Portici : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

The place is 5 stars in my opinion with a couple little quirks to note. Some really stand out features are the bed is soooooo comfortable, the balcony is very large with a gorgeous view, AC works very well in September, and there is a good restaurant right up the street that you can get to without any stairs called Consintino’s. A few things to note are the shower doesn’t drain very well (it’s positano and everything is old this didn’t bother us much we just used the handheld and turned the water off and on) there are some ants if you don’t keep up on emptying the garbage (again not a big deal, take out the garbage/keep clean) there is a laundry in the apt but the host said it was 15 euros for laundry. When I booked it was advertised as “free laundry in unit” so I would probably just change the description if it isn’t free anymore. The place was really clean and the host was very helpful/friendly. Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

We had a great stay at Alberico’s place. The house was nice clean and beautiful. Within a short drive to many places on the Amalfi Coast. Alberico and his wife were very helpful with recommendations and and very responsive. Thank you we will be back!

Abbiamo lasciato oggi, lunedì, l’alloggio di Enrico, siamo 2 coppie, età media quasi 60 anni, e siamo scesi a Napoli da Milano venerdì in treno, abbiamo pernottato 3 notti. Posizione secondo noi ottimale, vicino al lungomare, non lontano da via Partenope e, con una bella passeggiata lungo via Chiaia, non lontano da piazza Plebiscito. Ci siamo spostati comodamente con i mezzi pubblici. Comodissimo salire al Vomero da piazza Amedeo. Abbiamo trovato spazi comodi, puliti, adeguatamente attrezzati. All’arrivo e alla partenza la signora Lucia è stata puntuale, molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottima esperienza. Ornella

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

What stood out the most was, Chiara. She’s lovely! Kind, knowledgeable, happy to help, patient and basically a delight. She really made our stay with the right recommendations and friendly smile. We are very happy to have met her and have stayed at her family’s place- super clean, cozy, everything we needed.

It was the perfect spot for us with a toddler - walkable to Sorrento centre, but also with a spacious enclosed garden which was great for our toddler to run around safely. The house was cosy and had everything you need. There was a welcome pack of pastries and oranges from the garden which was great for breakfast after a late arrival. We arrived at 10pm but the hosts stayed up to show us round, which was very kind. A great stay

Somos de San Carlos de Bariloche,Patagonia,Argentina No tuvimos el placer de conocer a Francesco, pero si, a su hija, muy amable , simpatica , atenta y servicial, nos sentimos como en casa, muy cerca de la estación, para moverse hacia toda la costa de Amalfi, Positano y sin ruidos molestos, muy completo, muy amplia casa y muy hermosa, como toda Italia, zona muy segura, realmente me sentí como en mi casa, pasamos una hermosa y serena estadía ya que no tiene TV....volveríamos, sin dudarlo, recomendados, anfitriones y casa

Luigi was a great host! From the beginning he went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable by showing us all of the amenities of this modern penthouse apartment. We felt safe and enjoyed the privateness of the condo and huge terrace. We appreciated the food items like the Melba toast, basic food prep spices, oils, jams, Nutella and the welcome basket of wine, nuts and bottle of Prosecco. He recommended places to eat at and attractions to see. The convenience of the nearby train stations was a plus. We wished we could have stayed longer!

Our stay was amazing! The views were breathtaking! The room was spacious, and all needed amenities provided. Our hosts are what made this trip OVER THE TOP and unforgettable! Giovanna and Pasquale are absolutely lovely and gracious. So personable and very helpful. Every question was answered with recommendations and directions. We ran into them at the beach, and they invited us along to Amalfi - spent a lovely afternoon and learned all about the bus system. The location of this studio is perfect! The other coastal towns are very busy and crowded. Praiano is tucked in between, and much quieter yet still have everything desired: shops, restaurants and easy transportation within Praiano and to the other towns. The studio description is very accurate - when they say stairs they MEAN STAIRS. After seeing all the other stairs in all the towns, these were not bad. Suggestion: don't overpack. Unforgettable experience with truly amazing hosts!

This apartment was excellent and I will would certainly stay there again next time in Naples. The balcony is fantastic with an amazing view and adds a unique aspect to this apartment that by itself makes it worthwhile. The neighborhood is wonderful, family oriented, safe, interesting, and close to both the upper heights of Naples as well as <10 minute walk to the historical center and numerous restaurants etc. The cable car (Funiculare) makes the climb up the hill easy if you have difficulty, but it is 5 minutes walking up and great exercise. The hosting is unique, the hosts live across the hall and made me feel right at home, and the son, Max, who officially manages it is extremely responsive and helpful. They even helped me find my next apartment nearby when I wanted to extend my stay but their apartment was reserved. The inside of the apartment is not spacious but sufficient for a couple, with plenty of space to organize clothing, which a lot of AirBnB's overlook.

Great location - we were able to walk to every site we wanted to see.

Salvatore and Lucia were great hosts! They greeted us at our late check in and made us feel right at home. He was very responsive even before the trip. He was able to provide recommendations before and during our stay and helped us with some research for local transportation and such. The place is absolutely gorgeous. Plenty of space and everything you need for your stay. The market is just outside the gate which had some quick eats and coffee available since early in the morning! The stairs leading to the center and the beach is only 5 minutes away. Be aware of lots of steps but I’m sure you already know to expect that at the coast. Would definitely return!

Absolute gala time at Elena’s apartment. She is a super host, great comms, perfectly laid out insurrections for the apartment, everything is provided so you feel like home, and Ofcourse great view of the Sea with walking distance to the city centre. Thank you for hosting us. Highly recommended.

the owner is very kind & helpful, gave us map, hightlighted the restuarants open in winter, show us the beach walk route etc. they even bought cereal, bread, jam, milk, juice & honey etc. they acommodate to our early n later timing check out. thank you so much

We had a great stay here, we chilled out utilising the lovely large balcony and successfully explored Sorrento and Pompeii from here. The apartment is right on a beach but is about a 20 minute steep walk into the town, this wasn't an issue for us and the main restaurants, train station and everything you need is at the top of the path. Our stay was made 5 stars by the help we received from Alfonso and the property owner. We stayed here for five days as part of a 3 month trip around Europe and Italy, and while here our brake pads warning light came on our van. We had tried phoning numerous places and were struggling with the translation until I asked Alfonso for help, who went on to ask the property owner for a recommendation. She not only recommended a local garage but let us follow her there and gave us a lift back up to collect the van when it was done. This was so kind and stopped a lot of van stress for us!

Ich kann Tony‘s Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Die große Terrasse ist ein Highlight. Die Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch und zentral gelegen und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Tony war jederzeit hilfsbereit und kommunikativ und hat uns wertvolle Tipps für seine Stadt gegeben. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt!

Vue absolument magnifique, Marialena tres disponible et trés aidante, le voisin d'en dessous a 2 chiens qui abboient un peu quand même, on diraient qu'ils ne sortent que sur la terrasse. Quand il y a des voisins à côté, on les entends depuis le salon, mais ils ne sont arrivés que le dernier jour. Au global un bon sejour dans ce lieu. Merci

Le logement avec sa belle terrasse est très agréable à vivre. Commerces et arrêts de bus sont tout près. Francesco est un hôte très à l'écoute et vraiment préoccupé du bien-être de ses locataires.

Un appartement avec de très belles qualités, une vue panoramique sur Naples à couper le souffle, place Bellini et métro Dante à côté. Clim dans les deux chambres qui fonctionne très bien. Literie de qualité, bien insonorisé. Hôte sympa et réactif qui gère bien. A deux stations de métro des bateaux pour Capri, sorrente … Donc quasi vraiment parfait. Pour être au top du top, juste rajouter un peu d’accessoires de cuisine. Mais nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle et la vue sur le Vésuve va nous aider à reprendre le boulot en y repensant. Merci pour tout.

I can’t say enough good things about Laura’s airbnb. It is absolutely gorgeous, exactly as pictured. She arranged a driver for us to take us from the train station to the airbnb, where we met her sister who checked us in. She also gave a list of recommended restaurants that were amazing. The views are incredible and really easily walkable into the town of Amalfi. Would definitely recommend visiting Laura’s airbnb!
