It was such a wonderful stay perfect for our family trip. Our family enjoyed the outdoor activities as well as the games available for family game nights. We can’t wait to return.

Austin is a very attentive host. I stayed here for months while I was in town for training and never once had an issue. I highly recommend 👌

Very nicely equipped home. Huge TVs, comfortable seating and very quiet. Pretty close and easy to Downtown San Antonio.

I can't say enough good things about this property and the owners/management company. From the moment I booked, they were proactive, responsive, friendly and helpful and they remained that way through the duration of my stay. The home was beautiful, spotless and comfortable, and despite having neighbors situated so closely, we still felt like we had complete privacy and the river all to ourselves there. I couldn't think of a single thing that I would change and I will definitely be looking into staying at another one of their local properties in the near future. This place was a 10/10 and could easily fit more people than I had traveling alone with my children, but I highly recommend to anyone looking for an incredible waterfront stay any time of year. I guarantee you won't regret it or find a better price for all you get!! Thanks so much, Born Again, I hope to come back soon!!

Plenty of space in the house. Good central location, nice deep slow part of the river. Went for a week long two family vacation and everything went smoothly.

My family loved this home. It had something for all ages, my toddler loved the play area and it kept him occupied which is a plus. My 7 and 10 year old were occupied with the ping pong table almost the whole time. It was just a great experience overall. The host was very attentive and very helpful from check in to checkout. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We had a lovely stay! Large bedroom and clean kitchen/living room. Jillian was easy to communicate with and we had a smooth checkin and checkout.

Jillian’s place was a breath of fresh air clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The private master suite was spacious and inviting, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. I especially loved the cozy king bed and the peaceful vibe throughout the house. The coffee bar was a unique and thoughtful amenity—I just wish I had known how to use it! One of the things I loved most was the location. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, and there’s a park nearby that made it easy to get in a bit of exercise during my stay. Jillian is a wonderful host attentive but never intrusive and it’s clear she’s poured her heart into creating a space where guests feel at home. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located spot in San Antonio.

The house was gorgeous and Aby was very eager to help with any questions we had. The backyard was also very beautiful and had lots of basketballs to use.

This stay was very nice for what I needed it for very different from other Airbnb‘s I’ve rented as far as used food in the fridge and cabinets. This place was nice we felt comfortable and safe I only have one complaint the water pressure in the master bathroom sink was next to nothing, other than that nice place for the money.

Host was attentive and accommodating. WiFi is great and easy to attach to all of my devices. Room was spacious and comfy. Kitchen is large and easy to get around in when cooking. Backyard is a plus when having a cup of coffee in the morning or a beer in the evening. Had a wonderful stay.

This space is rustic but functional. This is not a fancy place but it meet out needs.

This house was perfect for our visit. There were 9 of us, including three grandchildren. The house was well appointed, and convenient to Lyttle and Devine. We had plenty of room, a good sized back yard and even a trampoline the kids loved. The lake out back was nice, with lots of birdlife. We’ll be back at this house for our next family gathering in Devine.
