Loved the place,location and the host always responded in a timely manor and helped us anytime we needed would for sure stay again

This listing is such a steal for the area! Shanika is super responsive and kind, and provided us with clear instructions and recommendations for our stay. We were only here for 2 nights for a Sunday concert, however, if I were to come back to San Antonio, I’d definitely book again. It’s at a convenient location to famous city spots. This is also probably the cleanest airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The bathroom was clean and the towels were soft and smelled great. There is really nothing to complain about! I’d definitely recommend this place to others visiting.

Loved the stay! Exactly as described and very clean! Walking distance from so many places! Walked to the riverwalk, Alamo, coffee shops in the area etc. easy to follow and clear instructions on how to access gate and building

This place has it all! It is easy to find and you can park just a few steps from the unit making it easy to load and unload. The area is clean and very quiet. I felt safe during my stay. The kitchen has a small stovetop, sink, microwave, coffee maker, small refrigerator and a dishwasher. It is equipped with plates, utensils, cups and cooking pans. The bathroom has a big walk in shower (great water pressure) The host provides towels, shampoo + conditioner and there is a blow dryer just in case you forget yours. The unit has a stackable washer/dryer that you can use during your stay. The “room” (remember this unit is open concept) has a TV, small desk, a futon and a Murphy wall bed. The linens were clean and there was plenty of pillows but if I had to rate the bed, that would be my only complaint. The bed is not comfortable at all. A better bed would make the stay very close to PERFECT! Our host was extremely understanding and very responsive. Look no further! Thank you for having us!

The apartment was comfortable, had everything we needed and was just as advertised! It was super close in walking distance to all of the action and even had its own entrance to the River Walk! Be mindful that there was some noise outside from time to time throughout the night but that should be expected in a downtown setting. Overall would recommend this place!

We wanted a quick get away. Very nice location close to downtown area, All amenities made it stand out from a boring hotel. No hassle or loud noises, very quiet and peaceful. Spacious rooms, great for a family get together.

When I stay somewhere I looks for Safety, Cleanliness, and Location. This place had all three at a 10/10. I felt very safe in the area and in the building. The parking garage also felt safe. Getting into the building was easy with the hosts instructions. The apartment was spotless. Even the floors felt so clean that I felt safe walking barefoot on them (a rarely seen thing). The living area was comfy and inviting. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. The Location was beautiful. The view from the balcony in the morning is so peaceful and refreshing. The sun rises over the balcony and it’s a great place to sit and enjoy the morning. I would definitely stay here again before looking for another place!

House was as described, can’t beat the price. Clean, newer construction/ renovation and close ride to everything downtown. Check in was easy and the stay was seamless. Will stay here again on my next visit.

Convenient location! Very large space with everything we needed for a 2 night vacation. Stayed for New Years and was not far from the river walk and the alamo dome. Upcoming neighborhood, safe and quiet. Parking was safe on the property surrounded by a gate. Hosts were very friendly and the check-in was very easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely space to stay as a couple! The neighborhood is outstanding - the botanical gardens are walking distance and there is no shortage of restaurants and even fun shops nearby. The apartment has easy parking. To save on costs we used the kitchen to make several meals. Kimberly was extremely responsive - we locked ourselves out on Christmas Eve and she very quickly managed to get us back in.

Host was very friendly and responsive. We had no problems finding the place. The area was quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend booking here if staying in SA

Located in an old part of town with big Oak trees overhanging the streets. Very quiet and peaceful. The unit is offset and behind a really cool duplex with a large landscaped backyard. There is a spacious private outdoor space with nice pavers, flora and a nice large table w chairs. The grounds are kept clean and mowed. Full kitchen which was useful. New bathroom fixtures and shower which adds to niceness of the place. Hardwood floors, good furniture and comfortable bed. Everything is done very nice. I was there for a week of R&R. Played lots of golf so having a private comfortable place to stay was important to me. Also a parking space in the driveway 3 feet from the door. Drove to all parts of town and the central location was nice. And as far as price, all I can say is wow. It’s worth every penny. Great place at a great price. Hope it’s available for my next getaway to San Antonio. Thanks

It was a nice place to stay for the night. the bed was comfy and everything was clean. The location was close to downtown where there were many sights to see.

Great place to stay and was virtually brand new. Really enjoyed the small balcony and kitchen accessibility. Perfect place for a couple to stay and experience rustic Gruene but stay in a nice modern place..

It was perfect for us! Peaceful and private and Kathleen and her husband are great hosts! House is beautifully decorated and clean. We loved it!

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!
