The apartment in Tarvisio, hosted by Emanuele and Elisabetta, is phenomenal! There were six of us, and the apartment has three separate bedrooms with comfortable mattresses and pillows, as well as a spacious living room with a very well-equipped kitchen, making it ideal for a larger group. If you love skiing, like we do, the apartment is in a perfect location. It’s just a few minutes' walk to the ski lift, which takes you directly to the Tarvisio ski area. Other ski resorts, such as Sella Nevea and Nassfeld, are also nearby. The city center is a 15-minute walk away, and a large supermarket is also close by. The parking area in front of the house is spacious and free! The hosts are reliable and respond to messages within five minutes. We had a minor issue with the heating, but it was resolved very quickly after we reported it. We are extremely satisfied with the apartment and hope to stay here again!

Good location, clean place, worth it.

We did not have the pleasure of meeting Vasco, but we got to spend time with Giacomo, who is very helpful, friendly and informative. Giacomo provided a quick (and, for us, better!) solution when we found the washing machine was not working as expected. We had been traveling a couple of weeks and so his help was very important! The house is ideal if occupied by the same family so that the grand, historic ground floor and rooftop terrace can be fully enjoyed. We rented just one apartment but there were no other guests; so we had use of the entire common space ourselves. Walking to restaurants and cafes in Cormons is about 15 minutes along via Colombicchio and via San Giovanni —this route offers views of the hills, as opposed to a quicker route through uninspiring residential streets. The location just on the edge of town is convenient for making day trips by car. The location is not rural, but there are fine views over green hills from the apartment.

Annamaria's apartment is very well located and as a plus, close to a beautiful creek - with a lovely sound. The neighbourhood is safe and walkable, with most attractions close by. Thanks for having us!

alloggio davvero delizioso, funzionale e pulito. Non mancava proprio nulla, come soggiornare a casa di un amico. Cristina è stata premurosa reattiva e flessibile. sicuramente ci tornerei.

Tolle Gastgeber, schön eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung, wunderschöne Lage, Entspannung pur mitten im Zentrum. Wir haben unsere Weihnachten mit unserer Familie in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder mal zurück. Vielen Dank an Giancarlo

Communication with Ilaria was very friendly, apartment is comfortable. We spent most of the time at the sea so I cannot say anything about the surroundings, except that there were mosquitos but windows have protection screens so no problem inside. Climatisation is great benefit as well!

Tutto in ordine, é la terza volta che soggiorniamo qui. Host reattivo. Appartamento non manca di nulla, inclusi giochi per bambini. La zona é tranquilla e ci sono ristoranti e supermercati nei dintorni in caso di bisogno. Molto vicino all'autostrada.

If you want a place close to the city center, this is ideal. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, and it's even better. Warm, beautifully decorated, with tons of books and plenty of space. The city itself is very safe, so we had no problems at all coming and going, even late at night. Elizabeth was very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend this home!

Minden rendben volt, jó a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, közel van a parthoz. Parkoló helyet viszont nehéz találni egész Gradóban

Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo appartamento con mio marito e nostro figlio di due anni. Ci siamo trovati estremamente bene. L'appartamento è moderno, pulitissimo, ben attrezzato e collocato in una posizione tranquilla. Ci sono comunque bar e diversi negozi a pochi passi. Ho apprezzato che Omar, host gentilissimo e disponibile, ci abbia lasciato del latte e del burro fresco nel frigorifero, oltre ad il caffè ed alcune altre cosine per la colazione. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento

We had a lovely time at Ericas apartment. We travelled with dog and child and therefore the location was great, it is not direct in the center, but really close to the beach and has everything one needs and the balcony is very large and nice. The toys in the children's room were a nice touch. Comunication via message was easy and she was always available in case we needed something. Thank you for everything!

L'accueil a été chaleureux, les hôtes très disponibles pour nous conseiller sur les restaurants alentours et autres activités. Très réactifs aussi lorsque nous avions besoin de matériel électroménager. Bel environnement calme, dans le vert, à la sortie de Pordenone. Accès centre-ville rapide et supermarché à 2 min en voiture.

⭐️⭐️ Il nostro soggiorno a casa di Silvia è stato assolutamente fantastico, appartamento e molto bello , pulito e la zona tranquilla ! se vuoi cucinare trovi tutto quello che ti serve , non manca assolutamente nulla ! e poi si dorme cosi bene che si voleva rimanere ancora per una notte ,Se stai cercando un'esperienza Airbnb eccezionale, non cercare oltre, Grazie Silvia

Wir waren nun schon das 3. Kahr in Folge in der Unterkunft und sind nach wie vor begeistert... Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Kommunikation lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

You will definitely love your stay at Nives and Giancarlo! :) Why? Nice, spacious, newly renovated & well equipped appartment (big bathroom, cosmetic miniatures - all you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen). Fabulous, large swimming pool with salt water only for 2 appartments (we enjoyed the pool most of the time as private, the other app.was not occupied during our stay). Very nice hosts Nives and Giancarlo, who really take care of us,on the other hand kept our privacy. Sweet surprise every morning.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica nel appartamento di Saverio. L'appartamento è situato in una zona residenziale, molto tranquilla, non molto distante dal mare (15 minuti a passo lento). A nostra disposizione c'era un posto auto recintato, le 3 piscine ( una per bimbi), il parco giochi sempre all'ombra e le biciclette. A distanza di 150 metri si trova un supermercato dove sì può fare la spesa. Sul ampio balcone si trovano uno sbraio e il tavolo dove si può cenare al fresco. Consigliatissimo!

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness.
