A beautiful house, we had a lovely stay in the most beautiful setting, what an incredible area. Trish was easy to communicate which made everything really easy, even though it was short notice. Trish was really helpful with dropping off bags early. Thank you so much!

This new two bedroom one bath home was exactly as advertised, cozy, quiet, clean, and within walking distance of many activities. The parking pad in front of home is fine for a sedan or small SUV, not a pickup.

The place was great. Big, well stocked kitchen that felt like new. It was clean and in a nice neighborhood with easy access to walking/biking trails.

Daisy's place was super clean and the hot tub was probably the best hot tub we've ever been in! Sparkling clean water, perfect temp and large with room to spread out. The bed was comfy and being able to bring our pup was ideal. The only thing that confused us was the lack of a bathroom on the first floor where all the living space is. Not a dealbreaker though. Thank you for a very comfy stay on a wintry cold weekend! We would rent again.

We had such a great stay here! The apartment was stylish, clean, and had everything we needed to bring in the new year with friends. Also loved being able to park our car in a safe area and great walkable location to great restaurants / bars. Everything looks like the pictures and Frances was great at communicating if we needed something. She even left a bottle of rosé for us in the fridge! It was wonderful, would absolutely stay again.

Unique and cozy cabin with unbeatable views. I loved sitting at the table in the sunroom every morning with my coffee and just watching the waves crash in. Super close to Gualala, which has restaurants, supermarkets, gas, and all that good stuff.

Decided to visit Santa Rosa for Valentines weekend and Vinay's place really was a gem. Very close to all hotspots and easily accessible when we arrived late. Downtown and the college area are not far from your stay. We ate out but the kitchen provides all you would need in case you wanted to cook. It's a perfect crash spot for couples or solo travelers looking for a comfortable home base as you explore what the city offers. Only note is that you are able to hear guests upstairs for the other listing. It did not bother use but a fair warning.

This was the perfect space for our weekend getaway with a group of 12 girlfriends. The house has a big open living room, huge deck, and room for everyone around the table for meals. It was peaceful with amazing views and the host was friendly and highly responsive! Definitely recommend it.

This was such a gem of a place! My family loved every moment. It was a great location with places to explore. We would love to visit here again!

Great place to hang out, close to many eateries and Russian River brewing. Beds were really comfortable, and all of the amenities were great to have, like the fire pit and the hot tub.

I don't have a bad thing to say about the place or our hosts; everything was great. The kitchen, while small, was very well equipped. The book selection was amazing and says a lot about the hosts' values. The setting in the redwoods was tranquil to the point of being hypnotic. I especially appreciate the dog-friendly emphasis, complete with dog bowls and dog toys. It should be noted (and maybe already is) that while there are beds for up to six, there is only one bathroom. It didn't cause the four of us any problems, but I can see how it might if there were two more on board. The one bedroom had one closet that was pretty full of the hosts' belongings and no dresser or drawer space. The other main bedroom had neither--there really wasn't any place to put our clothes or jackets. I'm used to rustic travel and camping, so this wasn't a big problem, just more of a curiousity. Would I stay there again? Happily!

This home was a beautiful getaway! It had every amenity you could need and you could tell the host takes great pride in this house. The host was very proactive and responsive. He provided very clear instructions beforehand, which made our stay seamless. The home was big enough that all seven of us had more than enough room to have our own space and comfortably spread out when we wanted. It was located in a great spot so you could easily get to Hopland or Ukiah within a short 15 minute drive. It is a little secluded, but that's part of the charm of the location! My only tip when visiting is it may be helpful to bring a collapsible cart or wagon as the driveway isn't right next to the house and it could save you some trips when unloading or loading your luggage. We would definitely return if we're in this area again and I'd recommend to anyone looking near this location!

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Allison’s place was great! It was comfortable and home like, with a very wonderful and well-stocked kitchen (much nicer than most places I’ve lived!). Very clean, easy access to the light rail stop to get to downtown or Sac State. Allison was very helpful for anything needed, and even brought an extra blanket on a chilly night! I stayed for two weeks on a work trip, so the really wonderful kitchen was a huge plus. Great location and neighborhood in East Sac. Allison was an awesome host!

Lovely condo, back from the street, so relatively quiet. Clear instructions, roomy. The place was much better decorated than other AirBnBs, with vintage Santa Cruz photos and lovely Santa Cruz art posters. We’ll definitely come back.

Annie was a great host and the place was exactly as described and just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved the hot tub in the backyard and the beach cottage feel of the place. Thank you for hosting us!

Oh my gosh, this was a last minute booking for us on our once a year trip south from Oregon and this spot is likely to be one of the high high points of our road trip. We were planned to get in after 10pm and really wanted to get a soak in before passing out after a long drive and Elizabeth was so kind to welcome us to use the hot tub under the stars - it was an incredible experience. And there were frogs nearby adding to the ambiance.. really no better outcome after a longgg drive. Then there’s the bed, they got. It. Right. It’s so comfortable with all the right pillows. It feels incredibly private and the energy is just peaceful. If you have any doubt on booking this spot don’t just do it you’ll thank yourself. There’s also a sauna and cold plunge that we didn’t take advantage of, but the setting is just incredible up there. They really put a lot of love and thought into the space. This will be a mainstay among our stopovers to the Bay.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Jared and Morgan were very upfront on what to expect. If/when we return to the area we would definitely look at staying at the Ophir Inn.

Sundog cottage is lovely! We were so happy to find that it was even more beautiful in person than the pictures. Super clean, great kitchen, deck and backyard were perfect for our dogs and just relaxing and listening to the ocean. The linens are amazing and the beds comfy! Valerie went above and beyond as a host, even left us local eggs, butter and crackers. She was friendly and easy to communicate with. Sundog is a gem and we can’t wait to come back!

Amazing location able to see the beach from the deck so can keep an eye on your kids playing. Fully stocked with comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. No beach chairs so make sure to bring those. The dishwasher is really old but worked. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. would definitely stay here again.
