James & Laurie are the best! Warm, friendly, extremely helpful. Their place was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, private & quiet. Loved hearing the owls in the nearby woods at night (not too noisy). Highly recommend, would stay here again.

The hosts could not have been lovelier or more helpful. They left us fresh flowers, coffee and tea, cookies, and a bottle of great wine. Place was cute, if tiny, and porch was fantastic for afternoon wine hour and breakfast. Location is unbeatable and neighborhood quiet and beautiful. Only tip: they should mention they now have a microwave because we almost brought or own!

This is our 3rd time staying at Geoffreys place and once again did not disappoint. Spacious accommodations on quiet street but very convenient to downtown Santa Rosa. We'll be back next year!

Great property and the cozy studio was perfect for our needs. Easy to navigate entering the property and it’s close food and entertainment. We enjoyed the privacy and would enjoy to stay again

Kate’s place absolutely exceeded expectations - the pictures do not do it justice! Kate really thought of everything that we could possibly need. We enjoyed being able to use the bikes and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. We cannot wait to come back!

This flat makes an excellent place to stay in Sebastopol. The hosts were so friendly, great to communicate with via AirBnB and in person. The flat is just like the pictures, well appointed with thoughtful touches, and super clean. I love that they are dog friendly, our dog felt right at home- (FYI: there is a nice garden/patio at the unit, but as noted in the listing it not fully fenced in---this didn't matter as the whole neighborhood is walkable and dog friendly.) The neighborhood is quiet but close to restaurants, wineries, and shops in Sebastopol. I would definitely look into booking again if/when we return.

Rodney and Marlene's beautiful, well-equipped guest house was the perfect base for us to explore the Sonoma Valley. We loved it!!

I would like to appreciate the assistance that Jeremiah provided us! He was there and available every bit of the way possible and made our stay just Amazing! And the place was just beautiful and the city just was fun! I highly recommend the place !

I booked Amethyst’s place last minute for a spontaneous weekend in Ukiah. It was fairly late when I booked but Amethyst was responsive and welcoming from her first message! 😊 The unit was super clean, had everything for a late night dinner meal, and a wonderful WiFi signal so I could easily work remotely. Also the bed is huge and amazing! Amethyst happened to walk up while I was unloading my car and she was friendly but definitely not overbearing. I always appreciate that in a host! I had an unexpected change in plans and was hoping to extend my stay by one more night but of course the unit was booked! I requested a recommendation for a local hotel which Amethyst did appease and I did take her up on. I appreciate the backyard that seems like your own and guest privacy definitely seems to be a top priority for Amethyst. Even though the unit is attached to the main house I didn’t hear a thing and I slept in really late on Saturday! I would love to return!

We loved the unit. It had everything we needed. We had our two small dogs with us and the kitchen, which closes off from the rest of the unit, was the perfect spot for them stay. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well equipped with everything we need and a nice area to sit, eat, and relax. The bathroom was beautiful with a rain head shower. The walk-in closet was the size of a small room! A comfortable king size bed made falling asleep easy. The landscaping and backyard were wonderful. Just be aware that there are 22 steps down to the unit entrance.

This little cottage was truly perfect for my time in the area with my dog. It was so comfortable and Susan and Michael were incredibly kind and I really enjoyed my time here. It was fun to see the goats out in the yard too! Highly recommend this place!

Clean, quiet place and a good location for our quick trip to the area. Comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, and we felt safe and secure.

Great little cottage with everything you need for a trip to Napa for two people. Great view and peaceful. Rhea was very helpful and gave detailed information. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and well finished casita on a beautiful property. A very quick drive to local parks and other stores to address all needs. Also just a 13 minute drive into Healdsburg to enjoy the great food scene and everything else it has to offer. The caretaker on the property was always available if we needed anything including fresh eggs from the property chickens! Very high levels of communication from the owner as well! Be aware that if you are used to blazing fast internet and need to work from there, this could be a challenge. We lived in a similar situation re internet so not a shock for us…just take note. We enjoyed our stay and will return if possible!

super-spacious, sunny., immaculate, every room a large gem. top-notch appliances and supplies. host was very accommodating. short walk into town. yet very private. best cottage we've stayed in for years

Very clean and pleasant spot near downtown, with a private patio. The unit is above garages (so you don't hear anyone downstairs). Comfy bed. Well-equipped kitchen. It's tucked back from the street, but from the bedroom you can hear a little bit of the E. Washington traffic (less than a block away). We'd stay here again.

We spent a week at Anita's place, it is very nice, private, and comfortable. The home is located in a very quiet, safe, and walkable neighborhood containing many restaurant choices including the highly rated El Molino. It is 2.5 miles from the Sonoma Square, less to the historic General Vallejo's home, and nearby hiking at the Montini reserve trail with gorgeous views of the Sonoma Valley. Communication with the hosts was easy. They are welcoming and accommodating making our stay very enjoyable. Their dog, Oisin, is one of the best behaved I have met and added another layer of fun to our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Airbnb. We hope to stay again. Anita is definitely a superhost!

Amy and Tom are terrific hosts- this is our second stay with them! Their place is private and extremely quiet with a nearby mountain stream. The Airbnb is easily accessible to both Sonoma and Napa valleys, numerous great restaurants, and hiking trails. We will be back next year!

Fantastic stay! Such a ovely cabin in a beautiful neighborhood, the fenced in backyard is SO pretty, beds were very comfortable, smart TV, great recommendations for the surrounding areas, Kerri was super quick to reply, AND they’re dog-friendly - honestly couldn’t ask for more! Coming back for a second stay soon :-)
