Beautiful and sweet home for a little getaway. It had everything we could want and it was incredibly comfortable. Perfect set up and great location! Easy to walk to the village and nice and quiet in the home. Host was lovely and incredibly responsive. Just perfect :)

Amazing place to stay when skiing at big bear. Couch bed was great addition and place was full of games and Xbox to enjoy time

We loved our stay at Cozy Cottage. Host was so responsive and amazing and so attentive to detail. We had the sweetest welcome sign, my kids felt so special. She even had bowls and a bed for our puppy. We definitely had a great time and can’t wait to come back!!

It was perfect. I felt right at home everything about it was just so warm and me and my friends had a blast there

Absolutely loved the location. The amenities, the decor, and if your spiritual-- there is a hoard of fairies on the property and were honestly vibes. The energy was uplifting and bubbly without being overwhelming. The hammocks were a fan favorite and we even caught a meteor shower while we were in town. Lauren was quick to respond to my mesages and super friendly. The housekeeper was also kind and respectful. [she came for repairs and to service the hottub once a week] The interior is cozy, comfortable, clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Would absolutely book again if we are in the area!

What a beautiful place! The good reviews are on point. The space is welcoming, clean and spacious. You don’t have neighbors right by you, so you definitely feel that privacy and the property has a lot of really cool aesthetics and decorations. Will definitely be staying again!

I was traveling to Palm Springs for work and due to the short notice of my trip and the timing of Spring Break, there were few affordable options in the city. I decided to take a chance on the further distance of Esmat’s place because it seemed much quieter, more comfortable, and far more affordable than other options. I’m so glad I did! I didn’t mind the drive into the city and I appreciated Esmat’s place being in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely view. My husband and three year old were with me and also found it comfortable and child friendly. I would absolutely book with Esmat again next time I’m coming to the area. He was kind and thorough in his communication and not overbearing. Thank you for hosting us!

This was our second stay and it was just as memorable as the first. The indoor space is serene with plenty of outdoor seating for watching wildlife, stargazing, or soaking in the sun with your favorite beverage. We will return again and again.

It was super nice and a close like 10 minute drive to restaurants, markets, and stores. The house is super cute and had a nice fenced in backyard which was nice for our pups.

Cute home that is cozy and decorated nicely with a great outside area. The host(s) were super kind and easy to work with. We took our dog, and she enjoyed the large outdoor area to play in. Everything worked for us as it was intended to. It is close enough to town if you need anything, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life to feel like you are in a peaceful/private setting. There is also a dog park that's a 5-minute drive from the house, and our dog enjoyed going there in the morning to play with the other dogs in the area. We will definitely consider staying here again if we take another trip to the National Park, which was only about a 25 min drive from this location.

The scenery here was beautiful, and the cabin had a lot of thoughtful details. If you are wanting to be in the quiet with the mountains and the stars, this place is perfect for you. Kitchen was stellar - it had everything you could need. The guitar was even in tune! It IS pretty far from most things, so be ready for that, but once you've got your snacks and supplies this is a dreamy stay!

This Cabin was a home away from home! Extremely cozy and was a great stay for the weekend!

My stay at the homesteader cabin was incredible. Ryan as always is the most wonderful host! The Cabin itself is so comfortable and decorated in such a lovely way. The hot tub was hot, the sunsets were beautiful, and the drive to Joshua Tree is not far. Thanks again Ryan for another wonderful visit to the desert. Until next time!

Excellent stay! Loved loved our little cabin. I was with my 5 year old and he was in heaven. The cabin had everything and more for us. It was decorated cutely and was super cozy. I especially loved the beautiful tub after a long day of skiing. The cabin was 5 minutes from Bear mountain and 4 minutes from town. Would definitely come back again!!

We had such an amazing, relaxing stay at Sara & Eric's cabin! It was serene, cozy, and comfortable. We will definitely be back next time we're looking to stay in the area. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay. We checked in the day Big Bear got over two feet of snow yet they still had the driveway cleared and were giving us regular updates with road conditions and what not. In a beautiful neighborhood if you like morning or evening walks. The backyard was the perfect spot to unwind at night. Would stay here again

ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS!!!!! This cabin is placed at the perfect location, the alpine sleds and writhing walking distance. Had the most magical and fun activity filled weekend, and coming back to this beautiful place was the cherry on top, and Christopher was so helpful and always responsive. I will definitely be staying again

We loved staying at Homestead Modern! Perfect location close to the park. Our hosts were proactive making sure that we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. They even had necessary items delivered! I’d love to stay here again on my next trip to Joshua Tree!

We loved our stay here. The place looks even better than the photos and was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was a private lot with lots of space for our pets to roam and explore. Looking forward to coming back in the future!
