Not that bad of a neighborhood everything is walkable. Clean beds and quiet neighborhoods. Overall pretty decent place.

A nice and simple place to stay. Sess responds fast to all messages which is helpful. If I travel to San Bernardino again I’ll definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean and SPACIOUS, Secluded neighborhood, 15 to 20 minutes because of the Hillside Drive to stores. The neighborhood is safe with lots of great places to walk. If you are looking for a feeling of being out of the city it's perfect for you. Very comfortable bed and great shower! Only downsides are, far from nicer stores, the central air is shared however Dana was quick to provide a second space heater & let us put the thermostat on the highest that they allow downstairs. The space heaters are good really quality which made the space very warm and comfortable. VERY appreciated. They are a family of five and like another review said you can hear a lot on the kitchen side, it was not very loud most of the time, BUT in the bedroom/bathroom it is very quiet and the most peaceful. That was our favorite spot, we wished a small couch was in there. Again the spaciousness and decor were fantastic plus Danas speed to help with the cold. LOVED NO CLUTTER and great storage.

We had a nice month-long stay here in March. The unit is modern, spotless, bright, and very quiet. It’s a good size for a couple and had everything we needed— a comfortable bed, quiet and efficient AC/heating, good internet, washer &dryer (located outside behind the other unit), a big TV, and a basic kitchen for daily cooking (While the kitchen knives were small and not very sharp, the pans were on the smaller side, and there weren’t quite enough essentials like salt and oil for a long-term stay, these were minor issues and easily manageable.) The location is good—just a 10-minute drive to Joshua Tree National Park and another 10 minutes to larger towns for groceries and other necessities. Overall, we had a great stay and highly recommend this place!

Janie and her team were amazing hosts. The location is a quiet, friendly, gated neighborhood. The hot tub was perfect for our January stay. LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT THE BED !! AMAZING ! There was plenty of cooking utensils and space to cook. We will be looking for availability on this place for our next visit.

Was a very nice stay. Close to the center of town, but not noisy. Easy to find and get into. Bed was more firm than I’m used to but not unbearable.

Had a fantastic stay! The check-in process was super easy and flexible, which made arriving a breeze. The host was a great communicator—quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to local spots. The property itself is a fun, historic gem with lots of character. We had a wonderful stay at Keith and Ivonne's place. The listing was exactly as described and the reviews were accurate. It was easy to find and easy to get in. This is the perfect spot just outside Palm Springs. The space was clean and quiet. The bathroom was spacious and kitchenette was well equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

This place was as describe We had some issues with the washer But was compensate for the Inconvenience which was great The maintenance went beyond and above The shower is really small need updates But the location was by food shops And the host was amazing they allowed early check and check out .. it gets really cold at night .. u can always request additional blankets

Jamie was the perfect host. Always was quick to respond to any questions we had. Loved just sitting on the deck watching the birds and ducks float by. Would definitely stay here again.

The studio was very cozy! It was what we needed for our Joshua Tree trip- comfortable beds, AC, kitchen, and we loved the added amenities of the pool after a long day of hiking and the deck for stargazing (the skies were clear and incredible). Thank you for hosting!

This place was perfect for what we needed. Just a quick overnight. A/C was cold! Clean annd comfortable. Extra waters were a bonus! Definitely recommend and will book again if the need arises.

Conveniently located as a stopover to Death Valley, the apartment was even cleaner and more comfortable than expected from the photos.

We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, well appointed and beautifully updated. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk to the ferry, stores and London Bridge area, which made everything so convenient. Not to mention the view was absolutely perfect. Dennis was incredibly friendly and responsive making sure everything was smooth as well. Would definitely stay here again next time— highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It had everything that we needed, even the salt & pepper and coffee. We didn’t need the extra bedroom, except that’s were I put my shopping bags lol

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend of Coachella and had such a great stay! It was a quick drive to one of the shuttle spots, but the location was far enough away to allow us a peaceful stay before and after festival activities. The backyard is SO peaceful and the interior is clean, cute, and comfortable. Plus -- the water pressure in the shower was amazing!! They also had so many thoughtful amenities like waters and Sprites when we arrived, tea and coffee, a well-stocked kitchen, makeup towels, salts for the outdoor tub, and so much more. Such a great stay and friendly/communicative host.

The location was perfectly centered in Lake Havasu making many things within walking distance and you could get almost anywhere within the city within 10 minutes. The other residents were extremely friendly and helpful in providing recommendations.

We had a very easy and smooth stay at Marie's. Marie is a great host, very communicative and helpful. She is in immediate communication with guests and very helpful when requests are made. The place is comfortable, and the courtyard between the two separate rooms a nice place to sit. We did not have time to use or check out the pool listed as amenity. Maybe another time! Overall the place is quiet, clean and very easy to access.

We also enjoy staying here, the place is very welcoming and a good fit for our needs!
