This place is a Gem! Gorgeous, well appointed home with an expansive view of the foothills to the Sierra Mountains. Large deck with awesome hot tub, comfortable furniture for lounging and enjoying a cup while watching the sun come up! Super communication with the Hosts which I give 5 stars! The kitchen is well stocked and labeled for easy meal prepping while you enjoy the view with huge windows. Our daughter chose Black Oak Mountain Vineyard for her wedding and this home is just minutes away from the Venue and I highly recommend this place for families lucky enough to to experience a wedding there. I hope to come back and enjoy this home as a relaxing retreat! Thank you for making our very special weekend even more beautiful.

This was a peak experience staying at this beautiful historic home and expansive property. Kathleen couldn’t have been more helpful and warm before and during our magical stay. There is so much to do on the property that you won’t want to leave. The heated pool was awesome even in Feb and we played with all the games in the garage on the courts too. We picked fresh citrus from the orchard and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We were 15 guests who stayed overnight and everyone had a bed, but there is much more room for additional guests beyond what we had. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the beds so comfortable. She and her team have really thought of everything! We will not hesitate to go back for another family gathering soon!

A home you won’t regret! I don’t know where to begin. Rafael is such an amazing host. He is very kind and accommodating. I loved how quick he responds to messages and made checking in and out so easy. The house was everything we could dream of. Pictures could not do justice of how spacious the property is. Each room feels like a private suite, large living rooms and kitchen. Perfect for a large family gathering. Hot water and heater worked well for the winter. We didn’t use the pool as it was too cold during our stay, but I appreciate how it was gated and safe for kids to play in the grass next to the gazebo. All guests were impressed with the house, and would recommend to others to book with Rafael. We definitely have to come back during summer time for a whole new experience. Thanks again for an amazing stay!

This is our 2nd stay at Michael's place, and we had the best time once again! It's like having your own private, hilltop resort with so many fun things to do inside and out that you never have to leave the house! And you can watch the most AMAZING sunsets 🌅 every night right from the backyard! Plus there are many thoughtful touches throughout the home for guests comfort and cute art and decore as well! And the hosts are extremely helpful and communicative! This is the best of the best 👌

What an absolutely gorgeous, picture perfect home with everything you need and the location can not be beat. Just a 2 minute walk from old Folsom - so many restaurants, bars and fun shops. Stunning views from each window and the outdoor space is incredible. We can't wait to come back in the Summer to enjoy the pool and fire pit!

Had a big group stay here and there was plenty of room for everyone, we didn’t feel cramped at any point and the common areas were very spacious. I especially appreciated having lots of extra linens and towels. The house was spotless when we got there and was quiet, calm, and peaceful. I loved the details the most: calming music, a faux fireplace, and a nice smelling diffuser were all on when we checked in! The neighborhood was cute and felt safe too. Absolutely worth every penny we paid for, especially to have access to the guest house and fire pit. The host was very responsive and friendly prior to and during our stay. Was so happy to find such a beautiful place that was able to accommodate our group, and my only wish is that we had a longer weekend to stay here. Would highly recommend!!! :)

Very unique home with an indoor pool and soaking hot tub. the place is very beautiful and seems perfect for an adult get away or yoga retreat. however as 3 families with young kids, we still thoroughly enjoyed the home. Would just note there is some construction in the front attached unit. There was no noise but there is scaffolding up. Also would note that there are several small drink sized fridges but no full sized refrigerator. For the right group, this is a truly unique and amazing home.

This beautiful home is so comfortable, clean and spacious. The setting around the home is remarkable and we absolutely loved the peace and tranquility. The hosts were very gracious and stayed in communication. The beds were comfortable, as was the furniture. The home is very well stocked. Upon request, they recommended a few amazing local wineries to visit. Since we only had time for a couple of them, we are so glad we asked. They were breathtaking. We will surely be back.

Lindsay provided us with a perfect place to rest our head's. Especially after the long drive and birth of our grandbaby (all in the same day). Highly recommend this Airbnb!

The place was very spacious and able to accommodate our large family plus one dog well instead of booking multiple hotel rooms around the area. The backyard is very large and well enclosed. The house had very large rooms and many beds of various quality, but neatly kept. The overall house/furniture has some wear and tear, but it had all that we needed during our stay. Because it was such a large house, it felt airy and not stuffy. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, house was easy to find right off the freeway and near plenty of eateries. We would definitely consider this place again when visiting in Elk Grove.

Great place, clean and spacious, quiet and with easy access to general area. Would have liked to see more utensils and cookware. We were unable to cook and serve a full meal for our group of 7. Would stay again with those changes.

They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. What a great place for family to come together for a birthday weekend. The space was perfect. The location near the park and river were great. All interactions with the host were timely and helpful. It was a wonderful stay.

i loved staying at Rashad's place. We came in for a convention and my work colleagues loved it. We couldn't of asked for more. Rashad was also fantastic at being there for us for everything we needed. very quick to respond. thanks again!!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Chads Hippy house! The kitchen was fully stocked which made coking meals a breeze. The beds in this home are the most comfortable I have ever experienced in an Airbnb (and I am a snob about a nice bed!) We really enjoyed are stay and are looking to go back the next time we have a tournament in the area. It is conveniently located and a very comfortable home. Thanks so much for the amazing stay Chad! I highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the area. It was just perfect for my family.

We had a great stay at Tyler’s place. There was lots of room and the beds were comfortable. As described, this is his personal home, so access to closets, fridge & freezer space is limited and there are personal items and pictures around. The kids enjoyed the large fish tank and koi pond in the backyard.

Ken and Jessie were very responsive and have a beautiful home! We were very comfortable during our stay and absolutely loved the hot tub! Will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

Code provided by the property manager was not working, so we had to wait in front of the house for half hour during check-in in the middle of night. Left vm for property manager, but didn't receive a call back. Called AirBnB customer service, got Justin's number and Called him. He immediately called back and provided a new code so we were able to get in the house. Looks like the property manager provided wrong code. Mistakes do happen; not a big deal -:) Thanks Justin for immediately returning my call in the middle of the night, and thanks AirBnB for the excellent customer service-:) Other than the small hiccup, everything was perfect. More than enough space for 6 adults and a pet. We would definitely stay in the house once again if we are in the area .

Great place! We enjoyed Thanksgiving week here with our family of 10. Plenty of space for everyone, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, fabulous yard. We loved picking some fruit from the trees! Great location!
