Loved everything about my stay there. Room was spacious with a loft, which my son enjoyed. Marty even left some epson salt for the jacuzzi bathtub. Marty was very responsive, friendly, kind, and most helpful. She offered to make us pancakes on our last day but too bad my son doesn’t care for pancakes 😅. We’ll definitely return in the future!

Marty is a wonderful host. She is so knowledgable engaging and proactive at communication. Shes the most down to earth and experienced airbnb host we’ve stayed with. Also the pin your place on the map was a very fun activity. You will love your stay here.

Marty was a great host and went above and beyond to help. She helped me print and scan in some work documents to get notarized. Marty lives on premise so if you have any issue, you can easily holler or message and get it worked out in minutes. Understand that the place is shared by other guests which may have partners with them so you are sharing a bathroom with potentially 4 people in the mornings. Bathroom etiquette follows college dorm rules where you bring toiletries in and out each time. The front door and each bedroom door has its own passcode lock. The parking on the street was not always immediately available directly by the house, so you park down 3 or so houses and walk. The neighborhood is very residential, not laden with restaurants in walking distance so I fared well with a rental car.

If you are looking for accommodations in Julian STOP, look no further, this is where you want to stay! Collin's Place (aka Julian Orchard Hill Country Inn) is absolutely delightful with its wonderful lodge/Inn with it's massive fireplace and cushy seating, amazing views right outside the dining room windows, delicious food (def make a reservation for the Saturday/Sunday evening meals), wonderful warm and well-prepared breakfasts, with rooms both at the Inn as well as cottages throughout the property. We stayed in Cottage One and were smitten with its cozy atmosphere including a very comfortable queen bed, TV w/ DVD/VCR (we watched like 5 VHS tapes + DVDs available via the massive library up at the Inn), a fireplace that offered comfort in both the small sitting area AND the bathroom, a large well thought-out bathroom with a tub/shower and toilet in separate room, and a little wet bar with a sink and fridge. Sitting out on the deck right outside the cottage door as the sun was setting in the provided thatched furniture with a beer in hand was heaven. The staff were all delightful, seriously not one bad seed! So attentive, kind, and accommodating. Don't pass up on the hors d'oeuvre and drinks every night up at the Inn including domestic/craft beers and wine with tasty plates of munchies and good conversations with the proprietors (whom were always there) and other guests. We could have just stayed at the Inn and in our cottage all weekend but alas Anza Borrego was calling (a 45 minute drive to the AB visitors center and Slot Canyon hike) as were the wonderful shops and restaurants along Main Street. Make sure and head to the Julian Beer Company for some damn good ales and pizza...get the Bacon Bleu pie...you won't be sorry. And shopping at the Warm Hearth, the Olde Goat, the Barn Vintage Marketplace, and quite a few others, was sooo fun...really very good shopping. We'll be back, thanks Collins and staff for a weekend my wife and I will never forget.

A true bnb on airbnb. Ann made sure I settled in alright and was a lovely host. The space is private, has a private entrance, and parking available. A yummy breakfast was provided in the morning and that was such a treat. I’d love to stay here again whenever I’m back in SD. Thank you Ann!

Room was clean, bed was really comfortable and the place itself was very welcoming. felt like our home away from home!

Kim and her husband have a wonderful bed and breakfast. We were in the area for a wedding at Grand Traditions, and wished our stay could have been longer. Kim was hospitable and made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to friends and family

We had a lovely stay, Ann was a great host! The bed was comfortable with very soft sheets and our room had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Kim is an amazing host that thinks about everything and goes above and beyond for the guest’s care and comfort. Her space is absolutely stunning and perfect for work or leisure. Her location is outside of town a little and beautifully quiet. She had a plethora of breakfast and snacks available as well as a fridge and microwave for meals we brought. We love petting and enjoying the company of the pets too. One of the best locations and hosts I have ever experienced. Thank you Kim!

Am so glad I stumbled upon this Bed and Breakfast!! Will now keep this in my places to always look to stay in San Diego when I visit!!. Very comfortable, great location, quiet, small . . . just really liked everything about it. Ann and Mary were great and took care us. Thanks for a great stay

Graciela is such an interesting person I could have chatted with her for hours! She has great knowledge, stories and a kind heart. Her house is beautiful with gorgeous views and the kids really enjoyed the pool. More than just a place to stay, I feel like Graciela is now a friend and someone I can continue a relationship with.

Fernanda’s home is like entering a storybook, with magical views and beautiful trails to explore at your leisure. Fernanda is beyond sweet and accommodating, as my daughter and I stayed at her house before a volleyball tournament and she made sure we were able to get out the door on time, preparing a breakfast basket for us the night before. If we’re in the area again, we would definitely return to Fernanda’s home and would love to stay longer. *My daughter and I also loved the decor of the room and the king bed is very cozy.

What a jewel the cottage at The Quixote was. It's expansive deck was surrounded by beautiful citrus groves, and the peace the property accommodated was perfect for wasting away the day on the deck listening to the birds, the breeze through the trees and watch the clouds pass by. Even more outstanding was the hospitality of our hosts Skip and Lara. Lara made us instantly feel at home and relaxed. Couldn't have asked for a better escape from Orange County to decompress. Will definitely be back for a duration more suitable for exploring the lush surroundings.

It's an amazing place in the hills 10 miles outside of Temecula. The room is perfect for a couple, it has plenty of space. It is very clean and comfortable. The view from the porch is incredible. A simple breakfast is provided outside the room daily! There is also an outside grill and a place to sit around a fire outside. It takes 30 minutes on a beautiful curvy, hilly road to get to the property. There was cell reception for us en route and the roads are all paved. There is plenty of room for parking too. Fernanda and her fiancé were both very accommodating and gracious hosts.
