Fantastic location . Right on the beach with direct access to the sea . In a secure community. A real beach house . Well /equipped with beach toys ( paddle boards , body boards . Beach games etc. ) A very relaxed beach house feel . Good powerful shower one indoors and one outside .

Definitely a great place to stay if you’re driving to LA and need a convenient stop for some rest, as it’s right next to the I-10. The property also offers great amenities, with its location right in front of the river this is perfect for camping and outdoor activities. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. No issues at all so highly recommend!

Kelly’s home was a great stay for our group of friends. The backyard was huge, very quiet, and relaxing with a great view of the city lights, we even got to see the fireworks going off in many areas of the city for the Fourth of July. Mornings in the backyard were wonderful with the sound of roosters crowing in the distance and a very cute hen that snuck in the backyard to say hi. The inside of the house was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The bar supplies and cups were even in a saloon-style living room bar, complete with swinging wooden bar doors! Water pressure and temperature were great, the AC unit cooled us off to 70 degrees even when it was 112 degrees outside. We were able to drive to nearby cities and mountains during the day, returning to the peaceful house in the evening. Kelly was extremely responsive and accommodating. She was lovely to interact with and offered a very welcoming stay. Her neighbor Lynn was super kind and helped us with any in person needs very quickly. The neighborhood is very friendly and quiet. I felt safe and welcomed by everyone. It was a perfect getaway for our California desert and lake explorations. If you’re looking for a quiet desert getaway in California, I would personally recommend Kelly’s home.

This was our second visit to Arizona Oasis, and there will be many more! I love this little community. I’ve been to the other surrounding parks, and none compare. What a beautiful little community, with great amenities. The beach is beautiful, pool is nice, and well you can’t beat the view from the patio! We spent so much time out there! Will definitely be back, maybe even to buy!

I was staying here to complete a 30-mile trail race. The place was so cozy and comfortable that I slept well before my event. Post-run there were so many pet-friendly options since my fur baby traveled with us. The host is speedy to respond and super friendly.

Todo tal cual las fotos. Muy lindo departamento, en la mejor zona de San Clemente, con una hermosa vista desde el living y cocina hacia el mar. Super recomendable. Volvería sin dudarlo. Todos los servicios anduvieron muy bien. De noche se puede escuchar el sonido del mar a pesar de tener las ventanas cerradas, hermoso! Un día tuvimos un problema con la luz porque se recargó la conexión eléctrica, y muy rápidamente Kathryn nos solucionó el problema. Cualquier duda que tuvimos la respondió casi al instante. Otro punto a favor es la lavadora y secadora de ropa que utilizamos ya que nuestra estadía fue por varios días. Si tuviese que decir algo negativo, y luego de mucho pensar, diría que la heladera es un tanto vieja y hace algo de ruido. En síntesis: hermoso departamento que vale lo que se paga.

We had a great time at Lees place. His house is very comfortable felt right at home. Slept great with the sound of the waves. Cant ask for a better locations. Lots to do in the area or just sit on the deck and relax or take a walk on the beach or go for a swim.

This place was better then the tiny homes in the resort. It had a gate around the property and small green area. AC in the home works great. Nice addition was the cable tv once we finished playing in the river we would watch tv with the kids.

The resort is lovely and the studio was very comfortable and just as described. The laundry across the hall was a bonus and the staff was courteous and helpful. We hope to return for another stay in the future. The grounds are beautiful and very safe to walk and enjoy the flowers and manicured landscape.

This is one of those places that you hate to give a 5 star review and share how amazing your stay was, because you don’t want others to know and share it! We absolutely loved our stay here and the staff, surroundings, pool and rooms were beautiful. So many family activities nearby, beautiful beaches and parks!

All I can say is, wow! This place absolutely exceeded my expectations. The Oasis is beautiful, I had a view and beach right out my front door. The area was quiet, clean, and felt very safe. I loved all of the dogs and cats running around. The house itself was perfect for what I needed. Anyone staying in the loft needs to understand it’s a low ceiling loft. This was very clean and comfortable. I loved this place enough that 1, this is my new spot to stay for my annual visit to quartzite, and 2, I may buy one of these spots! The only downside: host not super quick to respond, have to be super careful on steps to loft as tac strips will get your feet. Other than that, perfect.

This is an old cottage with the limitations of the beautiful view deck fully explained. The main rooms-living, dining, and kitchen are everything you need, including new flooring throughout. The kitchen has quartz counters, a combo drip and pod Keurig, a microwave and refrig, lots of dinner and glassware supplies and kitchen tools, and a Bosch dishwasher. The dining area has a nice large table and 6 chairs, and the living area has two adjustable leather lounge chairs and a couch from which to enjoy the new Samsung 70 inch smart TV. Use your own Prime, Netflix, etc. subscriptions or the provided cable. Wifi works beautifully. Passing Amtrak trains below our cliff home are only vaguely heard inside and merely a pleasant reminder of past trips locally and across the Country. We fully enjoyed our restful retreat from being fire evacuated and power shutdown at our near Eaton fire residence. Fortunately we were not personally fire damaged. Thanks to Kim and her hubby for everything!

I loved this little condo at surf side inn! it was roomy and inviting. it was super easy to walk to the beach and the staff were amazing! We didn't count for daylight savings so we arrived an hour early but the staff got us in a room early so we could go and see the beach! My husband loved the hot tub and the beach view! the kids loved the access to beach toys and the massive bath tub! Overall, the stay was amazing. I will be staying here again in the future!

Great space and location, walking distance to beach and beach trail. Would stay here again.

Kim’s home is lovely and exactly as described. If you’ve never stayed in a beach shack before then your expectations need to be managed. The location is impeccable and the views are magnificent. The property and unit are dated but like I said, a beach bungalow is a perfect description. Would come back. Can’t beat the price.
