We had a great time at the house with 4 kids 9-12 and a 16 yr old - something for everyone! The pool was still being repaired when we were there, but the basketball, pickle ball, roller-skate surface was a hit! The kids asked to come back here instead of going on the annual summer vacation to Yellowstone 😂. So we might be back! We drove about 45 minutes away to go tubing on the Comal river and the kids enjoyed that!

This is a beautiful home located in a very quiet neighborhood. We stayed here for 6 days and spent almost every day by the pool as it was just perfect. House was well maintained and very clean. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were all beautiful. Had a couple of minor issues on 1st day, however Host responded immediately and issues were taken care of within a few hours, could not have asked for more. 5 Stars!!

We enjoyed Phill's house very much! The pool, pool table, and house cat Molly were the highlights of our trip. His house offered something for everyone in our family and we would love to book there again if we find ourselves back in San Antonio. Can't recommend enough!

Host was very respectful and sweet, everything was very nice. Area is super easy to find and walkable, would definitely recommend!

Alex’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Close to six flags and restaurants. The house felt homey, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast. My mom loved it and all the sports memorabilia. The price was great and I think we definitely got what we paid for. Definitely recommend if your destination is six flags or sea world. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, perfect for 5. We will be back.

Beautiful house, peaceful and private area. If we didn't have the kids we would have probably stayed the whole vacation at the house. The owners greeted us the day of, answered promptly throughout the vacation if we had any questions and welcomed us back when we left. We will be coming back and we recomend this house to anyone.

Great place to stay as a family. Perfect location for attending the Spurs game. Not walkable to restaurants or attractions but we knew that when we reserved the place and it didn’t affect our stay. The house was spacious, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

Tish, was extremely helpful and responsive to my messages. The place was exactly as described, spotless and a home away from home. I recommend staying here whenever you are in town

Fantastic place and fantastic host. Responded almost immediately when I had questions. The space was great inside. Bed was super comfy. The location was great. A half block to the left was a trolley pickup spot. A half block to the right and down the stairs you were at a river shuttle pickup spot. We didn’t have a car and these made it so easy to get around. The rooftop deck was a special treat. Would definitely stay here again!!

This was my husband and I's second time staying with Susanne. Originally we stayed at her other property for our wedding a year ago. We loved the bungalow and location so much that we decided to stay with her again to celebrate our one year anniversary. Per usual, the space was beautiful. Susanne really cares about the details: the almond tart that she bakes for you, all the small snacks & drinks, and even a sound machine to fall asleep to. The bed is also extremely comfy. We had a great time. I look forward to staying here again. :)

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s River spot. Several cats were entertaining during our Al fresco dinners. We figured out how to stream to the TV, cooks steaks from the local HEB and the meat was yummy and were easily prepared with the provided charcoal grill. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor experiences. Everything we needed was supplied and if you needed anything HEB and restaurants were close. We were there for work, so didn’t partake in the river but local food was plentiful and service and hometown feel was exactly what we needed. Will work to come back and stay longer. Would love to have just sat, played cards and lazed a bit more!

When I stay somewhere I looks for Safety, Cleanliness, and Location. This place had all three at a 10/10. I felt very safe in the area and in the building. The parking garage also felt safe. Getting into the building was easy with the hosts instructions. The apartment was spotless. Even the floors felt so clean that I felt safe walking barefoot on them (a rarely seen thing). The living area was comfy and inviting. The bed was comfortable and we slept great. The Location was beautiful. The view from the balcony in the morning is so peaceful and refreshing. The sun rises over the balcony and it’s a great place to sit and enjoy the morning. I would definitely stay here again before looking for another place!

We got a great deal on this place and ultimately that’s what made this 5 stars for me. It’s a great location, not really walkable but very close to everything and feels safe. Love that it had a pool, nice views, clean and open layout, and the ready to use streaming services were a nice addition! The bed, pillows and blankets were not great but honestly the couch was much better and we were fine with that!

Johana was a great host and we enjoyed our time here! The place was so cute, and was stocked with everything we needed!

We did a three day stay at Marilyn's house. This place is impeccable. It was super clean and welcoming. Small touches such as electric candles and soft music on Spotify when we arrived. We were always comfortable with awesome air conditioning, while it was muggy outside. And quiet! We never heard any noise from the street. The shower is like being under a water fall. Soothing and lots of hot water. Easy parking in the driveway just outside the entrance door. Lots of restaurants nearby on St. Mary's including wine bars, metal bars, tiki bars, food trucks. Lots to choose from. If you have more than one car, street parking is plentiful. We will look forward to asking to stay with Marilyn again in the future. If you are looking for an awesome hideway with lots of food and culture nearby, stay at Marilyn's place.

It was a cute comfy cabin that me and and my husband got to enjoy for the weekend. We had access to the large pool and heated hot tub during our stay. Fortuna was responsive at all times and was beyond helpful. I loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping at the window and enjoyed the coffee that was available to us.

It was actually better than I was hoping for and I already had high hopes. We had a great time.

First and foremost, Maggie was an excellent host! Very friendly and helpful throughout all parts of our stay. The area is beautiful! Very peaceful and relaxing, and not too far from the larger towns you may be interested in. The main attraction, Charlie the deer, is very friendly and it was such a neat experience getting so up close and personal with him. He followed us on a walk and enjoyed the variety of treats we gave him (we learned he loves carrots, chips, and ham was his overall favorite!) If you’re traveling with dogs, this is a great place for you. Not only is the area around the house fully fenced in, but there are even nice kennels indoors as well. Our dogs loved the area and getting to run freely, which is hard to find on Airbnb. 100% worth the trip and I highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication a breeze!

Loved this "Hideout" for our weekend get away to the Hill Country. We loved that the place was in between Bandera and Boerne and we were able to explore both towns. The two horses on the place were amazing and it was fun getting to give them snacks. We were welcomed when we got to the Hideout by the owner and we were gifted a used horse shoe. Wished we could have stayed longer to utilize the place more like the fire pit and walked around. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family in the future. There wasn't anything we would change about the stay as we felt at home.

Home was perfect for the river trip. We really enjoyed the nature and peacfulness of this AirBNB. Very spotless and clean. Highly recomend.

The house was so beautiful and unique. The property was peaceful and majestic. Having the river access was definitely a plus! And the cowboy pool was used almost the entire time. DEFINITELY want to come back and stay again!

Super clean property so glad we booked last minute the cabin was very cozy had such an amazing time with my wife and kids. Jennifer was very quick to respond to all our questions would definitely be coming back!
