Great, safe location! Big house with everything we needed for our large family of 7. Comfy beds, and lots of room to spread out and for the kids to play! Sam was an awesome host too! He helped us late night while we were dealing with an issue at another airbnb. He called us right away to connect, went over to the home and turned the heat on for our arrival, let us check out late since we came in so late, really saved the day on the bad experience we were having with another owner, and he was so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again and are so thankful to have found such an awesome host!!! AWESOME STAY!!!

Worth what I paid for, very comfortable, and it’s just felt like home, a quiet neighborhood not far from the stores, would rent it again if travel again with my family

We - my wife, son and his wife and 16 month old daughter, along with my daughter and three boys shared this beautiful home. As written in the description, Michael's listing was very accurate, well supplied, and met the needs of our family during a very intensely hot week. The pool was the star attraction. The kitchen was well supplied and we were encouraged to use all of the amenities to enjoy our stay. It was very clean. The loft was roomy enough for two adolescent boys. We had some challenges with adjusting AC system temperature, but Michael was accessible when we needed assistance. He responded to other inquiries in a timely manner. Perhaps our only complaint was that the beds in all three bedrooms were not very comfortable. Usable closet space would have helpful as we traveled for a large wedding venue. This was the perfect place for us to visit with our three adult children, since there was plenty of space for everyone. It’s a fairly central location in Oakland with many walkable areas between 15 and 30 minutes away. Not really in any specific neighborhood but close to many. Large attractive, outdoor space and plenty of privacy. Alli was a great host and extremely responsive when an issue came up.

Can't wait to go back, even though we live in the same town! We had to find a place quickly because we had some damage at our home and Laurie and Bradley were so accommodating and flexible. The property is gorgeous! And I can't say enough about the showers. Every piece of furniture was so comfortable, including the beds (and I am very picky when it comes to beds). The view was spectacular. Besides the incredible amenities, Laurie and Bradley were such incredible hosts and were very easy to reach and super responsive to the many requests we had to extend our stay. I highly recommend their house.

A special & unique property that has a magical feel to it; immense view of forest & stars at night, beautiful smell of the great outdoors (my dogs were entranced!), the opulent yet inviting interior design (lush plants/jewel toned velvets/ romantic white lace/comfy furniture- I had to try out all of the little places where you could chill out/nest!). The house was incredibly clean when we arrived &the kitchen had everything we needed.Also, one of the bathrooms has a HUGE bath! I really appreciated the owners list of local restaurants to try out; the small town of Occidental is charming & welcoming. I truly feel the owners care about you loving your time at Korsi; evident in the obvious care they have taken to create not just a great accommodation but an ‘experience’. Thank You!🙏 Tips- Don’t be intimidated by the projector- it’s ridiculously easy (just plug in, grab the remote and log into your Netflix etc!). Don’t worry if you can’t do stairs- you can access the house via a slope.

Great home, central to the Bay and wine country witch was exactly what we were looking for to meet the whole families expectation. Navato feels safe with great coffee Dr insomniacs and restaurants the Village 5 minutes away 👍🏻👍🏻

Our stay was fantastic—peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we were looking for. The host was very communicative and provided clear instructions well in advance, making check-in a breeze. Everything listed in the amenities was provided, and the hot tub was easy to use and already heated upon arrival, which was a nice touch. We even had some wildlife visitors, adding to the serene atmosphere. While it’s a little outside the city, the tranquility and nature make it absolutely worth it. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful home and great place for us to gather with our children and grandchildren. We would definitely come back. A great time was had by all. Communication was great and check in seamless.

Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable and the home has all the amenities including anything you may have forgotten. . They have paddle boards, kayaks, extra coffee, water, spices and oils and a lot of other things. Linens were clean and the place was super nice. Definitely will be back !

Aasif's place was just right for us. Had most everything we needed for a three night stay. The backyard was large with ample space to lounge around. We spent most of our time enjoying the backyard especially the outdoor kitchen. Aasif was very responsive to our needs and we greatly appreciated him for that. Will definitely be back again soon!

Stayed here with a group of friends - lots of beds so we each got our own, which is rare. The house was well stocked - kitchen, towels, etc. We enjoyed using the indoor/grotto hot tub. Cute shops & restaurants in the area (15-20ish mins). Thanks for a great stay!

Truly perfect house in the perfect setting. Great for our family but would come back as a couples retreat to. The landscaping, amenities and quality of everything is top notch.

This was a wonderful stay. The interior of the house looked very nice, and the surrounding area and views are stunning. The villa itself had a great kitchen, it was a pleasure to cook there. It was fully stocked with all the utensils, pots/pans, and gadgets we wanted. There was plenty of stuff to do just in the house, let alone the surrounding area. Lastly, Jordan and Jennifer were very responsive, and made us feel very taken care of. Would definitely stay again.

Our two families had a great time. We drove to Iron mountain snow park one day which is less than an hour away. We hung out in downtown Jackson and Indian grinding rock state park and our kids had a blast. The property was beautiful and private and were able to walk around and enjoy nature. It’s close to the casino and everything you need but feels like you are in your own world at the same time. Eric was responsive , kind, and helpful. We hope to revisit and stay here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at Sam’s place - the pool was perfect, the house was super clean and comfortable, Sam was responsive with answers to our questions, the beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were spotless. The open space right next to the house was a highlight for taking morning walks.

We had our student council do a trip to Sacramento to talk to our assemblymembers and Senators. This house was a perfect option to accommodate all of our kiddos. We will be back again next year!

We really enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at this beautiful property. Our kids loved the swing set, the yard, watching deer and listening to frogs, and all the toys and games inside. The adults in our party enjoyed the gorgeous scenery and spacious clean property.
