Loved our stay! Beautiful views and lots of stuff within walking distance! The place was clean and just like the pictures! Will definitely stay here again!

First visit to San Antonio and I’m so glad we stayed here. The location is lovely and super walkable. I walked downtown with my 6 year old son, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants along the way. The hosts are very responsive and the room was perfectly clean.

Cannot speak highly enough of Hung-Jen’s hospitality! He was super proactive with very detailed instructions and just general information. Accessing the apartment from the garage without his helpful instructions would not have been intuitive, but his communication was top notch! Even when the city had a mandatory water valve repair, he promptly communicated the possibility of even brief interruptions in water service. We were on the 9th floor and could still hear some sounds from the street very clearly, but I think that’s to be expected in city areas. The floors in the apartment are wooden floors from original construction and can be a bit noisy, but I loved the character they brought to the place! And I couldn’t get over the views from the apartment! The pictures of the views were really what sold me on the place, but the actual view is better than the pictures! 100% would visit here again!

My nephew’s wedding was in Cibolo and I decided to stay at Sabrina’s in New Braunfels. It was perfect for our stay. Extremely clean, priced right and easy access to all types of activities. We walked from the new rooftop bar and the drive to Gruene, Cibolo and San Antonio is very easy. I highly recommend Sabrina’s place!!

Amanda's place was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Located right next to the river, floating devices are provided.

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Kevin was incredibly kind and responsive, made sure we had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to town and activities but still quiet enough to relax. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Absolutely beautiful location and great place to stay. Emily was one of the most communicative and accommodating hosts i’ve ever dealt with on the app. The house is on a great part of the river with plenty of places to swim and fish. The back patio, back yard, and river access make this place an unforgettable Guadalupe River experience. Beautiful cypress, live oak, and pecan trees surround the yard. The house was very clean and spacious.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommend this location if you’re looking to enjoy all that downtown NB has to offer.

Such an amazing house and very spacious. I love it had everything you needed from cooking needs, floats, to even medicine! Will definitely book again! We had such a blast! Gruene is a special place to us and not sure we have ever booked a home more than once but I think we found our place! Thanks!

Perfect place for a friends getaway with our older boys. They were able to swim and fish in the river while we relaxed!

Kody was an excellent host. We all felt right at home during our stay. The condo is in a beautiful spot with lots of activities to do surrounding the area. It is a short drive to many great restaurants and overall just convenient area. I would definitely recommend coming here if you enjoy floating the river or even just getting away for a while. We will definitely be back soon!

We were not disappointed with the house. Everything was great, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was clean, which we appreciated very much.

Our families loved staying at this condo. It is literally steps from the Comal River. We loved not having to fight holiday traffic in town to go float the river. We had fun just hanging out in front of the condo. The condo is perfectly situated in town that you can get anywhere pretty quickly. We did not have a single problem and never had a need to reach out to the host, although I feel that it would have been easy to reach her had we needed anything. The condo is spacious and each room has a bathroom. We will be back next summer!

We loved the condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The patio was a very nice area to end the day. Perfect location! Sandy was very nice and always quick to respond. We will definitely be back.
