We were in town for work and did not get to enjoy the house the same seas if we were there for fun. It was a great clean quiet place to rest.

Home exceeded our expectations for size, amenities, and beauty. Yvonne was very responsive and helpful. The home had everything we could have possibly needed, and we especially appreciated the amount of kitchen items. Rooms were spacious and peaceful and we all slept well. Great spot for a family or large group.

Perfect for our temporary home base for a kids swim meet this past weekend! Exactly as described in the listing and the hosts do a perfect job of running it. They were extremely responsive to some minor requests, mostly from me not reading instructions clearly. The place was spotless and had everything we could have needed during our stay. If we ever happen to be in the area again, we won’t hesitate to book it! Thank you!

Chad was an excellent host and with his lovely home me and my old military buddies with all of our families were able to enjoy it. Very spacious and family friendly.

Camden was very responsive, clear with instructions and flexible. Our family felt right at home, everything we needed from pans to blankets when it got cold, extra pillows. I enjoyed the introduction binder as you enter, it gives you clear instructions on rules, restaurants and things to do . The restaurant walking distance Los Altos was amazing we went twice. There’s also a casino 20 min drive and old downtown Sacramento with shops bourse carriage rides and Joe’s Crab Shack 5 min drive. Loved it.

Code provided by the property manager was not working, so we had to wait in front of the house for half hour during check-in in the middle of night. Left vm for property manager, but didn't receive a call back. Called AirBnB customer service, got Justin's number and Called him. He immediately called back and provided a new code so we were able to get in the house. Looks like the property manager provided wrong code. Mistakes do happen; not a big deal -:) Thanks Justin for immediately returning my call in the middle of the night, and thanks AirBnB for the excellent customer service-:) Other than the small hiccup, everything was perfect. More than enough space for 6 adults and a pet. We would definitely stay in the house once again if we are in the area .

This was such a great airbnb. Exactly what we were looking for. Very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen etc. Nice access to nearby shopping center with lots of restaurants and cafe as well!

What an absolutely gorgeous, picture perfect home with everything you need and the location can not be beat. Just a 2 minute walk from old Folsom - so many restaurants, bars and fun shops. Stunning views from each window and the outdoor space is incredible. We can't wait to come back in the Summer to enjoy the pool and fire pit!

Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

Everything about this condo is 5 stars! I was lucky enough to stay for a month, and it was like being at home. The condo is well equipped with everything you might need, and the neighborhood is safe, walkable, with tons to do within walking distance. I hope to come back soon!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

Nice, well kept building. Right in the heart of Sacramento. Walking distance to Old Sac and the Capitol area. Nice balcony. All appliances function well. Well stocked. Easy, clear instructions from the host. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen well stocked. Locked parking - reserved spot. Very clean, exactly as seen in photos. Excellent communication with host. Great Wi-fi. Highly recommend if you are in Sacramento for business or for fun.
