au centre de la ville historique qui s’éveille vers 19:00. Si vous avez l’impression que la ville dort à 17:00, retournez-y deux heures plus tard. La transition est étonnante. Le logement se trouve dans une rue calme. Seul tout petit bémol est relatif au bruit de la climatisation/chauffage. Nous y sommes allés alors que la température extérieure était de 18 degrés et avons été obligés de faire fonctionner le chauffage toute la nuit. Autrement je vous recommande vivement

Apartment jest przytulny, nowoczesny i bardzo czysty. Przy samej plazy i w srodku starego miasta. Idealny dla pary. Jesli musisz popracować to internet dziala bardzo dobrze. Anna jest bardzo miła i pomocna. Polecamy bardzo!
