We chose this listing for the incredible view from the hot tub and it did not disappoint. I could've honestly stayed the entire day on the patio looking out at the ocean. Wonderful place.

Our stay at Nancy’s Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we booked, Nancy was incredibly communicative and friendly, making sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. Her warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. The highlight of our stay was the private beach—having such easy access to the water was a dream. We loved taking the kayaks out in the morning, paddling along the calm waters while soaking in the breathtaking landscape. The entire property is surrounded by stunning natural beauty, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Inside, the home was just as wonderful. Large windows filled the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The morning was especially delightful as we enjoyed breakfast bathed in sunshine, with serene views right outside. It was the perfect way to start the day! We can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely love staying at Lisa's Penthouse!!! We try to get up to Mendocino as often as possible and this is the only place we will stay. It's truly relaxing in every way. Once the car is parked, it isn't touched again until departure day. The town is so walkable. All the trailheads are super accessible. Love the Harvest Market. The restaurants are fabulous. To us, it's the Carmel of the north without the crowds. It's a special place as is The Penthouse. Be back soon!!!

very nice house. cozy, clean and neat. many details that tell about the history of the house and its owners. feels how hospitable and kind in this house. the house has everything you need, both in the bathroom and in the kitchen. thoughtful many details for a comfortable stay. WONDERFUL collection of music! created the necessary atmosphere for relaxing on the lake. great view of the lakes. will definitely come back again! thank you

It was a nice getaway to Jays place. Cute and eclectic style, was a nice property. It was raining most of our stay so the windows all around were very nice. We enjoyed the birds that surrounded the place. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Charming little cabin, well appointed, comfortable accommodations during a winter stay, would recommend to anyone who enjoys exploring the outdoors and wants to visit the Feather River Canyon. Liz was very helpful and responsive.

Beautiful location right on the coast. Wonderful views from the deck and hot tub. You didn’t need to leave the property feel like you were on vacation.

I almost hesitate to say how great this place was so that it stays a hidden gem that’s available to us for stay after stay. It has stunning views from every window, is more spacious than it appears in photos and exceeded all of our expectations. Particularly fabulous were all the stunning houseplants - including some two stories high - that were all healthy and happy. We could not believe this is a dog friendly place - there wasn’t any evidence that a dog had ever been inside. Immaculate. Ted was responsive and friendly. We hope to be back soon!!

This place is absolutely stunning!! Both the home and the location. We were back for our second visit to Kevin’s place and will absolutely be back again. The attention to detail in the home is fantastic. From the comfortable linens, and deliciously scented bath products to the well appointed kitchen, this place has everything you need to make your stay elegant, comfortable and peaceful. My favorites…sipping a delicious cup of morning french press in the stunning picture window and listening to the waves from the master bedroom at bedtime. Sunset watching with your favorite glass of wine is just steps away from this beautiful condo and never disappoints. Close proximity to the Lodge makes this location walkable to delicious dinner reservations with sunset views (if you time it right). Repeatedly, Kevin has been a phenomenal host. Welcoming, proactive, informative, and responsive. Greatly appreciate a trusted host during our stays! We’ll be back again (and again..

This home was perfect for our trip to Palisades Ski Resort — 15 min to the mountain and walkable to the lake and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the home was very clean. The host, Kathy, was very communicative and provided recommendations, clear instructions, and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay again!

Cindi's place is dreamy. I've never stayed anywhere with the caliber of views-- sweeping and dramatic -- of the ocean, with easy access to trails. A wonderful experience start to finish and we'd love to come back soon. Thank you so much for sharing your magical home with us, Heather & Judson

My family had an amazing trip to Coloma Cottages. The host and on-site host were very responsive and friendly. We loved tubing on the river and fishing was fun too! My kids enjoyed the pool and my doggie loved the deer watching. We will definitely be back next season.

A gem of a listing! This wonderful home made for the perfect long weekend getaway for our two families. It felt safe, VERY spacious and well equipped with all that one would need for the most idyllic lake-side adventure. There was something for everyone! The host was very accommodating and very responsive. Appreciated how organized the kitchen was. It made it very easy to find all that we needed when prepping meals in the kitchen. Highly recommend treating yourselves to a cone at the Grove Mercantile in Groveland. The ice cream is out of this world! You’re welcome:)

Absolutely gorgeous home! The location was perfect — just a few minute walk down to the ocean, so peaceful and so beautiful. The home had everything we could need and was perfectly set up. Nate was incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We felt right at home, it was so comfortable and stunning. We will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was incredibly clean, and the layout was perfect for families. We really appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the Pack 'n Play, toddler chair, kids' dining table, and dark curtains that made nap time easier. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the emergency supplies, like flashlights, were a great touch. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with, and the location within Tahoe Donner was ideal—fun for the kids and just a short drive to Tahoe Donner Downhill Ski Resort. Had a wonderful stay at Willa and Craig's home. The house is beautiful and had plenty of space to spread out. The loft was a hit with our five year old. Location is great, roughly five minute drive to Gualala and a short walk to the beach. Would stay again!

This was a special memorial weekend for us and this beautiful home, with it's fantastic windows onto the rugged coastal views was just perfect! It was a wonderful time. Thank you! We hope to return in the summer. - Jan

The home itself was beautiful and everything was very clean. The back deck was great. The views were lovely, there was plenty of space, and the speaker system was quite fun. We were just a few minute walk away from the river, as well. No complaints about the home itself. We did have some concerns about safety in the area. Our group went to a pub in town the first night, and were heavily warned by several locals about people going missing nearby. Given that there is no cell service, and not much in the area in general, this made our stay outside the home fairly unsettling.

The house is in the most beautiful and dramatic setting. We didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was a bit tight for group cooking but it’s super well outfitted with plenty of plates & glasses and every gadget & serving piece you could want. We had a great time here & I would book here again in a heartbeat.

We so appreciated the clear instructions and the labeling on the cabinets. Debby's place is so well thought out, comfortably furnished and feels so welcoming. I have never had a host more invested in making sure everything was as it should be. We look forward to staying at Bay Dream again!

The location was fantastic. The views were amazing. We felt very comfortable and had a relaxing time at the property. Victoria was a great communicator and was quick if we needed anything. Fantastic place and cannot recommend it higher!

Beautiful location, easy walk to the beach, the house was warm and cozy when we arrived, excellent heating system with individual heating control for different section of the house, great kitchen, the hot tub was all set when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable, nice bathrooms, and there were games and puzzles available to keep busy after sunset. We had a great stay and would come back.
