We really enjoyed our stay, very private and quiet. Great location among the wineries of northern Sonoma County. Kitchen was great, and we enjoyed the fireplace every evening. Thank you!

This location was beautiful. If you like driving in the mountains, fresh air and being in touch with the elements this is the place. The spa was tip top made the extra drive time from the 101 worth it. The house was in good shape and just as described.

Great location for anyone who wants to stay close to restaurants, shopping, and more. The area is nice, residential, and quiet. The place was good overall, but a few things needed attention, such as the broken towel rack in the bathroom. The host was responsive! I’d be happy to stay here again.

The house was exactly as described and comfy. Plenty of room for 8, and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t use the pool but it looked so inviting for summertime! Great place to stay with a group. Thanks!

Jessie was a great host. Very responsive and respectful. The place was great and met all our criteria. It was peaceful and well maintained. Perfect for a big family outing with peaceful surroundings.

We loved our stay in this peaceful and super comfy retreat! It is extremely inviting, homely and tranquil, with every amenity supplied. The beautiful gardens, comfortable bed, the wonderful and warming gas fireplaces and the short drive to tonnes of local wineries and town are worth special mention! If you don’t like a cold plunge, definitely get the pool heated up beforehand. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Stewart's place way very comfortable. It accommodated our group well, and had everything we needed. Relaxing to lounge in the back, enjoy the pool and hot tub. Easy to find, and in a good location. Stewart also reached out with instructions and welcoming reassure if we needed anything.

I cannot speak highly enough about our stay! We had the perfect weekend staying at this idyllic property. Julie was very easy to communicate with, and everything at the house was perfect. Five stars doesn't do it justice. We will absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Anthony & Ava’s place. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the communication with the hosts was always prompt and helpful. The house was clean, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful nature — a perfect place to relax. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely love to come back in the future. Jill's very charming home was a comfortable place to stay close to family while in Chico for Thanksgiving (and I even discovered a family connection to the original owner of the house thanks to the cool historical information she included in the welcome book)! Jill was very welcoming and left her place unusually well stocked for guests, communicated clearly and quickly, and the place was exactly as described, with clear instructions for using amenities like the fireplace. The location is an easy walk from both downtown and Bidwell Park and couldn't be better. My two teenage daughters and I had a great stay (they both said it was so cute) and recommend highly.

Marilyn's rental was perfect for our visit to see our daughter at UC Davis. It was quiet, clean and comfortable with 3 bedrooms, a full sized well stocked kitchen and a nice hang out space in the living/dining area. The house is super cute and cozy, and the location is unbeatable right near the farmer's market, downtown Davis and the university. We would 100% stay again.

Rhonda was so kind and accommodating, showed us around the place even though we arrived late at night. It was so comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood and the place was so clean. I felt blessed staying at the blessing house 🙏

This is the second time we had a family Christmas at April's place. It is very roomy, and that table is absolutely amazing!!! Kitchen is fully stocked and easy to work in. Easily accommodates 3 people working together. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great too. There are some goats on the property, was fun to watch them graze. Also, there is a walking / biking trail that passes right by the property. Great to stretch your legs and contemplate the beauty of the area. We had been there before, so had no problem finding the place. The first time was a bit confusing since you need to enter the winery's driveway and drive up to the house. Overall, a great place, which is why we went back!

This was the perfect spot for our quiet weekend. I usually prefer not to use guesthouse Airbnbs but this one was totally private and felt like entirely its own space. Super clean, cozy, and comfortable. We’ll be back!

Came over for the won bass tournament on Clearlake . Angelo was very accommodating as I needed to add an additional day last minute. Boat parking was easy around back of the home in the orchard however not ideal on the main road if your wanting to leave your gear in boat . The guest house parking would be nice for one boat . Overall home was nice , view was pretty and the mercantile down the road was a nice place for a snack and glass of wine 🍷 .

We had a fantastic time at Fred and Patricia’s home. It was perfect for our group of six. Centrally located, comfortable, and with a very usable kitchen to prepare meals. Already talking about a follow-up trip!

Spacious but cozy. Well equipped. Great parks for our dog within driving distance. Quiet at night.

House & property were beautiful, hosts were very nice and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
