Melissa was very responsive and we felt like we were in good hands. The place was as described. It rained almost the whole time we were there (not the host's fault!), so we didn't get to sit outside at the table, but it was nice to look at the little garden and Buddha. Easy location.

This apartment was perfect for us and our two dogs. The place is so cute and well decorated, and the fully-fenced yard made it easy to manage our dogs. A corner market, coffee shops, and restaurants are in easy walking distance. I would love to stay here again next time we're in Sacramento.

Really great stay at Casa Natomas. We had an event nearby and wanted to gather the family and pups. Alejandra was very gracious and great with communication. Excellent location, excellent hosts, fantastic accommodation. This is the type of place you hope every stay will be like on Airbnb. We had everything we needed. They created a whole experience thoughtful in design and offered above and beyond service. Water and bubbles when you arrive. The kitchenette has everything you'll need down to the honey for your tea. Every toiletry you'd need in the bathroom including cotton rounds, travel Tylenol, and even feminine products and makeup remover towel. There's ear plugs, local recommendations guide and even postcard for you to write home! The backyard is beautiful and they give you free range. It's safe and secure, well lit, and it's perfect if you have a furry friend. Laundry was also located on the premise although I didn't have a need. The living space is modern and updated. 10/10 recommend and will be back!

Robyn’s place was better and more spacious than described. The location cannot be beat and it was so nice to have parking in downtown Sacramento. It was an easy walk to Doco and the Golden One center as well as lots of restaurants. Our family of 4 was more than comfortable. We had all the amenities we needed and more.

Modern, comfortable space that was well-appointed and clean. Great location and neighborhood. Erica was a good communicator and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sacramento.

What an absolutely gorgeous, picture perfect home with everything you need and the location can not be beat. Just a 2 minute walk from old Folsom - so many restaurants, bars and fun shops. Stunning views from each window and the outdoor space is incredible. We can't wait to come back in the Summer to enjoy the pool and fire pit!

The bunk beds and hot tub were a hit with my children. The beds were very comfortable, she showers had great water pressure, the kitchen had high quality appliances so everything was easy to use. We had one small hiccup with WiFi and Yanshi made it right immediately. I loved our stay and highly recommend this home and host.

We quickly felt at home at this house. I lived cooking in the big, well stocked kitchen, and our dog lived the big backyard. We all enjoyed the comfortable mattresses! A perfect home away from home while we had work done on our house. I also really appreciated how prompt and friendly Alex and Chris were to communicate with. I would stay here again!

Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

Second time staying at Maureen's. It's a truly wonderful apartment- you feel like you're in a treehouse. Easy checkin, spotlessly clean, and walkable to downtown Folsom. Our go to place when visiting family. Highly recommend!

This house is perfect for one or two people and a great long term option. My week-long stay was perfect. Working remotely, I enjoyed the dedicated work space. I also appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the amazing bathroom, full of amenities, which you have to see to believe. The loft bedroom is accessible via a narrow winding staircase, which was a little scary for me, but totally worth it because the bed was a dream. Great communication and lots of extras. Would 10/10 recommend

Great place, clean and spacious, quiet and with easy access to general area. Would have liked to see more utensils and cookware. We were unable to cook and serve a full meal for our group of 7. Would stay again with those changes.

I loved staying at Jenny's place! It was so nice to have just a little area to myself for a few days while I enjoyed California. If I ever find myself in town again, I'll be sure to see if it's available!

This was the cutest bungalow! We had such a wonderful stay. Adolfo and Stevie were super proactive, giving us all the info we needed, and super great suggestions for local food and drinks. The location is super walkable with tons of great options 1/4 to 1/2 mile from the house. We loved this place and can’t wait to come back!

We decided to escape the chaos of Sacramento during NYE, as the fireworks by the river have gotten out of hand. Chris' place was the perfect peaceful retreat. Upon arrival, Chris greeted us, gave us a tour, and mentioned he was available if we had any questions or needed anything. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy from our brief interaction. The guesthouse was spacious and just right for both us and our dog. The property itself was beautiful, with plenty of room for our dog to run and explore. Overall, it was a fantastic experience—peaceful surroundings, great hosts, and the ideal spot to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
