Appartamento di nuova ristrutturazione e super fornito. Le camere da letto son ben arredate e addobbate per il Natale. La cucina molto ben fornita con stoviglie ed accessori nuovi. Pulizia dell’appartamento impeccabile! Stefano e sua moglie persone cordiali, disponibili e discrete. Siamo stati benissimo, come a casa. Assolutamente consigliato!

Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno da Monica. L’appartamento era sufficientemente ampio, con meraviglioso terrazzo dove rilassarsi e provvisto di tutto il necessario per abitarci senza disagi (aspirapolvere, lavatrice lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, tv….). Insomma tutto ineccepibile in un posto tranquillo e bello. Monica inoltre è gentilissima e disponibile. Consigliatissimo

Wir bedanken uns für einen schönen Aufenthalt in einem angenehm gestalteten Apartment, in dem wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit unseren Hunden hatten. :) Der Check in läuft über das Hotel Presidente und man erhält zuvor alle benötigten Infos hierfür. Dort wird man sehr freundlich empfangen und bekommt die Schlüssel ausgehändigt. Auf schriftliche Nachfragen z.B. zur Verwendung der vielen Schlüssel wird sofort sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich reagiert. Das Apartment befindet sich an der Marina UNO und man hat einen schönen kleinen Garten mit Ausblick auf die Boote. Die große Terrasse ist Richtung Garten etwas kleiner als gedacht, geht dafür aber einmal um das komplette Apartment herum und es gibt ausreichend Terrassenmöbel. Für die Hunde waren sogar Näpfe und ein Begrüßungssnack hergerichtet, was sehr bemerkenswert ist und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen dadurch. Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit und freuen uns dort hoffentlich irgendwann wieder Ferien zu verbringen.

Nagyon kedves házigazda. Nagyszerű szállás, nagyon kényelmes ágyakkal. A nappaliban lévő ágy is alkalmas alvásra. Fürdőköntös, törölközők, illatos ágynemű is volt, mint egy négy csillagos hotelben. Mindennel felszerelt, mintha otthon lettünk volna. Mindkét hálószobábol ki lehetett menni az erkélyre. Igazi olasz hangulat, egy nagyon szép utcában. A strand bejárata kb. 100 méter, nagyon közel volt a lakáshoz. Ajánlani fogjuk a barátainknak.

1000% recommend staying at Veronica's apartment if you are going to Dolomites. We visited many towns on this trip and I have to say Sappada is the most charming city to stay in with plenty of local hikes to do and the best restaurants to dine at. Veronica's apartment was super warm and charming. It had absolutely everything we needed. The place also has a beautiful spa and a pool to cool down at after long exhaustive hikes. Host: Veronica and family are the sweetest people you can meet. They answered all our questions and gave many recommendations in person and on whats up. They made us feel right at home and also helped us out with a few emergencies we had. They really went above and beyond. Apartment: The apartment is beautiful. The bedroom is all wood and a king bed and a bunk bed for the kids. The kitchen and bathroom are pristine and come fully equippe. Location: is absolutely perfect. Walking distance to some beautiful hikes, market , pharmacy and restaurant. Thanks

Siamo rimasti solo 1 giorni ma ci siamo trovati molto bene. Alloggio corrispondente alla descrizione, pulito in ordine e funzionale. Host molto cortese con piccoli accorgimenti ci ha fatto una buona accoglienza.

La casa del ghiro è grande ed accogliente. Ristrutturata seguendo le migliori soluzioni per il risparmio energetico. Ottimo impianto di aria condizionata (ad Agosto può essere caldo anche in collina). Giardino con l'occorrente per la griglia. Ilaria è rapida e premurosa nelle risposte. Supermermercati a pochi km (ho scelto il Despar di Povoletto). Ho utilizzato questa casa come base per visitare il Friuli Venezia Giulia occidentale. A due passi si trova Cividale (da visitare tempietto longobardo ed i tre musei) ed Udine. Ad un'ora di strada o poco più, si raggiunge Aquileia e Trieste. Sempre a poco più di 1 ora si raggiunge la montagna (Tarvisio, cave di Predil). Un dettaglio che ci era sfuggito era la possibilità di comprare la FVG card. Utile, specie per gli adulti (i minori di 18 anni non pagano i musei). Mi sento quindi di raccomandare la casa del ghiro per il vostro soggiorno. Grazie Ilaria per questa bella vacanza!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus. Die Beschreibung und die Fotos stimmen mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten überein. Die gesamte Anlage, in der das Ferienhaus liegt, ist sehr gepflegt und gerade der Poolbereich ist echt super gewesen! Poolbar und Restaurant sind eher hochpreisig, aber gut. Da es aus der Beschreibung nicht genau hervorgeht, hier nochmal die Aufteilung des Hauses: Der Eingang liegt im oberen Geschoss, hier ist ein offener Wohn- und Küchenbereich mit Esstisch. Hier gibt es auch zwei Balkone, einer mit Liegen und einer mit Esstisch. Außerdem befinden sich im oberen Geschoss die beiden Schlafzimmer sowie ein Badezimmer mit Wanne. Im unteren Geschoss ist die Garage, in der zwei Autos hintereinander Platz haben. Außerdem gibt es hier noch ein Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Es gibt ein Shuttle zum hoteleigenen Strand, wir sind aber immer mit dem Auto gefahren, da es dort genügend Parkplätze gibt (auch ein paar kostenlose). Man kann auch zu Fuß gehen, ist aber eher weit und kein schöner Weg entlang der Straße.

Perfect vacation! House Hilde offers everything what is needed for complete gateway from everyday routine. Fresh air, breathtaking view on mountains, peaceful surrounding, closed glass terrace for winter sunbathing and a ski slope in front of the house! We loved a large selection of board games, kids especially. Noemi is excellent host, friendly, comunicative and considerate. She gave us a lot of useful information about things to do in the area and a one surprise - chicken eggs from her own chickens - this is something you do not see often any more, so five stars for Noemi and house Hilde! :)

Fantastic. One of the best stays I have ever had. The place is beautiful, well taken care of, in every single detail. A real pleasure to be there! And very central. Only one minute walking to the main square, restaurants and shops. Only negative point: the internet connection is not good, very slow, due to the thick walls of the old building. Something to consider if you need to work, otherwise go for it!

Eravamo in 5 alloggiare e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il check in è stato semplice e si è adattato ai miei orari. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e dotato di tutte le cose necessarie per alloggiare, non mancava assolutamente niente. La zona tranquilla e sicura, con due bellissimi asinelli come vicini di casa, allo stesso tempo era a due minuti di strada dalla Fiera di Pordenone, il nostro luogo d'interesse. Consiglio tantissimo questo appartamento!

Minden rendben volt, jó a szállás, teljesen felszerelt, közel van a parthoz. Parkoló helyet viszont nehéz találni egész Gradóban

Ho prenotato l'alloggio per mio suocero Marco. Esperienza molto positiva. Bei posti in cui fare tranquille passeggiate come piace a lui. Casa in perfetto ordine e pulizia e molto confortevole. Apprezzata molto la disponibilità dell'host nelle comunicazione e nell'accoglienza. Assolutamente consigliato.
