This home was so lovely and comfortable for our family during a recent stay in the Sacramento area. Seven of us comfortably stayed in the four spacious and well appointed bedrooms. The kitchen, family and dining room were open, modern, and beautifully decorated. The owners were very communicative and a pleasure to correspond with. Highly recommend this designer home for families, a girl’s weekend, or anyone that appreciates a truly lovely home.

This place was very comfortable and very clean. All streaming services are provided on the tv and the dimming lights are a great bonus to change up the vibe and setting of the place. The stay has very relaxing and not a sound surround the entire stay even thought the location is in a neighborhood, and surrounded by houses. Very nice place to stay for a getaway. Very clean and the host gives clear instructions and responds quick. 10/10 stay in my books, will most likely come here again when in need of a relaxing quiet weekend👍🏾

I stayed with my family and crew while doing the Rio Del Lago 100 Mile Endurance Run. The house was right on the course so the location was perfect. It was a beautiful home, exactly as described. Donna was great to work with, very responsive when I had questions and very helpful. I recommend Evolve and the Casa d'Amore highly.

Great little spot. Clean, quiet neighborhood, great proximity to downtown Folsom. Having the washer and dryer was super nice! Meghan was great and appropriately communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying at Sharalee Rowett's place! Spacious and plenty of activities to do in the house and property, perfect for our family's little stay-cation. We were provided with everything we needed, including specific items for our 1-year-old, like a playpen. Overall, 10/10 experience and would definitely book again, I'm already thinking about a future stay with friends. Another thing to note, Sharalee was very helpful and responsive (within minutes) to our questions and requests. Made our stay even more comfortable knowing we could quickly get an answer to something if we had a question. Thank you so much for having us!

Michelle’s house was perfect for our stay in Auburn. It was just as described and close to many places. Our trip was short and I was running a trail race nearby but it perfectly met our needs! We loved the tropical theme and enjoyed quiet time outside in the beautiful patio/background. We also appreciate the extras she left for us. We could have easily stayed longer. Highly recommend! Loved staying here! So much so I have been twice now. Beautiful views of the lake and a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Loved staying here and highly recommend!

Mike is really what makes this place so special. He is the most accommodating host I have ever worked with and I have been using AirBnB for almost 10 years now. If you need anything, he really wants to make sure you have your needs met. The carpet is really soft. The patio area with fake grass is great for the dogs to run around in while still being able to keep an eye on them. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots and pans. There was only 1 knife and no cutting board, but I'm sure had I asked for more he would have grabbed me some from the main house or went and bought some. The washer and dryer he has are AMAZING! I have never used such an efficient and good-sized w/d. His place really has everything you'd need for an extended stay. I will say, it's maybe not the best decorated or super spotlessly, sparkly clean and updated. However, everything worked out for us during our stay and I would absolutely stay here again. Mike is such a great host!

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

It was a nice place to stay. The garages are labeled, and yes you are supposed to drive down that steep driveway. It's a nice house. 3 different stories for 3 different units. Even sandwiched in the middle, I had no noise complaints. I would probably stay here again, unless the owner is tired of all my questions and wants me to stay away 😅

David has a good spot, would highly recommend if you want a nice step out walk to Lake Folsom. Has everything you need, and is very comfortable even with the heat during the summer.

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

I felt right at home very friendly, great communication one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stated at would recommend to anyone.
