Second time staying here, and it is always a pleasure. The last time I stayed, I offered a few suggestions in terms of the unit and instructions, and I was happy to see they had been applied. The unit is very comfortable with lots of open space. The Projection TV is an awesome perk, and made watching the NCAA tournament fun with my family. It is a studio, so no private bedroom, but perfect for a couple for the stay. But the open space lent itself well to a quiet gathering with 7 adults, in our case. Awesome gated patio in the front! Easily walkable to anything anyone would need. I highly recommend!

Excelente lugar, buena zona, personal amable, buenas amenidades, solo cambiaría la TV ya que es muy lenta y se desconecta del wifi, reforzaría las paredes ya que estuve escuchando en todo momento al de la habitación de un lado 😆

Wonderful apartment in a great building with amenities! Make sure you try Choi’s downstairs for an excellent dinner and happy hour.

Great place to stay its right across from the ballpark and very close to all restaurants and nightlife in Gaslamp.

Accurate description, very clean and beautiful views!!!! That was the best part! Host provided great instructions, very easy to find. Felt secure and conveniently located to places. It’s also super close to the border.

Good location if you want to get away from the busyness of the downtown area, yet still be downtown within walking distance. There is a nice big park with lots of food stands nearby and the host was very attentive and there is a manager that is on the property that is very helpful all the time. overall a great stay for the price.

We had such a great time during our stay. The place was spacious, clean, comfortable and had lots of amenities. We love the game room/movie theater! The kitchen was fully stocked with supplies. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back again because we loved it so much!

Exactly as described and very nice home. Immaculate appliances, gorgeous sunrises and striking views. You can catch sunset off to the right of backyard as well. Hummingbirds galore. Very nice neighborhood/area, would rent again.

The place was nice and the location wasn’t too far from where we wanted to be or do at anytime. There is a mall nearby and lots of restaurants in the area. Quiet neighborhood

We had a great stay at this cozy get away space! Great set up, with two comfortable beds, a fun movie projector setup, and even Legos that kept our kids entertained. It had everything we needed for a short getaway, not to mention the convenient parking space right outside the front door. The host was very responsive and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend for a family-friendly stay!

Great location, within a 15 minute drive to lots of main attractions. House was clean, kids loved the backyard and games room area!

The images don’t do it justice in the layout. Being here felt like actually house sitting for a friend. Everything you can think of is provided and then some. The house has great space for parking and makes use of the backyard. Just know the house is on a corner of an intersection that is pretty busy…BUT you can’t hear the cars and the backyard is where you will spend most of your time anyways. The fact that there is a light for your driveway makes it even more amazing and safe.

Beautiful home and well done renovation. The backyard is perfect for entertaining the kids - the water slide was a big hit. Location is great as well. There’s a full mall just a few minutes away with a Target, etc. It’s not very far from San Diego or the airport. Would love to stay here again! Thanks Zeina and Mo.

Great relaxing place to stay! Lot’s of things to do for families. From the immediate initial contact, to instructions beforehand, to several messages prior to our the stay and checking in… everything was great! The home was very lovely and clean with one exception of the pet odor in the main area. No AC but we appreciated all of the fans and the cool breeze with all windows opened. We could not have asked for a better location. Overall a great place and would definitely recommend and visit again.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The views were fantastic, the area is walkable to many enjoyable areas (including the beach and marina), the grounds are impeccably maintained, and the condo has everything you need and more! The only downfall was that we arrived about a half hour before check in (after an 11 hour drive), and there was no possibility of checking in early unless arrangements had been made with the owner previously and a fee was paid. It worked out okay, but usually I have found more flexibility. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you!!

I had a group of people staying here for a conference. They commented on how incredible the place was and how close it was to everything. They all had a great stay and loved all the amenities.

L'appartement est encore mieux qu'en photos : grand, spacieux, très bien décoré, moderne et extrêmement propre ! La plage est à 1 min à pied, des cafés et restaurants sont également proches et tout est à maximum 15' en voiture. Le garage est un énorme avantage. Je recommande à 100% et reviendrai dans ce logement si j'ai l'occasion de revenir à Oceanside ! :)

This condo is absolutely beautiful. The views from both balconies were stunning and the entire condo complex is so peaceful.

Perfect location, beautiful sunsets, kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Walkable to everything! Would definitely stay again!
