Staying in this home was comfortable and relaxing. The entire place was extremely clean and we had everything we needed (plus more). I appreciated the easy, quick communication with Kate, and the ability to check in early. The pack n play and high chair were very helpful too!

Johnathon’s home was beautiful, clean and perfect for my crew’s week long stay. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry area were fully stocked which made cooking and cleaning up so easy! Very comfortable beds and just all around a great stay, especially for the price! I highly recommend this beautiful home! Johnathon is a wonderful host!

Blissful retreat. Sigward is a warm, welcoming & communicative host. Your eyes cannot believe the views, incredible hiking right out the door, and the sounds of the ocean are meditative day and night. Loved the rustic sensibility of the space and easy to feel at home. Stock up on provisions at Good Earth & you don’t even need to leave the sanctuary. A+++!!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Warm and cozy fireplace in December. I love the heat lamp in the bathroom when I take a shower. The room is so spacious and open, and the Cuisinart hot plate (that most places in the area don’t have) was perfect for my cooking. I stayed here 3 weeks, and Mike and Nic were very responsive to my needs. A great place to stay – love the art and ambiance. Easy to plug in my Roku for nighttime viewing.

This has been the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at so far! The yard area is super cute, very well maintained and decorated. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking, and the fridge was stocked with plenty of complimentary drinks for guests. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, it felt like I was sleeping in my own bed. The bathroom was well-stocked with fresh towels and personal care items. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into setting up the space. Renzo, the host, was incredibly friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure the guest had a comfortable stay. Before my arrival, I asked if there happened to be a yoga mat in the unit, and Renzo made sure to get one for me. It was such a thoughtful touch (THANK YOU again!!), and I was able to maintain my workout routine while traveling. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be back!

I have nothing but good things to say about Heidi's place. I stayed here for all of February and found it quite accommodating for the length of my stay. The bed is quite comfortable and the bathtub was a great addition. This place gets great light, with a lovely outdoor porch, conveniently located near Lake Merritt. Would stay here again!

I stayed here for a month and it was great, I highly recommend! As described and seen in the pictures. Annie was helpful and ensured I had everything I needed. I think this apartment is perfect for 1-2 people with a child or small/medium-sized pet. Clean and cozy with nice, warm lighting. The bed was comfy, kitchen was small but well-equipped, living room was roomy with a medium-sized couch, and bathroom more than sufficient. I loved relaxing on the deck as well! The neighborhood is hilly and beautiful, close to bus/ferry/restaurants/stores. Touristy downtown, but not as much in the immediate vicinity. I walked A LOT with my dog and enjoyed it, but the hills can be steep! Definitely a very safe area. The only “con” is, in my opinion, it’s just a bit expensive for the size. However, I understand it’s in a pretty wealthy neighborhood and am sure Airbnb fees/taxes account for a decent part of the cost. Suffice to say, this is a once-in-a-long-while stay for me. Hopefully that’s fair.

The place is spacious, clean, and beautiful. Easy walking distance to downtown restaurants, wine tastings. Even though in the front unit on Main Street we found it quiet and traffic not a problem. Loved the comfortable bed and nearby tub. Living room very comfortable and the remotely operated gas fireplace worked perfectly. Such a treat. Definitely recommended.

WOW. I have stayed at quite a few Airbnbs in the last few years since I went to college and this is by far one of my top Airbnbs ever. It was easily the CLEANEST Airbnb I have stayed in and the natural light coming in each day was amazing paired with the high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. To be right in the heart of Capitola was so relaxing and the house had everything I'd need for the week. Would so completely recommend this stay to anyone visiting Capitola!

Great location on the canal! The house had a sauna, jacuzzi, pool, kayaks and a paddle board. All the toys for an active stay unfortunately, it was too cold during our stay to take advantage of the water toys. We however enjoyed the fire pit and the jacuzzi. We also had a movie night on the comfortable sectional and huge TV in the family room.

Could not have been a more perfect place for a girls weekend in Napa! House was extremely clean. Easy to communicate with the host. Would definitely stay again!

Gina’s place is a sanctuary. The views are absolutely stunning and you feel transported, like you’ve gone to a tropical paradise. Everything was spotless and beautiful and at the same time cozy. I could not recommend this place enough.

Great Stay for Our Family! Jessica’s rental was a good fit for our family of seven adults and three young children. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for the grandparents, while the upstairs layout provided a nice balance of space and privacy for everyone else. We especially appreciated the park with a fun playground just a short five-minute walk from the house—it was a big hit with the kids! The location was a major plus, with easy access to Old Sacramento, the zoo, and the airport, all within a 15-minute drive. While we didn’t do any cooking during our stay, the kitchen appeared well-equipped for those who might need it. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay!

If you’re looking for an incredible “experience stay” this is the place! Built to entertain family and friends, all who walked through the door felt immediately at home and in awe of this property. We didn’t want to leave!!! Some family genuinely wished it was for sale! While the photos are stunning it still doesn’t do the incredible scale and comfort of this property and home justice. No detail was missed! I hope we get the opportunity to stay here again in the summer but it did make an ideal luxury rental for Thanksgiving. Thank you Kolesar family!

Exceptional hilltop home! Highly recommend. Full wall of windows offers stunning views, and living room and kitchen are flooded with natural light. Immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed throughout. Entire home has a designer touch. Well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, furniture and beds very comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the fragrant, well-maintained spring garden, with numerous blooming daffodils and hyacinths. Walking paths throughout. Geraldine was responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations for local hikes and restaurants that proved spot-on. Geraldine has clearly put careful thought into creating a comfortable, peaceful retreat. Perfect for anyone seeking a quiet getaway in a beautiful setting
