The only gripe I will say I had was the lighting - the house as a whole was very dim and not very bright, which made it hard for us to hang out in the living room. Other than that - this was an amazing house with a great location and plenty of sleeping space!

The log cabin was perfect for a one night getaway. It’s tucked away in the back of the lot and feels very private. The bath tub never ran out of hot water and the heater kept the room plenty warm with the snow outside. We would definitely return. Upon check in, one of the owners was very friendly and explained that the hotel and cabins are under new ownership so there are updates to come. I look forward to seeing what else they do with the place, as it is a great location and close to the village.

K.C. was a great host and very quick to respond. His cabin was perfect for 2 people. The kitchen had everything we needed, the shower was very nice, tv had Netflix, and the jacuzzi was amazing. The location is perfect. It’s walking distance to a delicious donut place (Dank Donuts) and less than 10minute drive to The Village. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was great! Cute back yard and nice hot tub for two! Fireplace was cozy and we were lucky enough to be in this amazing spot while enjoying some snow. Would defiantly stay again!

I appreciated how clean the place was and how all the linen was fresh. The place had lots of games that the kids really enjoyed and everyone enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub also.

A great Place to stay in middle of Moongrove, a complete residential area isolated from traffic, commercial stores etc but still very close to all attractions. home was very nice, clean, cozy with great collection of Board games and a pool table. All things were fully functional and as described. Kitchen non-stick cooking utensils need an upgrade soon as many of them have got scratches, rest all was good 👍🏼

After reviewing several Airbnb’s in big bear, I went with Autumn’s because of a review I read about the large backyard. I wanted a place where I could easily just have my kids play in the snow and sled. Autumn’s backyard gives you access to the National forest so tons of space to explore. There was some snow at the time of our visit but not enough to sled. My kids still had fun making snowballs and trying to make snowmen. The inside was clean and accommodating for our family. It is also not too far of a drive to the local restaurants and shops. Autumn was very response regarding any questions or concerns I had. I would recommend Autumn’s place and would consider returning in the future.

This little cabin was exactly what we needed to get out of the loud busy city of Los Angeles. I needed a little get away after having my baby 6 weeks ago and this cabin was perfect. It was as listed, very cosy, private and Gabby was really friendly at communicating. I traveled with my fur baby as well and Gaby had no issue with it, which is something very important to all fur parents. The kitchen was amazing, it had everything we needed, the best part was the basement, which we spend most of our days watching movies in their home theather. I would definitely book again.

We have stayed in Big Bear a lot over the past 25 years. We have rented cabins big and small. This was by far our favorite! Great location. Beautiful inside and outside. Very cozy and very well equipped. Will definitely be back!

This was pretty awesome. My girlfriend and I stayed here with our dog and while our cabin may have been considered short on space, it was by no means short in charm. The provisions were remarkably well thought out and the view was incredible. The folks in surrounding cabins were remarkably respectful. Overall it was a great getaway, and was similar to camping, but without the discomfort of sleeping in a tent. Highly recommended.

My family and I Love it here. This cabin had everything we needed, cozy, nice and warm. We got to experience the snow, rain and sunny day. Great location, Everything felt so relaxing! It was a great get away from us. It did not had a laundry which with kids can get pretty bad with all the extra snow clothes. But, this probably and the amazing host definitely it’s a 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean, private, well stocked, and the bed was comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We liked the location as it was close to shops and restaurants in The Village. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Brian was a wonderful host and very attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Had an absolutely amazing time! If the opportunity presents itself, I will DEFINITELY be booking again!

Had a great long weekend with my boyfriend and dogs. The house was cozy, the jakuzzi felt great, and the house had everything we needed. We wished we could have stayed longer. We plan to be back soon!

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS!!!!! This cabin is placed at the perfect location, the alpine sleds and writhing walking distance. Had the most magical and fun activity filled weekend, and coming back to this beautiful place was the cherry on top, and Christopher was so helpful and always responsive. I will definitely be staying again

My family had a great little getaway! The cabin was perfect for me, my husband and three kids. Cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and close the village and lake. My kids loved the spacious backyard to run abound in and the video games in their room! We would stay here again in the future :)

Matt‘s house did not disappoint. We had plenty of parking for our four vehicles and check-in was a breeze with keyless entry. We walked in and, to be honest, the house was even nicer than the photos on the Airbnb listing. The kitchen was huge and had plenty of storage as well as a huge fridge/freezer for the food that we brought. The living room was cozy, and there was lots of seating for everybody. I don’t think we realized, when booking this, that the house is three levels. The basement level is the game room, but also has the two bunkbeds as shown in the photos. The downstairs leads out to the spa, which was great. Just a tip, be sure to turn the spa on quite early before you want to get in as it did take some time to heat up. All of our guests loved their rooms. Each space was decorated so thoughtfully. My husband and I stayed upstairs in the master bedroom (The Eagles Nest) and it was an amazing space with a really beautiful private bath. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 3rd time staying at Matt's cabin. It never disappoints. Matt is responsive and super friendly. The cabin is always a clean, comfortable place to stay. It gets pretty cold in Crestline. When we stayed, the lows were in the high 20s, but with the heating provided and the cozy fireplace, we were VERY comfortable. The shower had GREAT water pressure and the cabin has an EXCELLENT water heater. The kitchen has refrigerator, oven, toaster, blender, utensils/plates and a pretty great stove top, so making a family dinner was no problem. I can see how some might say that the stairs to get up to the cabin can be challenge, but for us, it is doable and worth it for the privacy we got from the street (FYI we are in our mid 40s). This place feels like home as soon as you step into it. To be completely honest, I'd be really disappointed if Matt ever sold this place, because it is GREAT rent!... but on the other hand, I might consider buying it :)

When we first arrived we were welcomed with a customer message with our names on it which was a cute and thoughtful gesture. Two spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. We slept well. The back patio was spacious, quiet and peaceful. Has a clean grill and fire pit with seats around. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were quick and knowledgeable if we had any questions. Also, wanted to add that the cabin is in a neighborhood, so keep that in mind. You’ll hear some cars driving up and down the street from time-to-time but it wasn’t a bother for us. It was still quiet and peaceful to our liking. We will for sure stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this cabin during a winter storm! Despite the heavy snowfall, the cabin was warm, cozy, and impeccably clean. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. My son had an absolute blast playing in the snow, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to Snow Play, which made it even more convenient. The combination of a great location, excellent hospitality, and a comfortable stay made this trip memorable. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is clean and very nice location. It felt like home. Also, the style is beautiful and the kitchen is a good size. I will definitely stop by again if I’m the area. Lovely place and a very friendly host.
