This boutique hotel is a great find in oc & close to all the big attractions. Rooms are big, beds comfortable, and I loved the spanish/rustic room decor (especially the light fixtures which provide nice ambient lighting). so many hotels have crazy white led lights that are just harsh on the eyes and sterile nowadays. I highly recommend this property as its welcoming and tranquil. It was clean, provides a cool so cal vibe with cute decor, is centrally located, big rooms with a nice vanity, big tvs, good lighting, also enjoyed hearing the water fountains which are situated in the lower level patios. I could go on...and for a great price!

Staying at Freehand was an absolute delight! The eclectic decor and vibrant atmosphere made me feel right at home. The rooftop pool with stunning city views was a highlight, and the on-site dining options were top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in the heart of LA with style and comfort!

The room was clean and it was quiet. We were able to walk around and see Santa Monica. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay that is also affordable.

Stayed here for trade show at the convention center. Location was superb so we could walk to and from. The suite was immaculate and the views really pretty. Staff was very responsive and friendly. Would book here again!

Place is clean with great location. 15min walk to beach and local restaurants. I would definitely stay there again
