Deborah's apartment is located in a very pretty and peaceful area of Sacramento with quick access to Watt Ave, US 50, grocery stores, restaurants, and walkways along American River. The apartment has a well-appointed kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and off-street parking all of which made our stay terrific. Deborah was very responsive to messages and was very kind when we did cross paths. Doggo Lola was super sweet but not in your space or a barker. We will hopefully stay here again during our next Sac visit!

This spot was such a great spot for those who enjoy a nice quiet place to enjoy nature and eachother. The home is nostalgic in feel and although it seems like you are enjoying someone’s home in another era the home is clean! Keep in mind this isn’t modern but it is perfect for families. The hosts are really great at communicating and making sure we were settled and happy. My brother was so happy to have a place on the property to go fishing, they actually caught some!

This was the perfect place to have a home base for the tournament I was attending - close enough to the city but nice and cozy/out of the way. Really enjoyed my stay.

This is a great location, easy walking to Old Town Folsom. Very tastefully decorated and all the amenities one could need! Lisa was super quick to respond with a ceiling fan issue which Jim fixed asap! Really great value in Folsom because all of the ‘hotels’ are crap for the money…we frequent the area to visit family and will definitely stay again if it’s available!

A very lovely place, equipped with everything you can possibly need. Perfect location with the views of Mt. Diablo, and open sky. It was so peaceful! We were able to relax and unwind right away on the porch with a glass of wine. Sounds of nature surround you. Beautiful decor, comfortable, and super clean! Has all the extras including a sauna in the bedroom. The jacuzzi over looks the water and views. Lots of toys to play with. Fishing off the dock was fun. Thank you Preston, a Super Host! My daughter and I had a great stay in Sacramento since we were visiting a friend. Our room was exactly as described, and the house was in a great neighborhood. The hosts were great! It would have been nice to have a couch or a place to lounge at in a common area, but overall a great stay!

Really enjoyed staying here. Love how the sun hits into the room in the daytime. Decor makes it one of a kind, not like most airbnbs with no character. Host very responsive. Left some things and has been helpful trying to get them back to me. Would book again.

We visited for a family funeral in the area. Shelly and Brian’s place was a great find for us! Very clean and accommodations were great! Host was very responsive and helpful while we stayed. Great place to stay! 👌🏾
