Lovely spacious home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Large master bedroom and bath and nice sleeping accommodations for other guests as well. Booking was easy and Lauren was very helpful and responsive. We needed a home in close proximity to hospital while my sister went through surgery and recovery. Convenient to markets and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

This place is simply perfect and the hosts as good as they get. The communication from them was timely and clear even before we had booked - I reached out way before they had opened it for booking for the period of time we wanted to stay because we were going to the Indian Wells tennis tournament and wanted to stay in this particular house because of the ModPool. The day we arrived, Thomas offered to preheat the pool for us, which was quite welcome because it was colder than normal that day. All communication was superb. This is the perfect house for fun, relaxation, and entertainment. There is so much to do. It is so well appointed for activities and entertaining - the pool, mini-golf, bocci ball, billiards, ping pong, video games, board games, tv's everywhere inside and out. It was fantastic. The hosts thought of everything one wants and needs - even things like coffee, ice, beach towels, and a great visitors guide. We were not left wanting anything at all. A Simply perfect place.

Very conveniently located. 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. 5 minute walk to Demuth park with pickleball courts and dog park. The host was very responsive and provided everything necessary for our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The yard was nice and clean. I really appreciate that the house is dog friendly and so close to the park for dog walking. Also great was the option to heat pool and/or spa separately. We used the spa. The pool was nice but we didn’t opt to heat it as it was a little too cool outside for most of our stay. The house is convenient to the airport but that comes with hearing the planes throughout the day (but not too bad - and not at night). Great wifi. Comfortable beds. Nice neighborhood and friendly neighbors.

Absolutely loved our stay at Frank’s place! From the moment we checked in, Frank went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. He gave us a personal walkthrough over the phone, guiding us through the house, explaining how to operate the spa and pool, and even pointing out the game closet—such a thoughtful touch! The home itself was spotless, and it’s clear Frank takes great pride in maintaining a clean and inviting space. The kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. Every detail was considered to ensure a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a stress-free, relaxing getaway with a fantastic host, this is the place! We can’t recommend it enough and would absolutely stay here again. My wife and I had an amazing three-night stay at Brent & Lauren’s beautiful home in Indio. From Friday to Monday, we enjoyed every moment of our getaway. The backyard was truly the highlight—stunning and thoughtfully designed with a beautiful pool and spa, multiple seating areas, a fireplace, and a great BBQ setup. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Inside, the home was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The comfortable layout made our stay even more enjoyable. Brent & Lauren were fantastic hosts, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to stay at their lovely home. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

We loved our stay in La Quinta at Casa del Julian. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house is comfortable. Bedrooms are very spacious. Appliances are in pristine condition. The housekeeping is impeccable. We would have like a few more lamps 😉 We appreciated that our host, Nadia, is friendly and extremely organized. She sent detailed directions ahead of time on how to use the hot tub as well as house rules. We will stay here again.

Responsive host that provided very clear instructions for check in and check out. She made the process so easy and simple! Loved the place and the kids really enjoyed the time. All amenities that we needed were provided making it so much easier with kids.

For us, the most important issue was cleanliness and comfort. David’s place was really clean and comfortable

We had an excellent stay in Todd’s place. The house was fully stocked with essentials, which made a week trip really easy. Place is really nice, and very clean. Ideal place for a family vacation. Quickly responded to questions and was able to help with some good local suggestion. 10/10, highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay and the wonderful amenities and quiet neighborhood. The main bed was king-sized, which was perfect, and they had a pack n play for our daughter as well.

We had a great stay at this home as part of the Sandstorm lacrosse tournament. My kids loved the hot tub and heated pool, and the 4 bedrooms gave us plenty of space. The backyard was awesome - the area to the right of the pool made a great place to work with a laptop in the sun when I had to. Definitely recommend and would book again.

Such a beautiful location and house. So spacious and had everything we needed. Perfect for a little weekend wine tasting.

What a great home! The yard is the star with stunning landscaping, beautiful areas to sit and lounge, a great sized pool and spa, and even areas for games. Inside isn’t huge but has everything you need. The home was incredibly well stocked with thoughtfulness and attention: pool towels, detergent, coffee, condiments/spices, lots of ice, extra blankets and linens. We would definitely stay here again. The road and plane noise is a bit loud but it didn’t bother us.

Although we stayed in a great location we didn't end up leaving the house once. We cooked all our meals and stayed at the house to enjoy the pool and view. It was a relaxing a perfect getaway. The kids loved the pool! would definitely love to come visit again soon. The host was very responsive and a delight to communicate with. :)

This is an amazing place! The property is absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking views, in the middle of wine country, and even though it’s a house on a property with other structures (ie main house) it is incredibly private. The home was spacious, well appointed, very clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, which was a huge plus. I’m already thinking of doing another trip here. We booked this house for a girls trip to wine country, but I would also bring my family, with kids, here for an enjoyable, restful weekend. Love, love, loved it. I highly recommend this house.

I was here for the tennis at Indian Wells. Great location for that. The house was comfortable and really homely. Had everything that you would need. Didn’t use the pool or spa as weather was a bit cool. Bed very comfortable and shower was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay, beautiful place and so relaxing. Everything was well stocked and perfect location. When we had issues with the pool Gahl was very responsive and helpful, and resolved the issue as quickly as possible, really appreciated it, we’d love to visit again!!

We had a great stay here. The house is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The private backyard was a highlight - peaceful, well maintained, and ideal for relaxing by the pool. We loved seeing lemon trees in the backyard. We found we had everything we could possibly need with a well stocked kitchen and many kitchen appliances. There is plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. Everything about the space made us feel at home. We also appreciated that it is a quiet neighborhood. If you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay we highly recommend!!

Amazing Stay – Beautiful Home, Pool, and Perfect Location! We had a fantastic stay! The house is well-designed, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t be better—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions especially the aerial tram, yet in a peaceful neighborhood that felt like a private retreat. Jeremy was incredibly responsive and made everything easy. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay! Privacy from others if wanted but big enough to have everyone over for dinners. It was great. Igor was fast with responding and very helpful. Can’t wait to go back with family again.

Kaleb’s place was exactly as pictured! Stunning view of the mountains from the pool. A short 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs. Cute, walkable neighborhood.

We booked this house for a bachelorette party and it was perfect! There were beds for everyone, so no air mattresses or couch sleeping, which everyone was grateful for. The living room ended up being a perfect central area for all of us to hang out and there were three full bathrooms which helped with our large group. The property was beautiful - there are two dirt roads to get in which were a little tricky with the rain that came in but some of us had all wheel drive cars vs four wheel drive and we made it up okay. Overall, this place was great and was exactly what we needed for the weekend!
