Very clean. Megan was very quick to respond when we couldn't figure out the TV and we got it working in no time. My children absolutely loved feeding the deer right from their hands. We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable and right at home.

We had our wedding in this airbnb and it has so much space the photos don’t do it justice! The views are gorgeous and much bigger in person! It felt very private and safe. We would definitely recommend this property to any of our family and friends!

Wonderful place to stay, we enjoyed the kayaks and everything else the water had to offer. We enjoyed grilling shrimp skewers on the grill and sitting on the patio. I was impressed that even my son who really loves his video games etc was outside the entire time. I would highly recommend to stay here if you’re just looking for an awesome get away on the river! Thank you so much to our host very responsive and honestly just down to earth. We will be back.

I chose to stay at “Amanda’s Getaway” simply for the peaceful surroundings and amenities for a quick weekend birthday trip. Little did I know how wonderful Melissa was going to be. She made the check in and check out process easy and was extremely accommodating. Melissa was very quick to respond and very helpful through the entire process. The house itself was clean, spacious and provided fun activities. The backyard was the best part. We enjoyed grilling, sitting by the fire and relaxing in the hot tub. We would love to stay here again!

House was a good choice for our large group of people! River front was quiet and peaceful with lots of outdoor space to relax. Location was convenient to downtown New Braunfels, but far enough out of the hustle and bustle. Would recommend and would stay again! Chad and Gaby were great hosts!

We had an amazing time. Place was spacious, clean and since it was Christmas season, host left some little presents for us. Shafer (host) responded pretty quick and was very helpful when needed. Definitely will book this place again. This place is worth it.

Treehouse was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Great place for those seeking quiet location between San Antonio and Austin, or if visiting New Braunfels or Seguin. Enjoyed the week stay and would like to return in the future.

Loved the scenic setting on the Guadalupe River. Great backdrop for family pics. Open, airy, and homey. The kitchen was well equipped and there were towels for dayzzz. 🤩. Highly recommended.

The Airbnb was clean and in a safe area. The point of contact was very prompt with responses.

Great location & beautiful condo!

Very comfortable stay and loved location that even thinking of moving in the area. There are so many bars and restaurants around in walking distance that is great to go. Next to the riverwalk to be able to walk jog or run and get a good work out. Community is dog friendly which encourages me next time to bring mine.

My husband and I stayed at this home for 2 months. We both work remotely and had no issues with the internet during our stay. The place is well stocked for long stays. The patio space, especially the hot tub, is nice for relaxing. The neighborhood is very quiet The location is a good 20-30 minutes from New Braunfels where you’ll find many restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay here again.

Debbie made this place feel like home! It was so clean and she gave us great recommendations on places to visit while we were there! It was close to everything, but also far enough away that it was private! We ended up spending most of the day at her oasis because we loved it so much! We are already planning another trip. Seriously! It can be so hard to find good places and going based off of reviews is hard, but with this one just know you are getting an amazing stay!

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

Place was nice and clean.

Rusty was awesome and so was this place. We stayed long term (3 months) while we looked for our new home. We had 3 dogs with us and it was perfect. He was always responsive and helpful. We thought we needed to extend and he did it same day, then we found our home and he was able to move our check out back to the original date, no issues. We would definitely recommend this place!! Beautiful views and amazing location! Follow the instructions here provides to get checked in, it’s tucked away, so you can miss it if you go by the apps directions.

This place was amazing! Even though the weather was not great, we had a ton of fun playing games inside and just hanging out. When it got a little more sunny and less windy we were able to enjoy taking our kayak out in the lake. We also enjoyed being able to walk out on the deck and just chill. Randy was very clear with check in/check out instructions and we were appreciative of the little notes around the house (how to use the tv, instructions on the fridge, etc). Overall an awesome stay and we hope to be back in the future!

We had a great time, Tom was quick to respond when we were booking, the place was great, brought our dogs and had a really nice time. Right on the water and we had fun fishing from the lower level of the yard. Great outdoor grill and dinning area. Would stay again. Location was great and very convenient to everything.

Wonderful place with plenty of room for the entire extended family! Loved the view, location was close to anything you needed, games were super fun, had lots of great laughs with the family! Great place, we will be back!

This was a great place to stay! It was very cozy and peaceful. We loved the vibe of the house and the scenery surrounding it! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for the price especially. Definitely a bang for your buck.

Felt right at home. ☺️ Had all kitchen essentials for cooking. Liked that there was a washer and dryer since we did enjoy a trip to the river. The patio chairs on front porch were very comfortable. I like the privacy of having our own separate space even with other rentals on site around us. All in all a great location for being able to access the park or river. Definitely would rent this place again.

I got married at this house and it was magical. I could not have imagined a more perfect place for such a special day. I look forward to coming back to celebrate our anniversary. Ruchi was a helpful host and was very responsive.
