the reason for the 5 stars is joey was a great host. he responded quick and friendly. Getting to the house is very easy as long as you follow the instructions joey provided. Getting into the home was easy and once we settled we felt at home. it’s a very lovely home and cozy. He has multiple things to do just at the home. he also provides a suggestion book that is laminated and well kept. it helped us know what we could do. also had instructions for certain amenities so you won’t be confused. the dirt rodes are very manageable i took a sedan and made it just fine just ofc be safe as certain roads might not be the best for you to go through if they are not well kept. We had a blast at this home and would recommend it to everyone. one thing i will add is this home was one of the few properties that had a full covered fence. this ensured a peace of mind while outside but also while in the home.

Stayed for a month at Laura’s and found it very relaxing and felt right at home. The house layout worked great when having a couple of families along with the 2 different bathrooms and bedrooms on each side of the house. The beds were very comfortable, the only negative issue was the sectional couch has seen a lot of use and is not very comfortable. I would definitely stay and hope I get the chance to stay again. We have absolutely zero complaints. Beaand peaceful. Our dogs fit in immediately.

Felt right at home nice and cozy spot. 5 minutes away from the London bridge. Easy to park and catch a ride on in the Ferry to Havasu Landing. Good size pool and the front yard you get a glimpse of the water. I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

Tom and Ari have a real gem as far as entertainment goes! Our family of four (with teenage twins) really enjoyed our stay! The kids had so many different things to do (inside & outside) that they rarely went on their phones. Now what parent wouldn’t want that?! Even our dog had a good time! Thanks again for making our trip to Palm Springs an enjoyable one!

Great place to stay. Good neighborhood, good views, the house and area was spotless. I hope to be a return customer. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Could not have asked for a more perfect stay - I could write a novel on how much we loved it here. Kate's house is, quite literally, our dream house. When we buy a bigger place, I think I'll be asking for the blueprint. The barn/farmhouse style has beautiful wood accents but lots of windows that let in tons of light - this is huge for us, as our place at home has very limited natural light. Anyway, can't say enough about this place, I hope we get to come back every year. If you're looking for somewhere to relax by the pool, explore Joshua Tree, check out the local saloon - it's just perfect. Don't hesitate - just book it!!

Great place. Close to everything we wanted to do. We were three couples spending time in Joshua Tree and surrounding area. Very comfortable, great views and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay! The one thing I would like to note is the house is a duplex, not a single residence. The home was charming and my family had a great stay. We had an issue with the coffee maker not working day 1, but Woody took care of it by sending a working one. The tv screen also had an issue, but it wasn’t really a problem because we didn’t need to watch tv. We used the hot tub everyday and loved it. Overall we would recommend and definitely stay there again.

Tess’s place was AMAZING!! It was 5 stars all around. It was tricky to find at night but with her helpful directions we got there no problem. It was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, with plenty of towels. We had to cut our trip short due to my daughter getting sick and they were very accommodating about that as well. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to stay there and would rebook myself.

Tonia’s home was beautiful, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed ourselves very much, we had a dock for our boat private beach in a beautiful setting. We look forward to our next stay. Thank you, Sonia C.

Lovely home will definitely stay again.! It close to the boating dock makes it easy & quick to haul our boat there! They also provided beach towels.

Great place to stay with fun amenities! Rebecca was very responsive. We had an issue with the hot tub and within 40 minutes of notifying her, it was taken care of! We’ll be back!

Great, short stay. Wish I’d had longer. Location is perfect - as close as you can get to JT Town / NP. Wifi worked great, was able to stream sports with no interruptions. Spacious, clean, and well styled. Check in and check out we’re as easy as possible.

We had a perfect getaway. Crestline is a such a cool little town. 20-minute drive to Lake Arrowhead. Plenty of great restaurants and incredible scenery, and this little A-frame is magical.

Very responsive and a great place to enjoy with friends

Our stay was great! We throughly enjoyed our time, the home was very cozy, only a 15 minute drive into town, far away enough for peaceful nights in the pool! We would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately my husband became quite ill during our stay and needed to be hospitalized 2 hours away. Ryan and his team went above and beyond to support me during this time, even coming to feed and let my dog out while I was at the hospital. Due to my husbands illness, we were required to stay in Bullhead City and Ryan made sure we had a new house to stay at as long as we needed. Again he and his team worked hard to ensure the house was ready for us. It meant so much to us that people we never met before went above and beyond to make sure that this time of stress was made easier for us. I will never forget their kindness and compassion.

This is a fantastic Airbnb. The home has character and outstanding views of the surrounding desert and mountains. There are many locations on the property to take in the views. One of the things I enjoyed most about the home was it felt lived in and loved, comforting and inviting. The hot tub was super clean and my husband enjoyed using the pool as a cold plunge. Everything was clean and well-stocked; definitely a "guest-favorite" Airbnb.

The holiday house is the perfect remote getaway. You'll find everything you need to make an amazing meal in the kitchen. You can get lost in the beautiful art all around the gardens and inside the house. The 360° views of the landscape are absolutely breathtaking and the night sky is otherworldly. This is by far my favorite stay out in the high desert.

This was a great place to stay for me and my friends! Nick was super helpful and very responsive during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was absolutely beautiful and the house was very clean. Highly recommend booking this house for your Lake Havasu vacation!

We had a wonderful long weekend staying at Marie's home. She was very responsive and helpful. The home and all amenities were exactly as shown in the photos. The jacuzzi was a nice treat in the evenings. We definitely recommend this home if you're looking for an exceptional place to stay in the Palm Springs area.

SUZANNES PLACE WAS JUST GREAT. Clean, spacious well stocked with Towels and bathroom supplies. Shampoo, conditioners body wash etc. Suzanne-has Everything needed to just Get out and enjoy Lake Havasu City!
