Mary was an excellent host. House was clean and kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the games and theater. Would definitely recommend Mary’s place.

Gurdev is a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. This is the second time we have rented Gurdev's home for our family Holiday gathering. Accommodations are comfortable, always clean and the addition of the bed in the loft area is an added plus and valid use of this space. Should the need arise again in the future, Gurdev's home would be on top of our list of rentals in the Antelope/Sacramento area.

We always have such a lovely experience when we stay in Shaharom’s home! We visit the area regularly on business and pleasure, and always have a wonderful time. The home is always clean and fresh upon our arrival, Shaharom is always communicative and quick to respond, the neighborhood and area is nice, safe, and nearby many shops, restaurants, stores, etc. We highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Selected Tim’s property for a Field Hockey tournament at UC Davis. This wonderful home exceeded all expectations for everyone in the group including my husband, 2 teen daughters and my parents. Super clean, thoughtful design, plenty of space to gather as well as retreat to private bedrooms. Walkable to all the diverse restaurants and shops in downtown Davis. We will definitely return!

This squeaky clean small house is a great place to stay in Davis. It’s within walking distance to downtown Davis and close to all the restaurants and to the farmers market on Saturdays. Great location and walkable in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful screened in porch and yard. Gabriel was quick to respond and very helpful whenever we reached out! We will stay here again!

We had a lovely stay. The host was very courteous and the place was exactly like the pictures.

What a lovely home. Guests who stayed there for our wedding thought it was a family home, it was that inviting. Lots of little spaces to sit and have conversations outside and lots of space inside to enjoy dinner or breakfast. Ample on street parking. Had everything my 5 guests needed to make their stay an enjoyable experience. Charming, comfortable, and worth a return visit for my guests and some of the visitors who stopped in to visit.

I loved my stay at David’s place! Great location and it’s a very walkable area. The flat was perfect for my work trip, and I’ll definitely stay here again. David was very helpful, accommodating and generous, and parking was easy with the permit. And I loved working a bit outside on the balcony in the sun!

Everything here is perfect. The bed is so comfortable you won’t want to journey out. 😉 East Sacramento is perfect for us; love the Canadian geese at McKinley park. We walked everywhere for days. Don’t miss the best ice cream I’ve ever tasted at Gunther’s Ice Cream if you come this way. Connie & Joshua

We had an enjoyable stay! The apartment was roomy, quiet, clean, and very comfortable. What stood out about Tom and Oksana's place was the modern kitchen, a comfy king-size bed, and the backyard amenities. I would recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a centrally located place, with all that you need at a good value. Enjoy, Scott Monte

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was right near campus and close to downtown.

Booked for a festival and enjoyed coming back to a quiet space rather than a noisy hotel. The complex was very nice with a grocery store close by. There are upstairs neighbors but they were not exceedingly loud. It does have a small garage but was able to fit my vehicle in it no problem although street parking is not an issue as there were many spots available. It was very easy to get in and out of and had everything we needed. Place was very clean and communication and instructions were very clear.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay. Directions to the lockbox were specific, the penthouse was very clean and welcoming. The location is within walking distance to many great restaurants. Our welcome book from the host, Douglas was super helpful. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we’re in town. Thank you Douglas for being such a gracious host!

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.

We did an extended stay due to renovations happening at our home. When you pull on to the street, it can look a little sketchy, but you will be pleasantly surprised when you go through the gates of the complex. It is very quiet and peaceful. Garrett had wonderful communication and could not have been more accommodating for my elderly parents. Would stay here again if a need in Sacramento arose. Thank you!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Austin’s place! He kindly recommended some coffee shops that we ended up visiting and was very pleasant to communicate with. Would gladly stay at his place again!

Everything about this condo is 5 stars! I was lucky enough to stay for a month, and it was like being at home. The condo is well equipped with everything you might need, and the neighborhood is safe, walkable, with tons to do within walking distance. I hope to come back soon!
