What an amazing weekend! I stayed here with family for a long weekend, and we absolutely loved the place. We had a great time grilling and hanging out by the pool during the day, and watching movies and playing games inside at night. The house was only about 20 mins or so driving from downtown palm springs, so we were able to go out for brunch and dinner in town easily as well. There are plenty of grocery stores in town as well, so bringing food to cook was no problem. Overall, it's a beautiful place and I'm so glad we stayed here!

Jeffrey's house was everything he described and more! Loved the open space to gather with my family of 8 during my birthday weekend. Pool and Hot Tub were an absolute plus to have! Can't wait to book again here!!

The house is very spacious and comfortable, well stocked, great master shower, updated bathrooms, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. The backyard is beautiful, pool and spa were lovely and we really enjoyed the views of the mountains in the daytime and stars at night. Jerry was very responsive to all our questions. The only con I would mention is that the house is near the airport. Our first night there were quite a few planes coming in to land at PSP, flying low and right over the house. Jerry mentioned this is pretty unusual, and the rest of the stay planes were noticeable but did not fly directly overhead. Would definitely still recommend, and would stay here again.

Very nice, clean, spacious home in a great location to local shops and amenities. The gas fireplace was nice with the cool weather. Check with the host on the status of the Jacuzzi if you plan on using it. It was occasionally off when the host thought it was on, and too hot to get into on another occasion.

We really enjoyed our stay! The grounds are beautiful and peaceful and the villa is as pictured. Host communication was wonderful. If we had one small thing it would be that bed pillows could stand to be replaced. Aside from that, we would stay at the Villa again!

We absolutely loved staying at Natalie's home. She was generous enough to let us have an early check in & a late check out. Communication was timely via text & I appreciated the phone call prior to our arrival. The link/app for her home was extremely informative. We were a party of 7 adults who were able to comfortably relax in the common areas & enjoy privacy in our bedrooms when necessary. Each room has it's own ensuite which was perfect - stocked with individual Neutrogena makeup wipes, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner! The kitchen & pantry had pretty much every basic item you could think of, even Keurig & Nespresso machines used each morning. We stayed during one of the hottest weekends in July so heating the pool & hot tub was unnecessary. The water felt perfect like bathwater. We put the two loungers, three umbrellas & pool floaties (two electric airpumps available) to good use. We unanimously agreed that this was our favorite AirBnb desert house. We hope to return!

House is in a great private community that was quiet and relaxing. Pool and hot were perfect for hanging out in and around, and length of the pool was fantastic for swimming laps. Communication from the hosts was also some of the best I’ve ever had. Easy check-in and they were extremely responsive to answer any questions. Perfect place for a vacation or to work remotely!

The house itself is absolutely stunning—such beautiful architecture that truly stands out. The location is fantastic, right next to a farm where we could see all the animals on the neighboring properties, adding such a charming and peaceful atmosphere. The jacuzzi and pool were perfect, making our stay even more relaxing. Everything was beyond perfect! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and fully stocked with all the kitchen amenities we needed. It felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back and experience this wonderful place again!

This place was amazing! There was plenty of room for a party of over 15 very comfortably. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and the amenities were top notch.

This house the perfect home away from home and its outdoor space was a true oasis. The house perfectly accommodated two families with plenty of space for relaxing, sleeping, dining. The backyard was our favorite place to be at pretty much any time of day. The landscaping made us feel like we were in a private paradise. Finally, Mariam was excellent to work with from pre-booking inquiries to responding to our needs during the stay. We would definitely return to this house and highly recommend it to others.

We recently held our micro wedding at this beautiful property, and I can’t say enough about how incredible the experience was! From start to finish, our experience was amazing and more than I could have ever expected. They truly thought of everything, ensuring that our special day ran smoothly and stress-free. We opted for the additional coordination services, which included a coordinator, server and waiter - and it was worth every penny. The extra help made all the difference, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding without worrying about the little details. They went above and beyond what I expected and I can't thank them enough. Beyond that, everyone on the property created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere—I felt completely at home and comfortable every moment. My guests have raved about how amazing the property was and how great the people were. If you’re considering hosting an event or a stay at this property, I highly recommend it. This beautifully renovated home is spacious, comfortable with lots of great space for relaxing, working, and play. Very clean and fully stocked with every amenity needed! Smart TVs in each room were so great with kids! Everyone could watch what they wanted to wind down at the end of the day. We attended events at the Acrisure arena all week so this houses location was very convenient and only 10mins away. The hosts were wonderful with communication and any questions! The pool is phenomenal and we swam at least 3 times a day! The views out back or thru the workout area are gorgeous with the mountains and the beautiful bougainvillea against the white column! The check-in and check-out process was very easy. The home itself is all positives! The neighborhood wasn't the best and the neighbor across the street leaves their dogs out all night so frequent barking that the primary bedroom can hear throughout the night. Recommend a white noise app to help balance the noise at night.

This is hands down the best Airbnb experience I’ve had to date. The home is BEAUTIFUL. **Big, living room & dining room, nicely appointed kitchen with all the amenities one could imagine. **The two primary bedrooms were both spacious. **The VIEW from this home is unparalleled in all the community in my option: golf course, water feature and the majestic San Jacinto mountains..as if you can touch them. All this while still feeling a sense of privacy while lounging by the pool. The Desert Princess Community was so fun. We did a lot of walking around the community, enjoyed happy hour at the clubhouse & the food/service was outstanding. My husband is vegetarian & it was nice to see some mindful options. **The location is better than any other neighborhood in Palm Springs as it is a 10-minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs and to the PS Airport. Easy!! The owner & the property manager were so very attentive to our needs & we feel so fortunate to find this gem. We will booking again!!

Great location, close to everything especially if you are in town for the Indian Wells Tennis tournament. It's literally 2 miles away. Very convenient. Well kept property with a very responsive host. Kitchen is well appointed with all appliances and utensils.
