This villa and trullo from 1780, named trullo Fedele Bonotto, have been fully restored but still sit among the centuries-old olive trees of the area. Admire the historic stone walls, lounge in the private pool and solarium, and enjoy the beautiful garden area, all exclusive to guests and their privacy- The staff who takes care of the cleaning of the external and internal spaces of the property strictly follow the sanitary rules foreseen for Covid-19, before the arrival of each guest, full sanitation is carried out, the size of the house and the large garden absolutely guarantee the social security distances and contactless The villa, with centuries-old olive trees, has a dining area and fully equipped kitchen with utensils and crockery, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Thanks to a corridor you get to the two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Detached from the villa, with separate entrance, you access the trullo, about 50 m2 large, where there is a double bed, a sofa / double bed and a private bathroom. In the outdoor area there is a large table with 10 chairs, several seats, a barbeque and the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. Also attached to the villa is the boiler room with laundry, complete with washing machine. Trulli Ad Maiora, charmants trulli avec SPA

Les maîtres trullari locaux ont redonné vie à ce lieu magique grâce à des techniques et des matériaux locaux. Le résultat est une propriété privée où vous pouvez passer une vraie expérience. Des fruits et légumes de notre jardin bio au kilomètre zéro au parcours de jogging à la campagne où se trouvent 1950 plantes indigènes et 45 oliviers. Du spa intime utilisable été comme hiver au majestueux belvédère attribué à la cour de la ferme où le blé était battu. Alberobello est à seulement 1,5 km.

Stylish villa with swimming pool, for max 5 guests, between Ostuni and Cisternino, with 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom and independent entrance, living area with kitchen. The old part has star vaults and exposed stone. Outdoor spaces are the swimming pool of course, the garden with olive trees and Mediterranean plants, 2 outdoor dining areas, near the pool and on the back of the house, the barbecue, the stone shower. The furniture combines design elements with typically Apulian details.

Inoltre e' anche possibile visitare gli animali allevati in azienda. Posto ideale per una vacanza in totale relax,immersi nella natura. La casa e'indipende e riservata, vicina a Martina Franca famosa per il suo stile barocco ,Locorotondo,Alberobello famosa per i suoi trulli, Cisternino.,zoo safari di Fasano, le famose grotte di Castellana e la famosa Matera.

A 2 km da Martina Franca in campagna tranquilla intero appartamento dotato di comoda cucina (lavastoglie inclusa), camino, ampio bagno con idromassaggio. Di recentissima costruzione, resta molto fresca nel periodo estivo. Ideale per chi ama la natura, la tranquillità, spazi aperti nel verde. Il giardino esterno, in comune con la mia famiglia, è dotato di spazi x giochi per bambini. Disponibilità di noleggiare bici e segnalare percorsi ciclabili disposti tra trulli e querce.
