We had an amazing 20+ days staying at Elissa’s place! The property is exactly as shown in the photos, and it’s well-equipped with everything we needed. Elissa thoughtfully provided plenty of bed linens and household supplies, which made our stay even more convenient. Parking was super easy, with a “dedicated parking spot” right in front of the unit, and the laundry room is just across the street. Elissa is an incredibly kind and friendly host. She was always quick to respond to any issues we encountered and proactively offered solutions. For instance, when we initially had some trouble with the heating, she promptly arranged for a repair technician to come and fix it. On our check-out day, due to our own delay, she was very understanding and gave us plenty of time to prepare. Elissa is a wonderful host, and we would love to stay at her property again in the future if we have the chance!

Artists Penthouse has been our favorite Airbnb experience! Russ greeted us and gave us a tour. We were welcomed with a snack/wine basket. The Penthouse is located in a safe and very quiet neighborhood without road noise, and close to shopping/restaurants. The deck is expansive with comfy furniture and stunning views! We enjoyed breakfast and quiet evenings with beautiful sunsets from the deck. The beds are comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available. The kitchen has nice appliances and amenities. The living room furniture is comfortable and there is a great selection of games/books available. We enjoyed the artwork as well as ocean views from the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. Russ and Lisa are outstanding hosts! On request, Lisa even provided a steamer to use on our wedding clothes. Russ is a talented hair designer and he squeezed my husband in for a haircut. We’re looking forward to returning soon! Thank you, Russ and Lisa, for being such warm and welcoming hosts!

Wades place was clean and cute! Right beside a lot of stuff to do and also a lot of it was in walking distance! I would recommend this place to anyone that visits the north park/hillcrest area!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I especially appreciated the little thoughtful touches that made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience!

I truly recommend Rashmitha's space, super clean and quiet, just 5 minutes walk to the main street of Julian, we had an incredible time as a family, it is 20 minutes from Mount Laguna.

Bill’s place was great! Exactly like the pictures and was a perfect place to stay for us.

Gary's place is located in a beautiful neighborhood, walkable to grocery stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was peaceful. The space is as described. I was pleasantly surprised at the kitchen being so well equipped and with many options for cooking. As noted in another review, you can hear voices, animals, doors from others in the same house, but it was minimal. Just good to know if that bothers you. The bed was comfortable and the space is used well.

Sonia and Hugh are great. Everything kept breaking, obviously not used in a while. Toilet broke, dishwasher, toilet cleaner, etc.

Stayed here for a quick night in San Diego with my family. The pictures do not do this place justice! Salvacion was quickly responsive and accommodating when we had any questions to ask her. As soon as we parked and walked through the gate, we knew it was going to be a nice place because of all the plants and decorations. The home was immaculate and immediately, my mom felt so at home with all the decorations from the Philippines. Everything was so clean and so comfortable. However, the real fun was the backyard. Beautiful plants and decor everywhere! The best part was the calamansi tree and Salvacion allowing us to pick some and take it home. My mom had such a blast doing that and it truly brought her back to being in the Philippines. We also had a chance to talk to Salvacion and she was such a sweetheart! We will definitely be back again.

My friends and I hosted my Bachelorette weekend here and it was perfect! The host is very thoughtful, responsive, and the home is clean and looks exactly as pictured. There were plenty of towels for all guests, checkout instructions were very reasonable, and we enjoyed using the grill for dinner one night. It’s a convenient 5 minute walk from a big grocery store and the pool and hot tub were in excellent condition. We loved using both! The host is friendly and easy going which helped make our stay relaxing. You can tell he really wants his guests to have a good time and feel at home. He generously gifted our group some bubbly and we felt safe within the gated property. Big thank you to the host for helping make the weekend so special! Highly recommend!

The perfect place to stay in SD. Close to everything. Place is better than in the pictures. Very clean, like a hotel but feels like home and better price, especially for families.

Nicholas was an excellent and gracious host - the house was very easy to check into with a welcome/informational book. Clean, comfortable, and spacious home with beautiful grounds. I booked the home for family that was visiting from overseas, and they were all very pleased with the place! It was a great place to rest in between all the activities Southern California has to offer. My mom did have trouble finding one of the bedrooms when she got there in the evening, and Peter, the co-host, was very responsive and helped her out haha

Elyce has thought of everything that you could possibly need to make you feel welcome. Fresh flowers in the kitchen, bedroom and master bath, games and books, umbrellas, toys etc.

I can't say enough good things about this experience. The property was amazing! I will say the photos don't do it justice. There are so many other areas on the property that are not pictured so we were very impressed. The house alone is beautiful and the views are also amazing! Sonia was also amazing! She was very attentive and responsive! It was my birthday so she added a little extra touch which made the experience that much more memorable. Over all 10/10!

Easy find and secluded spot! Beautiful gardens in private courtyard setting with yummy oranges and lemons. Bedrooms were comfortable, clean and cozy. Fully equipped kitchen was a real plus!! Would definitely consider staying here again!

It is an amazing place downtown with nearby bars, restaurants, and activities. Couldn't have asked for better accommodations downtown with the expanded 2 unit space for our group to stay and not be cramped while in town for the weekend.

It was a great stay, upon arrival make sure you get in touch with Tyler because some of the details provided for how to check in aren’t current. For example the gate code has changed but it was quick fix and Tyler was there to help and answer questions fast! There is a space heater which helped a lot without having ac/heat. The balcony smoking area is nice and calming there are lots of stairs so be prepared for a walk. All in all Tyler was a wonderful host with a clean, safe unit I will definitely be staying here again if I return in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾!

Overall it was a great stay. The unit was nice and clean, the bed was fairly soft, but comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very nice (give the hot water some time to get there -- it's a bit slow but works fine). I liked the location a lot, as it was just a block or two outside of the really noisy Gaslamp area, but still felt fairly safe and clean on the street. The unit feels very secure behind two security doors. It was fairly quiet at night and easy to sleep. And George was always responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Benito’s beautiful casita was such a found gem!! Stayed 2 nights and we enjoyed it so much. The patios with the little hangout areas were our favorite to have morning coffee in. Will definitely be coming back! Benito was soo welcoming and friendly. We chit chatted for some time and it was lovely getting to know him and his beautiful home!

Very clean and cozy house. Comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. Beautiful backyard with a seating area and a charcoal grill. We cooked food on the grill every evening. Maricarmen is a very responsive and good hostess. She was always in touch. Answered all our questions quickly. We had a small problem with the garbage disposal and Maricarmen solved this problem very quickly. By mutual agreement, when we were not home, she replaced the garbage disposal with a new one and also washed our dishes. Just a wonderful woman! Thank her very much. We are grateful to her for her cozy home and her hospitality.
