A beautifully appointed home in downtown Capitola. Walkable to the beach, bars, and shops. The house was fully stocked with amenities. The terrace was lovely for morning coffee, and sun bathing. 10/10

This air bnb had such an incredible view. Such a comfortable bed, and I haven’t felt like I wanted to sleep in for so long in a while! Coffee and tea ready to go and an amazing way to start my day. The host was so sweet, took time to talk with me and make me feel safe. Also a super cute and friendly dog :) I would live there if I could! Highly recommend - worth every dime

La Sirena was a wonderful rental! The location is unbeatable with great views of the Pacific Ocean and easy access to the restaurants in Stinson. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well appointed! They thought of everything!! Will be back!!

I’ve stayed at Evan’s place before with a friend but this is the first time I came with my husband and our 6 year old. It never disappoints. Evan is helpful and responsive and we really enjoyed the space. I would recommend to anyone who wants a perfect location spot in Capitola. Can’t recommend enough!

This was a great little apartment right in the heart of Capitola. Four of us enjoyed a long weekend here. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of cooking utensils, etc. The beds were comfortable, there was ample space, and all of the local shops and restaurants were just a short walk away. We opted to park in the lot by the Capitola police station with the provided parking permit most of our stay. It’s a short walk from the unit, and there were always plenty of spaces available at all hours of the day. Great place. No criticisms whatsoever.

Stayed here for a couple of days for spring break. We will definitely be back. The location is amazing. Two blocks from the ocean and a beautiful walking path and 1/2 a mile to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable bed. For people with accessibility issues it is a second floor so there are stairs.

the beach cottage is an amazing place to stay! very close to a great beach. even closer to great restaurants and bars. Would 100% stay here again. location is amazing. short walk to the boardwalk too!

This is an incredibly beautiful house, and Omar is a great host! You feel like you are one with the ocean. The sprawling views of the ocean from the living room area are unbelievably good. The outdoor deck beside the living room had clean furniture and beautiful views too. We experienced combinations of nice sunny day/noon as well as foggy evenings, rainy mornings and all of them were uniquely beautiful. Instructions were super clear to follow, the welcome guide upon check-in has lots of useful information. Omar is extremely helpful and quick with his responses to all queries. There are some really nice restaurants in the area too, and is pretty close to other spots of interest like Gualala, Point arena, but the indoors of this place are so beautiful, you could the spend the whole day indoors.

Gabriel's place exceeded expectations! It was beautifully and fabulously renovated, and a few steps away from a fantastic beach. Gabriel helped us with many local recommendations. We would love to come back and stay longer, it couldn't have been more perfect!

Ian was communicative and super accommodating during a hard time for my family. Very much appreciated.

This place was nicer than the photos and absolutely perfect for a girls weekend. Everything was well equipped and labeled. The location was very quiet and peaceful with great access to a quiet beach. You definitely need a car as it's a little isolated but that added to the charm.

Sarah’s house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures! Super communicative with our every need. Tons of space and amenities! Loved the outdoor patio and the peek a boo ocean views! Sarah is an amazing host. Would absolutely stay here again! Love the fact that we were able to bring our dog! Thank you again for the amazing stay and making my family feel so welcomed!

The Wave House was a very welcoming and cozy place, making it a wonderful first Airbnb experience. It makes one feel right at home, creating the perfect relaxing atmosphere for a beautiful getaway. It's proximity to both the Santa Cruz beach and Downtown make it the perfect location for exploring various sides of the city. The host also provided clear and easy to follow instructions throughout the stay, even having a folder with recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area which were very helpful. I would definitely consider staying here on my next trip to Santa Cruz.

We had a great time! The space was cozy and intimate. It was a 6 min walk away from the beach, and even though it was a little cold right now, it was so gorgeous, especially at sunset. The kitchen was super clean and packed with everything needed to make a home cooked meal. The bathroom was clean with a huge tub! Safeway is only a 5 min drive away, super convenient. The hot tub was the highlight, warm and super fun. The backyard was fun packed with a trampoline and hammock as well, with beautiful plants too. The space could very comfortably fit 4-5 people! Appliances were easy to use and almost everything we needed was at our disposal. Liz also helped us extend our trip so we could make the most of it. We didn’t want to leave! Would a 1000% come again! We would love to spend a weekend during the summer here. Thanks again Liz!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

This place is stunning! Hosts reached out to let me know they were available if I needed anything. It was clean, Cozy , Everything was labeled to make it easy to find things. Spacious! Had great recommendations readily available. It was well worth what I paid! It’s not often I feel at home in airbnbs but this place offered that environment! Location is walking distance to the beach. Shop, restaurants, and it’s quiet in the evenings! Highly highly recommend!

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

Arlene’s place was the perfect location after being in the city for a week. The neighborhood was quiet and not crowded. It was close to the airport. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. A short walk to see the ocean.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marc’s lovely beach rental. Everything was as described, Marc sent clear messages regarding check in and necessities provided. Location was central to a lot of the day trips we had planned, (Monterey Bay Aquarium, Carmel/Point Lobos, and Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk), but still off the beaten path offering a restful private retreat. My daughter enjoyed riding her bike around the pond path. Marc offered a very nice assortment of beach gear and toys. The beds were better than most, and I appreciated the queen/twin combo room instead of a typical twin/twin offering in the second bedroom. I really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, sharp knives and pantry basics. In the future I would pack a few pans since the non stick cookware was pretty beat. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend.

Janice is the absolute most friendly, considerate and responsive host we have ever experienced. The place is beyond heaven- views of the pool and hot tub as well as ocean views out almost every window. The place is well stocked for cooking great meals and being able to really feel at home. Seascape is perfection- fire pit at night, peaceful and quiet property, absolutely amazing amenities and scenery from a dream. The walking path along the ocean is fabulous- 10 minutes to Seascape Beach and 10 minutes the other direction to a park and playground overlooking the ocean. There are benches everywhere for you to just have a rest and take it all in. The grounds and her home are both incredibly clean and well cared for. We will certainly be staying again soon!

Loved this place! Right by Capitola wharf so it was super easy to walk downtown for dinner and shopping. The apartment was bigger than I expected, super clean, and had everything we needed. Jennifer was very helpful and got back to us right away when we had questions. Definitely staying here again next time we visit!
