Elena’s place was wonderful. Incredibly well appointed and lovely. She has thought of anything a guest might want or need. We will absolutely be back when we come to visit friends in Sacramento.

Our stay was great. We were there for just one night but the space was amazing. Their dog Toby was friendly and our dog enjoyed playing with him. They also let us pick Oranges from their tree which was a great fresh snack. The bed was Super comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, great place to walk our dog. Walking distance to the Sac Zoo.

Amazing quiet and peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle! The garden was exactly as whimsical and magical as advertised. The studio cottage was the perfect size for us and the kitchen was a very welcome addition! (Let's not forget the hot tub!) Raymond was lovely and the stay was everything I wanted from a relaxing vacation.

Christian was there to help me get inside and even helped me carry in all my stuff! Of course I loved that it was pet friendly and Christian gave me suggestions of where to take my dog on a walk. The backyard area where the Airbnb is is so nice and clean and attractive. The Airbnb is just the right size for 1 or 2 people and a pet. Very modern, clean, and pleasing. I hope to stay there again when I am in the Sacramento area.

This house is perfect for one or two people and a great long term option. My week-long stay was perfect. Working remotely, I enjoyed the dedicated work space. I also appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the amazing bathroom, full of amenities, which you have to see to believe. The loft bedroom is accessible via a narrow winding staircase, which was a little scary for me, but totally worth it because the bed was a dream. Great communication and lots of extras. Would 10/10 recommend

Thank you Suz for the great stay! The location was cozy, dog friendly, and in a great location for visiting family in Folsom. Suz went out of her way to decorate for the holidays for guests and was friendly and proactive. We appreciated the large dining table, games, and amenities.

This place was quite cozy with a very clean bathroom. The neighborhood was full of trees and nice houses and was quiet except for the occasional train whistle, which was at a comfortable distance. I found the bed a little bit soft. The outdoor sofas would have been nice to use but the pillows were put away somewhere, I guess because it was March. I would definitely stay here again.

Linda's cottage is in a wonderful walking neighborhood near the fab 40, bookstore, Coffee Works and more. The private outdoor space is peaceful. The cottage is thoughtfully appointed with high quality detail and very clean. Linda was very helpful and accommodating. We'd love to stay again.

My partner and I stayed here for a month during a hard time in our lives. The casita was perfect and allowed us to feel safe and comfortable. Victor was also an amazing host, he is extremely kind and generous!! We loved our stay here!

The reviews honestly don’t do this place justice. It’s rare to find something this clean, cozy, and well-kept—especially in a quiet suburban area where Airbnb options are limited. From the moment you arrive, the gated entry and secure access codes make you feel safe and welcomed. Inside, everything is spotless and easy to use—the fan, the TV, all the little details are thoughtfully set up. The Jacuzzi? Perfectly timed and ready when requested. I could go on, but I’ll just say this: give this place a try. You won’t regret it.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is super nice and comfortable. As good as you can see from the pictures. Very clean as well. Host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Hendricks House is an example of why I like staying in an Airbnb rather than a hotel. I find comfort in pulling into a driveway, punching in a code, and entering a well designed space, supplied with all necessities for a few days. This home is in a neighborhood of lovely homes that exemplify Sacramento. Views out the windows matter to me, as well as walking sidewalks, and that’s what I found here.

This Airbnb is clean, nicely organized and comfy. The bed is fantastic and the reclining chairs were amazing. A FYI, the shower hot water turns on first instead of cold water and the heat/air is controlled by a remote so don’t look for a wall mounted device. Lovely setting with a nice backyard and lawn chairs on the deck. Super close to wine tastings. The host is very responsive and helpful. You going To love it! Dan H

I stay at Allison's place whenever I'm in Sacramento. It is always clean and comfortable. Allison leaves coffee and a basket of little treats that I enjoy after hours on the road. The place is clean and quiet and the yard is well kept and perfect for me and my dog.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Jennifer’s! The cottage is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Instructions were clear, check in was simple, and the cottage looked just like the photos. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jennifer and Craig were also very quick to respond whenever we had any questions. There were also many restaurants/shops nearby! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

We had a two month stay this winter at this Air BnB. The unit is located on a quiet, safe street with easy access to a variety of stores and shops. Check in was very easy and the host, September, was extremely pleasant and helpful. We had no issues during the two months, but I am sure they would have been addressed quickly. The unit itself was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. The price is very reasonable for the area. We would certainly stay here again.

I can’t say enough good things about Valentina and her home! Valentina herself is such a sweet, helpful, and gracious host. I’m sad we had to leave! It was a very clean and comfortable place! I’d recommend this spot to anyone! Valentina made a tough time so much easier, and I’m forever grateful for her hospitality and flexibility. If you book and have the opportunity to chat with Valentina, be sure to! She’s a joy to be around!
