This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

My friend and I stayed here for the weekend of Coachella and had such a great stay! It was a quick drive to one of the shuttle spots, but the location was far enough away to allow us a peaceful stay before and after festival activities. The backyard is SO peaceful and the interior is clean, cute, and comfortable. Plus -- the water pressure in the shower was amazing!! They also had so many thoughtful amenities like waters and Sprites when we arrived, tea and coffee, a well-stocked kitchen, makeup towels, salts for the outdoor tub, and so much more. Such a great stay and friendly/communicative host.

This was a perfect spot for me and my friends, the pictures matched exactly what you’ll be walking into. It was very spacious and clean. host is extremely kind and communicative, i would definitely recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cute little home with all the amenities you may need. The place is cozy and very modern. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting the University as it’s a short walk!

We had a wonderful time. House was beautiful with a fantastic layout. The backyard/pool was fantastic and we spent many hours outside. The kitchen has nice appliances and cookware. The entire house was clean and well kept. Location was a bit further from the center of town, but we loved the quiet. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend.

This place was fantastic for our weekend trip. Michael’s place was extremely clean, looked exactly like the pictures and made us feel right at home. The location was perfect and had views that I couldn’t believe. I will definitely be back again!

Overall our experience and stay was nice. We loved that the manager Briana was very quick at responding and to top it off she was very polite. Property is very well maintained and we loved the game room in the garage. It was kind of dusty but that’s to be expected being out in the desert. So if you have allergies, just be aware. We enjoyed just lounging in the beautiful yard taking in the sun and listening to music. We accomplished what we wanted for our weekend, which was to just sit back and relax.

My partner and I really appreciated the charm of the space itself as well as its beautiful location, with great views as soon as we walked out of the house. So near Joshua Tree as well! Caitlin was super helpful & communicative and we had a lovely stay, would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Eileen's place. The quiet location was nearby Joshua Tree National Park as well as a short drive from restaurants or anything else we needed. The place was cute, clean, and relaxing. We would stay here again.

Excellent location to the park, restaurants, etc. Pool and hot tub literally outside the patio. Needs some updating on appliances, countertops etc. for the amount charged. Better communication about the HOA rules for guests.

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

Michael’s condo was absolutely beautiful! We can’t say enough great things about it, it was perfect in every way. The condo was immaculate, decorated classy lake theme, the view was spectacular over looking the golf course and the lake. It was a very friendly and quiet condominium complex! The pool and spa area were beautiful! Amenities and the condo were as described and pictured, it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Perfect location and walking distance to Rotary Park, many restaurants and London Bridge! We will definitely stay here again! Micheal was easy to work with, check in and out went flawlessly! Great spot 2 minute drive from the bridge maybe a 10 minute walk to the bridge. Small 2 bedroom very clean. right by the pool. Only recommended update would be to add ceiling fans. We went on a week where weather was 118-120 degrees so understandable the Chiller system wouldn't be the end all be all to keep it cool. If you need noise or moving air to sleep bring a fan! other than that cool spot. Thank you for everything.

Love the area very clean I love the view to the lake everything I need it cook my meals.
