AMAZING! We could not have asked for a better host/owners and jumping off point to visit all that Sacramento has to offer. The property exceeded all our expectations. If you love the country life, look no further. The property has is all. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Worth what I paid for, very comfortable, and it’s just felt like home, a quiet neighborhood not far from the stores, would rent it again if travel again with my family

Great Stay for Our Family! Jessica’s rental was a good fit for our family of seven adults and three young children. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the grandparents, while the upstairs layout provided a nice balance of space and privacy for everyone else. We especially appreciated the park with a fun playground just a short five-minute walk from the house—it was a big hit with the kids! The location was a major plus, with easy access to Old Sacramento, the zoo, and the airport, all within a 15-minute drive. While we didn’t do any cooking during our stay, the kitchen appeared well-equipped for those who might need it. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay!

If you’re looking for an incredible “experience stay” this is the place! Built to entertain family and friends, all who walked through the door felt immediately at home and in awe of this property. We didn’t want to leave!!! Some family genuinely wished it was for sale! While the photos are stunning it still doesn’t do the incredible scale and comfort of this property and home justice. No detail was missed! I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again in the summer but it did make an ideal luxury rental for Thanksgiving. Thank you Kolesar family!

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

We had our student council do a trip to Sacramento to talk to our assemblymembers and Senators. This house was a perfect option to accommodate all of our kiddos. We will be back again next year!

Best part was the kitchen was huge. Helped us with cooking next to each other but overall great place hopefully to come out during the summer, but definitely will book for next Christmas.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. Thank you Michael for sharing your home and being a responsive host. William
